Crunch Fitness - Charged $500+ fraudulently and i cant reach anyone in management

I have had a gym membership here for over 3 years. My kids and wife also have memberships, combined - I pay over $200 a month for my memberships.

I tried out their Private training, but in March of 2023 I paused the training. My trainer also quit working at this gym. Upon pausing my membership, the "training manager" and I agreed that I would be back in a few months and I would reduce my training hours and days. Two months later, In May 2023 I was billed $550+ without any heads up or notification. The gym did not reach out to schedule training either.

When I noticed the charge, I tried reaching management. I spoke with the training manager, who remembered out conversation and apologized for the call but asked if I could come in so we could discuss continuing the training. He clearly just wanted me to stick to the training program and had no real intention of helping me. I told him I would continue training, but first refund me the fraudulent charge. He said he had to check in with management and would get back to me. That never happened.

After 2 weeks, several emails and un responded to phone calls, the gym manager has made not one attempt to contact me. I have spoken with $ different staff members. Two times I saw the staff log my complaint in the log they have for manager complaints. I still havent heard from anyone.

Desired outcome: To be Refunded.

Crunch Fitness - Memberships/extra charges that I was unaware of

I've been a member of Crunch Fitness since 2016 and had recently added my son for $1for the first month. After that, it would be $69.99/monthly. Our schedule changed and he was no longer able to make any of the class times so I decided to freeze the account until I could figure something out. Well thats when I noticed I was being charged, not only once but twice (69.99×2)! I called immediately to find out that my son was signed up twice, one being his actual name and another with my last name and a nickname as his first. Guessing this manager needed his sales up. Well all this prompted me to look into every transaction made by crunch through my banking app. This is where I found many random charges made that I was unaware and I know I shouldn't have been charged because up until a month ago, I was the only member on my account. I could only see as far back as 2021and there were many charges up until then, mind you I've been a member since 2016. I'm currently waiting on my account transaction documents (by mail) dating back till 2016 so that I may look through all the extra charges which I'm sure I'll find. I went in to speak to the manager and pointed out the charges which conveniently weren't charges seen on his system. He blamed ABC Financial (gym software they utilize), told me to call them and see what they could be charging me. If that's the case, this problem is BIGGER than me. This is criminal! Make this make sense!

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of all the extra charges dating back from 2016 till now and to cancel my membership since I cannot trust their business anymore
