I am taking my Rx business to one of your competitors. This particular CVS store cannot seem to get my Rx's filled on the times that are promised. They cannot even get them filled on the right day. I'm tired of going in that store only to find out that my Rx that was ordered 5 days ago had not been filled. In the past week I have had to wait to get the Rx's filled 20 minutes, 30 minutes and 45 minutes.

The pharmacy clerk always says they're working on filling my Rx, can I wait for ten minutes while they fill it? I know they're not working on my Rx. Sure, I can wait, but it never happens in ten minutes. Last Monday I sat there waiting for about 30 minutes on Potassium Cloride and they finally told me that they didn't have enough to fill the Rx and it would have to be ordered. So I waited two more days and it still wasn't filled. I sat and waited on the third day, while they filled the Rx. This is rediculous.

Another thing, why are my co-pays jumping? These drugs I'm taking have been around a long time.

I know you don't particularly care about my complaint, but I want you to know that I'm taking my Rx business elsewhere.
