CVS prescriptions not ready after 3 days

Called to make sure medications were ready for pickup on Friday, first someone name Ola hung up the phone after telling my prescriptions were not ready, so I called but she asked when did I want t pick them up, that they would be ready Friday evening but I told her I would be picking them up on Monday she said ok,
I go in Monday noon, stand in pickup line for 30 minutes only to be told there were
no meds there for me, if I wanted to check only these that I would have to go to drop
off station waited another 30 minutes went to find a manager who was told my prescriptions were not due for refills for 90 days, which was a lie so, the manager goes back to the pharmacy with me and was told that that could fill one prescription but the other was on back order and had been for over two months, but I was told on Friday that they would be ready that after noon. No the problem I have with all of this is the med that was on back order was a lie (irbesartan) has been on recall according to the company for over 3 months.
I paid $25 dollars for a lyft to go up to the CVS to pickup my meds, I out my money and still no meds and don't know when and if I am going to get them. I need assistance ASAP

The customer service pharmacy at this location is atrocious. I always have a problem with their communications; if there is a problem they NEVER reach out to let me know. I transferred 2 precriptions with refills on both at the same time. They filled one and two days later still waiting for the second. I was told yesterday it would be filled they still have not even transferred the second one. LACK OF COMMUNICATION!

Date:8/6/19 time: 12:05 pm please check video for date and time I provided
Found a pill on the floor a few inches passed the pharmacy gate. A danger to everyone especially children! (wasn't noticed by the anyone behind the counter! Anyone could have been hurt especially children!) a rude and incompetent worker named"oz"wearing a white coat (not sure real name) he was the only male working for the date and time I provided."oz" was very rude to me lied about not having my prescriptions in the fax machine only told truth when my doctor called a minute later. Then when he finally filled my prescriptions and they were bagged and ready he didn't let me know making me wait another 20 minute's even tho there were no other customers there and weren't busy. I had to go up and ask for them even tho they had been bagged and ready for another 20 minutes!

CVS pharmacy

On 7/29 I phoned in a refill, RX# 711073, recording said it would be ready at noon on the 30th. At 5pm on the 30th, I was told it could be ready in 15 minutes but I had to take my daughter to a game. I said I'd come back. I didn't get back there the next day. My gut went this morning, 8 days after I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and she was told it wasn't ready. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Apparently the standard brush off. After 20 minutes, she was asked if she needed help. She said she was waiting for a prescription and was told they hadn't even started on it. Then after another wait, she was told they only have 17 pills of the 60. At that point we asked if they could send the request to Walgreens and we'll take the 17 pills. The unpleasant woman there said "of you're sending it to Walgreens, I'm not going to give you any and they have to call us." Now that was really unnecessary. I called Walgreens and they'll have it done in an hour. My girlfriend is a CRNA in a large godly chain, Northwell, and she's going make sure she tells every Dr she works with about this. I'm moving my children's business to Walgreens, 2 blocks away, and I'll never go back. The staff in the pharmacy is unprofessional and unpleasant. The truth about not being able to fill the prescription in a timely manner would have kept my business. Lying, appeasement, and unprofessionalism have cost you 5 customers.

CVS pharmacy/pharmacist

I went to the pharmacy August 3 to pick up, what I was told an over the counter prescription (K-Phos Neutral). I first was told it was not OTC then was told it is OTC but the 100 pills they had left required a prescription. I tried a couple other pharmacies that did not have them in stock so called the Mayo Clinic to have them call in the prescription, which they did the same day. After waiting a couple hours, I called to see if it was filled. They said they had none. I explained that they just told me a couple hours ago they had 100. I was put on hold and then was told, I could pick up a partial to hold me over a couple days and they would order the rest and can pick them up Monday. I went to pick up the partial and received 24 pills out of the 180. I went back today to pick up the rest but noticed once I got home there was 87. I called the pharmacy and was told that's all they had and then was told that the pharmacist told me that. That never happened. If that were true, why didn't they give me all they had up front. I never was told was told how much this was going to cost and still don't know if I paid for 30 days. I was told after several times asking that I was charged for what they had left, which I don't believe. Express Scripts charge the same $24 that I was charged at CVS except theirs is 90 days, not 30 days. I don't know if they just think people won't question these things or if they just treat people as if their stupid. My RX is 2268687. I just had a kidney transplant and didn't want to have any delays or breaks in my medications as I have to do blood test checking phosphorus levels, among other things. I would like have the remaining balance of my pills which is 45 pills.

