CVS review: flu shot

Went to CVS to get my flu shot today and waited for over an hour and 45 minutes. A young woman was just ahead of me getting a shot and I did my paperwork immediately after her. She waited for about an hour and 15 minutes and I thought I would get mine next. I waited for 30 more minutes before asking if I could cancel the shot. The pharmacist looked shocked and said I could come again at another time. I told him no thank you, I was going to Walgreens. Went to Walgreens and was able to secure the flu shot in less than 20 minutes. Since I am flexible with my insurance, I doubt I will be doing many prescriptions at CVS anymore. It had been my go-to pharmacy for over 20 years, but not anymore. Might add a lady came in to pick up a prescription that wasn't ready. The pharmacist said it would take 20 minutes and she asked why it wasn't ready since it was called in three days previously. The pharmacist said they had two pharmacists on vacation.
