CycleBar Chandler I had a hard time cancelling my membership at CycleBar Chandler

I had a hard time cancelling my membership at CycleBar Chandler. They gave me a lot of different instructions, but nobody ever called me back to give me the right ones. This happened four times in six months, and I kept getting charged even though I couldn't use their services. I had to pay for three months of a membership I couldn't use. Finally, I had to call my bank to stop the charges. The owner of the franchise was no help and even threatened to send me to collections if I tried to resolve the issue myself. It was a frustrating experience.