CVS exchange

I purchased several lipsticks yesterday and was told I could exchange them if the colors weren't good. I was near a different CVS today and attempted to exchange them. An employee told me that I could do an even exchange for different colors. I spent a fair amount of time selecting colors and got back in line. I was then told by the manager (Stella) and the salesperson that I could not exchange them due to having purchased them at a different CVS. Since I used coupons I would only get .34 back and would have to pay $11.99 for the other colors of the same lipsticks. They said I had to take them back to the original CVS because it would mess up the inventory if I exchanged them at a store other than that.
CVS - it is ridiculous that in 2019 you do not have a system that allows an even exchange to be done at a store other than the original store when coupons were used.
Now I have to take additional time out of my hectic week to go to a CVS that's farther away so I can wait in more lines to exchange the lipsticks. At this point I feel like throwing them in the trash.
I used to get all my prescriptions at CVS but stopped because of the incompetency of the staff. I take VERY expensive medication (Creon) that costs several thousand dollars per month before my co-pay and Rite Aid is very happy to help me with it.
Lastly, the employee was curt when I was expressing my displeasure (not loudly but clearly unhappily) and attempted to rudely dismiss me with "thank you have a nice day" while I was speaking.

CVS rude pharmacist

I am writing a complaint on a pharmacist located in this CVS of staten island. Her name is Justina, she has dark hair, she is extremely rude and miserable and has an attitude with multiple customers, she clearly hates her job. I am in the process of switching to Walgreens because between the excessive long lines due to only one pharmacist doing register including the rude and nastiness i'm left with no choice. This worker Justina should really re-evaluate her professionalism especially being that she's working in a field of medicine which involves helping people. Truly a disappointment cause i been using this CVS for years now. Hopefully someone recognizes this issue and does something further.

CVS no help

I have been employed with CVS for over 25 years and have never seen such anxiety and stress in the workplace as I do now. Hours being cut have left us with a skeleton crew that is not able to keep up with prescription filling or pick ups nor customer service ! There is never enough help to wait on customers in line, drive thru and on the floor all while trying to fill scripts accurately and efficiently! All my techs are seeking other employment opportunities because they are so stressed at CVS. Everybody is stressed and being pulled in 10 different directions . You can't comcen on the task at hand for trying to get multiple things done at one time . CVS is asking for a lawsuit with these hazardous working conditions ! I'm worried major misfills are going to occur as a result . We are bullied on a weekly basis to stick to payroll and cut hours and make all these unnecessary phone calls . Something has to change before everybody quits or has a stroke or heart attack !

CVS no handicap curb in front of building

My elderly mother feel last spring and I've been in touch with the Westgate Plaza property manager and district leader of CVS and have not heard back from either on status of construction of a handicapped curb.

My mother was admitted to ER that evening and was diagnosed with fractured shoulder and had to take several sessions of PT.

Many customers are seniors that visit the pharmacy so I highly recommend the construction, otherwise CVS is at risk of a lawsuit. Thank you!

CVS cvs pharmacy customer service

The CVS Pharmacy on West Frank St in Lufkin, Texas is terrible! I have left the Dr's office with a sick baby, taken the script directly to the pharmacy and had to wait or drive around with a sick, crying, suffering baby/child for over 2 hours before maybe getting the medicine. There seem to be plenty of people working that area, but the efficiency is non existent. I have a feeling CVS is already aware if how bad their pharmacies are due to the number of complaints already in this site not to mention no direct text or email access to a headquarters.
Our son has Crohns and has been on a very expensive medication that he takes regularly just to be able to function. Each time he needs it refilled ar the same CVS on Frank St . there is a big mess with getting it in a timely manner. He is told that insurance is the hold up, or it has to be ordered, or any number of other reasons that require numerous back and forth calls and visits to the store. This often results in several days or, at times, weeks to the the necessary meds thus creating a major setback and greater pain in the continued treatment of this disease.
Most recently, our daughter was prescribed a med from the local in and out clinic on a Sunday. The Dr was phoning in the script as she left the clinic at 1:00. The med needed to be atarted asap. She called CVS on Frank St at 2:00 and was told it would be about an hour more. She called at 3:00 and was told it would be about an hour, she called at 4:00 and was again told it would be about an hour. She called right before 5 to see if it was ready and was told they were closing and it would have to wait until tomorrow. SO- no meds on Sunday. Monday she went to pick it up in her lunch break since they don't open before she goes to work. When she got to the CVS on Frank St. She was told they were out of the med and it would be ordered and would be arrive in a day or two! She needed it on SUNDAY! It is bow Monday so she asked that the prescription be forwarded to another of the 20+ other pharmacies in town. Hopefully they did forward it so she can get it to start it -now more than 24 hours after it was originally ordered! This is RIDICULOUS! CVS should be ashamed. This kind of experience happens over and over again. We have tried to continue to work with this pharmacy due to the close proximity to our home, but something has GOT to improve.

