Cancelled the Personal Trainer many months ago. They have charged my account 2 times now for $194.00 and $194.00. I have tried to contact them over and over again. No response. Finally contacted corporate, and within an hour someone from Fern Creek KY location contacted me and said he would look into it. That was weeks and weeks ago. No response. Have called the location and they just keep taking my name and number. However, no responses.

Crunch Fitness owes me $388.00. I still have my membership but will not return and I will cancel membership if my monies are not refunded. Everyone has had plenty of time to look into account and reach out to me.

Frustrating that a company has no regards for members.

My wife and I have been members at Crunch in Stanhope NJ since it opened.

I am 71 and my wife is 78 we have taken advantage of the membership provided to us through United Health Care.

We take classes 4 days a week and have found them to be quite beneficial. Our one instructor had taken one her 30 min classes 3 days a week and was providing chair yoga. This class had grown to an attendance of 12 or more at times. The age range being from mid 60's with a few well into their mid 80's.

We have found that after weight movement classes the stretching and the relaxation provided by the chair yoga made for an excellent balance. Many in our group are limited due to age and physical capabilities, Chair yoga provided them with something they could do.

Now we have been told that "sorry CORPORATE does not want this anymore."

WE ARE FRUSTRATED!

I was assaulted by one of your employees I am requesting a phone call to speed with someone in a position to help me. I will press charges the police were called incident was noted i have witnesses. I was in a accident and I was there to tan and work on what my therapist recommended. Brad screamed at me on the loud speaker to rack my weights. That is his job 1 two if I did it it would be a courtesy. The man behind me waiting for the bench said he will use the weights not to re rack them. Then I ignored brad and kept walking to my next machine he screamed at me again and it became heated and I walked out side to discuss the problem he pushed me out the door assault 1 and then I opened the door again because I left my headphones inside he pushed my chest very hard my neck whipped back. he injured my neck again I have to go today to get x rays I am calling my lawyer. Because I was on your property when I was assaulted BY YOUR EMPLOYEE 2 times in front of everyone. So I am filing a lawsuit I now am going to have medical bills again thanks to your roid raging employee.. I’ve had so many problems with him overstepping his boundaries. He has charged my card for drinks that I never received. He signed my friend up for kick offs when he stated he didn’t want them .

Everyone in the gym loves me I bring so many people to the gym. They were all blown away how he acted because he didn’t feel like he had to pick up the weights. You need to explain to them that we all pay to work out he is being PAID to pick up the weights and tend to the clients not assault them

I went to Crunch Gym located in Hiram, GA to get some information about the memberships they offer. I told the girl I just want to try the gym before I sign up for a membership. She immediately signed me up, got my checking account information and told me that they will charge my account with the membership fee for three months and if I don't like it, I can cancel it.

I'm 69 years old and I like to be active, but unfortunately a was diagnosed with Neuropathy in my legs and shoulder a month after I signed up for a trial. I spoke with the manager and asked him if they could stop charging my account because I can't work out due to my condition, but he said that's not possible.

Instead of that, they also charged me $49.99 annual maintenance fee that was never disclosed to me in the second month of my trial. Why was I charged if I'm NOT a permanent member? I called and spoke with the manager, but he was rude to me.

False advertising!

You can sign up online with a card but when you walk in they try to force you to give up your bank account details! That's very suspicious and this business should be avoided due to that alone.

I was initially told their card payments just didn't work and that was the reason but after the manager confirmed it was franchise policy it's clear that this is a lie they are told to say.

Looking forward to a copy pasted response from the owner as that is clearly what they do on these reviews. Maybe a BBB complaint will get their attention to this highly suspect and potentially illegal business practice of false advertising and lies.

I moved to another city from Naples and I want to upgrade my membership to use another branch. I have been trying to reach the branch for six days, but I couldn't talk to the manager. They tell me to call between 2 and 4 pm, but I can't reach the manager. I asked them to take notes and call me back, but no one is returning. They are interested in selling memberships but don't care about us later. I definitely don't accept this kind of business approach.
