CVS review: pharmacy

To whom may concern
My name is Navil Perona and I am writting to complain about a situation I had with the pharmacy doctor today Oct.23, 2019 at 2:10pm. I had called the pharmacy two weeks ago complaining about my son ADHD medication because they were not the same as previously order they were much bigger. They advise me that they were the same just different in texture. They told me to give a day or two for the body to adjust because they also weren't as affected as the previous one.I gave them two weeks and the medication has not done anything. I went back today to let them know the medication that they gave is not working like the previous one and that I gave it more than the time frame they mention. So I would like for them to give me the previous pills he got. They doctor in the pharmacy told me that he cannot give me because I dont know what I am talking about that it the same medication and if I want the other pills I have to pay out of pockets. I told them why when I call them two weeks ago stating that I didnt want these that I wanted the ones he originally got and that you advise the were the same to give a try if they dont work you will change them back. Now that I am here you telling me no that he has to take them or not it not their problems.After telling them that my son needs them to focus in school he was like that it not there problem that I have to call his neurologist back to change the medication. But the medication was not the problem the problems was they change it from his previous one.