CVS pharmacy

Why do you hire individuals who think they can just say a simple "sorry" and not do anything to assist the customer? Each and every CVS pharmacy I have been to, there have been issues with the staff behind the counter. From the Parmacist himself, to the person running the cash register.
Today I dropped off a new medication for my husband that he needed to start taking immediately. I asked the employee to look and make sure my husband has never had this before as he is alergic to a certain antibiotic. The girl said no, he has never had this before. She told me it would be ready in about half an hour. I told her no problem, I was going to the grocery store(which was in the same shopping complex)and would be back after that to pick it. She did not tell me there is a new law that on a new prescription the pharacist has to talk to you before you can purchase it? Why wasnt I told this when I dropped the scrpt? I go back about 1:30 and I am told the pharmicist is out to lunch and they cant sell it to me. they said I would have to come back after the pharmicist is back from lunch. I was furious! The employee who forgot to let me know all this was like, sorry. THAT'S IT! I had to ask her to call the pharmicist on the phone to get her to ok the purchase but she said it was her "personal time".! What about my time?
I HATE CVS WITH A PASSION! THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I CAN'T WHEN I DON'T HAVE TO PURCHASE MY MEDS FROM THERE ANY LONGER! what ever happened to customer service and trying to make a bad situation into a good one?

CVS overworked employees!!! rude manager!!!

While at CVS this evening I witnessed a lovely young lady named Hannah working very hard trying to help someone. One customer with zero patience insisted she be helped right away. Hannah's manager called her over after the situation diffused and I could tell that instead of lifting Hannah's spirits, she reprimanded her. Let's not forget all the great things these employees are doing for one young, can't keep her mouth shut, thinks she's entitled to royal treatment, nasty Staten Island princess. And as far as the manager on duty, someone needs to remind her that a compliment goes a long way. Let's see how she would feel if she was reprimanded the same way she was to Hannah.

CVS pharmacy

I take a controlled substanced called subxone and have been taking this medication for over a year. This is a medication that if stopped abruptly will cause severe withdrawal. Every month that I go to fill this prescription there has been an issue and I end up having to go back and forth several times between my doctors office and the pharmacy to get it filled, yet I am NEVER notified that there is an issue until I actually come to get the prescription. With all my other, non controlled medications I get a text message that they are ready and I pick up. I have asked for the same service for this medication yet never get it. This month was the final straw for me. I am pregnant, not being able to get my prescription not only puts me at risk of withdrawal but puts the health of my baby at risk. The physician that I was seeing retired, at my last visit, she referred me to another health care provider with who I could not get in to see of two months. So she gave me two months worth of prescriptions, the written prescription plus 1 refill. I called last night to see if I could pick the refill up. I was told yes you can it went through. As usual I did not receive a notification that it was ready so I called. When I called I was told I cannot pick up the prescription because there was a "glitch" and I needed to have my doctor write another prescription. I was not notified of the glitch. The issue is that my doctor is gone, he retired and the office closed. So faxing a request to the office was a dead end. The pharmacist told me she had no way of knowing that and I said yes I understand that but shouldn't the patient be noticed as well? She agreed that yes that should be the case. I was told I need to call my new doctor, whom I have not seen yet and ask him to give me a new prescription, my appointment with him is not until the end of the month. Again I have not seen this provider yet, and now I'm to ask him for a prescription for a controlled substance. The pharmacy would not tell me what the glitch was or why, all they said is sorry we can't do anything. I asked why I wasn't notified and I was told well you might still get a text. That text never came. I asked for information regarding the glitch and the Pharmacy printed me a paper that said we cannot fill the prescription due to a glitch. We aren't able to enter prescribers info. I understand things happen. But if we aren't notified we cannot resolve them until it's too late and I am out of medication. This is not acceptable. There needs to be a better system in place to safe guard against this. I would ask that you put yourself in my shoes, or maybe imagine it was your child who needed and relied on a medication, yet was not able to get it due to lack of communication, or misinformation. It should not be this difficult, I should not have to fear about what will happen if this new provider will not fill my script. I should not have to worry about the healt or my unborn child. It's just not right.

