Don't come here, they are rude specifically the west pines location. Don't be fooled thinking your in a suburban area. Its the suburban kids that want to be thugs that will steal your id or passport and use it to commit fruad. I called the other locations and they managers said they were scared and that the west pines location doesn't interact nor support any other location because they tell the customers the truth about their crooked business. How does management know and is aware that this location is committing fraud who knows. And the fact that he feels he cannot do anything about it baffles me.

I joined the gym in February 24, 2023. I cancelled my subscription on March 3, 2023. I went into the gym and filled out the form. Why am I being billed for $113?

One of you account collector reps called me about the $113. I told him I already paid the annual fee in February. He goes yes and once a year you need to pay it again. I asked to receive a phone number to speak to someone he wouldn't give me a phone number but kept telling me for $113 he will cancel my subscription. I told him no I already cancelled it March 2, 2023. I then asked to speak to his supervisor. He kept me on hold for 19 minutes then I was disconnected.

If I don't have this fee taken off immediately along with my account correctly cancelled I will be contacting BBB, attorney general office, health department, citizens services, CFPB, and consumer affairs.

They won't do their job and cancel your membership when you tell them to and will keep charging you. Went in January to cancel my account because I lost my job. I was told it was canceled. I got charged their yearly membership in February, ok you got me with the fine print, was told I would not be charged any more. Surprise got charged my monthly fee in March after I was told in January that my account was canceled and I would not be charged anymore. All I want is my 30 bucks that should not of been taken from me and was told I would get it back but the manager. I should not be punished because their employees don't know how to do their job and cancel an account when they are told.

There is a change of employment here at your Dothan Alabama location. I will not give you my name as retaliation iOS possible.

Deciding to work out with your company is my choice. I do not appreciate the negativity within your staff… especially among the females. Your stuff should treat everyone with kindness regardless of their personality or personal issues with members.

Your Dothan gym was positive for awhile when you switched managers and other staff had quit or moved on. Now your old employees have returned with the same negative and hateful attitudes. Please address your staff immediately. Thank you for your prompt response.

On 1/17/2023, and we paid to cancel my daughter’s membership early. Crunch has since been attempting to charge our account $308 every day even though the membership is cancelled. I just spoke with Trevor who informed me that Crunch does not call customers back. We would need to drive 3 hours to their location and hope to get an appointment with Matt to discuss the issue. We could also email [protected]@gmail.com to let him know our complaint. Trevor refused to take down my name or number, and he would not tell me Matt’s last name so that I could ask for him specifically by phone. We have emailed repeatedly and had to contact the bank to block debits from Crunch. This place is a nightmare.

On her first visit, Crunch Fitness said the first month was free then charged my daughter $30. When she went in to work out, a “personal trainer” offered to make a plan for her and didn’t say anything about the cost. Then AFTER she had her “sign that this was her plan,” she told her she would be charged $300 EVERY TWO WEEKS. My daughter said she can’t do it, but they charged her anyway and would not let her cancel immediately. When the charge went through, she called, and the management said they couldn’t help her over the phone. She had to drive for hours TWICE to see them in person and pay to cancel the membership. However, they are still attempting to charge her.

The corporate number for Crunch Fitness is out of order or no longer in service.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received at Crunch Fitness Center. Despite cancelling my membership last year, Crunch Fitness still charged me the annual fees. And this year, I registered for a promotional offer, but even after cancelling my membership 10 days before it kicked in, I was charged a fraudulent annual fee upon cancellation.

This level of service is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty from the companies I do business with, and Crunch Fitness has failed to meet those expectations. Not only have they charged me for services I did not use, but they have also deceived me by charging me fraudulent fees. Furthermore, I was not even asked for my consent before being charged for the annual fee.

I believe that as a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, and I feel that my experience at your center was anything but that.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take the necessary actions to ensure that Crunch Fitness is held accountable for their actions. I also request a full refund for the fraudulent annual fee charged to me.

The fingers that are wrapped around the word Crunch on their logo, truly represents grabbing and taking or crunching money from their loyal customers. What a way to thank your customers for employing you by robbing them on the front and back end. They are not trying to remove your card info. You will have to remove it yourself. Are you all doing that bad or that good, that you would have stoop so low and overcharge your guests?

Crunch Acworth - I signed up for a trial two months of personal training. Two of my eight sessions in I realized I did not have time for it, so I told my trainer to cancel my contract at the end of the two months, and she told me she would. However, my card continued to be charged $164 every two weeks. I contacted the gym and was told to talk to manager Kevin Perez. He said we'll take care of it next time you're in. I was out of the country and could not come in for another couple weeks - meanwhile, my card continued to be charged. By this point, I had received 4 additional charges of $164. When I came in, Kevin Perez said that because the trainer had not had me sign anything to cancel, he would not refund me anything, even though he acknowledged that I did actually cancel, because it is "policy." Even though I kept my inner Karen in check, he was rude and refused to help and told me don't bother to ask anyone above him, because it's policy and they're not giving me my money back since I didn't sign anything to cancel (even though they never asked me to). I'm quitting the entire gym because of this. He should be fired.

I have cancelled membership and ended all coaching sessions with Lake Nona, Crunch Fitness location on Narcoossee Road on November 2022. Ever since then, Crunch Fitness has fraudulently charged my card every two weeks for 114 US dollars. Refund is required for all incorrect charges since November 2022.

I have already spoken with an associate at the location this evening. Said associate has advised me to call the staff in charge of coaching and gave me two name to call. Update coming soon.