CVS pharmacy

My permanent address is in Silver Spring, MD. We own a 2d residence in St. Pete, FL. Prior to a week ago, we moved from a condo in Dunedin, FL to St. Pete, to 199 Dali Blvd, Unir 1001

. When we have stayed for a longer than normal period in FL I have had my prescriptions filled at CVS on Curlew Rd @ Rt. 19 in Dunedin. Now that we've moved to St. Petersburg I have tried to get my RX filled at a nearby CVS, but have been given such horrible service that I ended up leaving in tears.

I am 69 years old and have been seriously ill for over 30 years with ME/CFS and the medication I have taken for over 25 years is the only thing that keeps me alive. This disease's primary cause of death is suicide. The pharmacist insulted me and treated me as though I were a ragged druggy. I beg your pardon. I am a Certified Public Accountant in Washington, D.C., and my husband is w well-known theoretical astrophysicist in D.C. who has just published his 3d book on extrasolar planets by Oxford University Press. We are NOT seedy, druggy people. I am ill, and when I asked the pharm. I was told that I could fill it ONLY on the day it could be filled, even if they needed to order it! And she said she'd just sent in an order and couldn't help me.

I will run out of my medication, Dextroamphetamine (10 mg tablets, #180) I WILL GO INTO WITHDRAWAL AND WILL NEED TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. What is your sorry reason for being so non-customer centered. That's what the "C" stood for: Customers. The "S" is for SERViCE. Your customer service os deplorable. And for what reason other than to be as cruel as possible.

Please call me at [protected] to give me the CVS pharmacy I can have my RX filled on Monday, July 28, 2019. If I do not hear from you within 24 hours I will be forced to complain to the proper authorities at the State of Florida department that allows you to get away with this horrible behavior.

CVS cvs companies/ corporations

It is not fair for CVS to hire their employees as full time, then turn around and take hours away from them so they end up losing their benefits. CVS is the top leading Pharmacy in America, got hard working Pharmacy Techs, that but their tails and then get limited hours and get at risk of losing Insurance. This is unfair and need to be looked into. My child works her butt off for this Company and gets a 42 cent raised a year. A Mulit Millon Dollar Company, and then want to cut out the benefits . This is so wrong.

CVS customer service

The manager Lauren was very rude. The cashier called her for help and she took her time to come over to see what the problem was. Lauren spent a lot of time by the dairy clear in my eye sight looking at her papers in her hand. I had to ask her if she was helping us today. The cashier associate went to her and she continued to stand there ignoring me the customer. Then she comes over and didn't help us resolve the issue with my app coupons. She just rudely walked away. The cashier Kiara is very new and is afraid to ask the manager for help again because she didn't know what to do. I ask her if she would ask her manager about the issue and she said she wouldn't help! This is ridiculous and I will not be going back to this store. I have never experience rudeness like this before especially coming from a supposedly manager who is supposed to be professional and clearly is unprofessional! It's clear that the cvs associates are not happy with their jobs! Nothing never in stock on the shelf and I was there at 9:30 in the morning. I never see a sales associate restocking on the floor. I have had a horrible experience today and I will not go back to that store. All advertised sale items out of stock is ridiculous!

CVS Richard (white male employee late 50's) unethical behavior

While I was shopping today, an employee by the name of Richard was making racist comments towards me, calling me the N-Word and repeatedly cussing me out for no apparent reason. Now I am an African American Male, and I do not respond well to being called the N-word, but since I needed services from the CVS, I decided to be the bigger person and ignore the Hateful and Racist comments. I highly suggest that CVS fire this employee because his racist comments may taint CVS's reputation. The foul uncalled language that this employee used to speak to me with is enough for me to want to sue CVS for hate crimes and hiring unfit employees. I don't think i will continue to shop art this CVS location as long that racist employees work there I believe that the only reasonable way to solve this problem is to fire Richard for his inappropriate behavior and inexcusable racism. The way that you handle this situation is under your discretion and i will respect the notions that you deem fit for the situation.

Sincerely,
Disappointed CVS customer

CVS constantly upholding prescribed controlled substance with explanations based on their own wrong records.

My son is 14 and is born with Kallman syndrom. He needs testosteron injectctions every 4 weeks. This is not only about his body development, but vital for his energy levels and the quality of his short memory. Low testosterone levels cause him also depression. Several times the pharmacy upholt the perscribed for three months quantity and sold me the mdication only for one month cancelling the other two. :ast time I made an argument and the nurse from the UP pediatric endocrynology called them several times so that they gave me the testosterone for the next two months several days later. I never receive a phone call when the mediaction is ready for pickup. Today I stopped to check if the medication for the next three months is ready as the doctor ordered it 4 days ago and I have been told that they can't sell it to me as in their records my son will need his injection exactly 3 months from the day of the last purchase which in their records is 21st of May. Actually this date is the the date on which they sold to me the incorrectly upholt by them two out of the last three perscribed doses. The pahrmacist was very rude and made me to feel like I am doing something almost criminal raising her voice that this is contolled sbstance and it is her obligation to controll it. She also saidthat the perscription will be expired and even if I go there on 20th next month I will not get it. I asked her to cancel the perscription so that I can ask my doctor to send it to another pharmacy which will be more accurate and the pharmacist explained that there is no cancellation option and there will be no record in their data which can confirm that I didn't buy the testosterone. My son just got his shot 2 days ago on 19th and the next is due on August 16th. I decided to change the pharmacy last time but didn't do it and now I regret so much. In the past they only caused inconvenience for me to call 4-5 times to the doctor office and to go three times to the pharmacy, but this time their action is harmfull and that's why I decided to file the complaint.

CVS unethical behaviour

On Saturday July 20, 2019 at 1:35pm I enter or you can say visit the CVS store in Inglewood, Ca as I have done many times before. However this is the fifth time the store manager has verbal attack me and body gestures herself in a physical attack position as though she wants to physical HARM me. She continually harasses me on sight each time I visit the store location for whatever need. This day at the CVS location she just so happen to do just that. (again)...She walked up to me shouting and cussing during business hours where of course there were Pharmacy Customers and CVS store Customers. I was completely nervous and scare upon her aggressive demeanor approach. She call me a black bi*ch this time around and she spit in my face when saying the remark. I have a medium size bump on my forehead due to this and I`m extremely scare and nervous of my skin and or immune health deteriorting due to The store Manager committing this horrible act of getting her body fluids (saliva)-on me especially because of her outer appearance. She has lots of bumps on her face that are clearly open. (meaning)...red dried scabs to red puss bumps thats on her cheeps and corner part of her lips to dark spots upon her face as well. I hope she doesn`t have any Diseases I hate to admit. Anyhow, she has call the police on me at the CVS location many times telling them false information about me and never once had I been arrested by the Inglewood Police department or ask or even told not to ever come back to the CVS Pharmacy Location. Not once regarding her allegations whatsoever. This has been going on for the pass 6 or 7 months now; whenever I go to the CVS Inglewood store. I am an Los Angeles County Business Owner in Social Services and I find it very disrespectful, hurtful, shameful and embrassing to myself and the Customers of CVS. I`m truly sorry to say. I have had enough. I also called the police on Sat. 20, 2019 of July which was my third time reaching out to the Inglewood Police department concerning the Manager Mannerism. The store manager also told me in my face and said again in the presence of the police officer when he arrive on the 20th, of July 2019 she has a HIT out on me. I do not hang nor talk nor socialize with the Manager whom is Amy Arenas for my knowledge. We are not acquaintance and never been friends or school mates. I do not know this woman whatsoever. I left The CVS Pharmacy concern with my life being in danger. The Spit in my face to her saying she has a Hit out on me to even calling the police department lying pretty much sealed my emotions to the must worrisome feeling someone can have. I feel my life may be in danger due to her spitting in my face and her threatening harassment actions at CVS Pharmacy in Inglewood, Ca located at 222 Market St. Inglewood, Ca (310) 671 0441. She was also asked by the officer what does that mean (HIT) however she stutter her way out of answering the question. I refer the rest of my problems of concern with The Inglewood Station Police Department and my Medical Doctor. You will see in the report up on submission. Thank You Kindly...You`ll receive a copy photo of my facial injury upon my next lawful procedure act.
