Cracker Barrel 11/23/23 Thanksgiving 8-10 feast (Albuquerque, NM - San Antonio Road location)

On 11/5/23, I pre-ordered 8-10 Thanksgiving feast. Of which, I paid over $160.

11/23/23, stood in line for over 2 hours. Finally, received our partial order (due to restaurant ran out of food, and poorly organized). Refrigerator unit barely had any food left. Staff was in a rush to just provide any food available. Never received sweet potato casserole. Was told "they are out and trying to cook more". We didn't receive a drink. Turkey was pre-cut (over cooked and dry), mashed potatoes were under cooked, and dry.

All and all this 2023 Thanksgiving meal was very disappointing. We will not be returning to Cracker Barrel next year for a Thanksgiving meal.

Cracker Barrel Poor service, fireplace not on customers cold

11/24/2023.

We were very disappointed with the service at the mount Arlington location.

We always come here, but recently the service had been not up to par. Shouldn’t wait 20 minutes for someone to take our order. And another 20 minutes to get our orders.

Plus the restaurant is cold and they refused to put on the fireplace to help warm it up.

This really is not the quantity I expected at Cracker Barrel.

Cracker Barrel Service/ food quality

We arrived at Cracker Barrel at 1215 p.m. and had multiple issues at this location.

1. Tried to order soup but said they were completely out of soup. Even though the soup of the day was vegetable soup

2. We ordered a baked potato and it took the server 15. Minutes to let us know that they were out of baked potatoes. Ordered grilled chicken tenders.

3. Waiter never gave us our biscuits. We asked about them and she told me that they were out of biscuits so gave us cornbread instead. Not even 2 minutes later the table behind us received biscuits.

4. Server brought out our food and we were missing an order. The order was a grilled chicken salad. We received the grilled chicken tenders first even though we ordered those tenders 15 minutes later. We asked why we didn’t get the salad and she told us she doesn’t know but will check. We didn’t receive the salad until 15 minutes after the food was delivered. We asked why it took so long and the server said that they had a new cook and the manager was cooking. She said they didn’t know what they were doing.

5. We had asked for gravy and never received the gravy.

6. Our server never filled our drinks up.

Desired outcome: I would like an answer to why the service was horrible and we were treated differently.

Cracker Barrel Defective product

On 31 Oct I stopped at a CrackerBarrel in Bridgeport Michigan. Used my Rewards app to purchase an apple streusel pie. Took it to a family gathering and was absolutely embarrassed and upset, the pie was moldy. I have sent to feedback forms on the app and have heard nothing, sent an email to guest relations and I was first contacted back on Nov 6, and was told within three days I would receive an electronic gift card. I sent a message on the 10th to say I have received nothing. Today is the 19th and still nothing. Totally disappointed, the nearest Cracker Barrel to me is about 120 miles round trip, so just going there would be an expense. I have always been happy with the food and customer service with this company until now.

Tried to order thanksgiving dinner on line. A total disaster. Not a good website, tried to chat and I never was answered. I ask 3 times if I can go into the store and order. Kept sending me to a tech that I had to pay 1 dollar . Having yo give my credit card number etc. I’m not paying one dime yo get an answer. Then had to look up corporate phone numbers and it sends me to chat sgsin and wanting a dollar. Does anyone at corporate work in office and answers phone. You have it set up do you do not get calls! Why is that! I’m fine!

Cracker Barrel Service was terrible to be kind

We arrived at your restaurant and was told a 15-minute wait, this was fine. When seated we were deep in dirty tables. They attempted to bus the one right next to us, our server snapped at the busser not to clean it until she talked to management as she had been working for 22 hours straight. She took our order, took 15 minutes to get drinks (should have left at that point). The server never refilled our drinks, really never saw her. The just when we were going to complaint that the table next to us, seated 15 minutes after us had their food, the food arrive via a manager. Had to go ask for silverware and butter for biscuits, Food was not the hottest and chicken was tuff, I think is may have been in the window while our server was missing in action. She did resurface only to give us our bill, an tell us to have a blessed day. Very disappointed as I am a regular customer to Cracker Barrell, this was not a good experience. The other issue was one of the older servers must have gotten discipled, as she halfway thru our visit she was crying while waiting on table?

Claimed loss: I have no claim. This is our second bad experience at this location in a month. Last time they gave us the wrong side, told them when they served it. Left the item got us the correct item, but charged us extra for it?

Cracker Barrel Service, professionalism, food quality &

I have frequented the CB at 71st and highway 75 in Tulsa OK multiple times over the years. In recent months (7-12) there have been numerous reasons to contact corporate, but i let it go.

Having patronized the same establishment this past Thursday evening i decided i would never go back again and so informed the cashier.

...the person that seats customers was unprofessional and frankly so big i don't know how she was able to walk. There were 3 other groups behind me (I was alone). Her attire was unprofessional for such an establishment.

...after i was seated a young girl helped me. I ask her where on the menu i could find bowl of beans and she couldn't locate it - so we both just laughed about it and that is what i ordered. But I informed her that on my last visit the beans were less than luke warm and i liked them hot, could she help me out. When i got the beans it was obvious they had been "nuked" as sauce was over the edges of the bowl, but they were "less than luke warm" - i did not request them to be heated. I also ask for a slice of onion which she brought in a bowl to me that looked as if it had been setting out all day and was dehydrated - clearly unappetizing - i dug to the bottom and tried one piece and left it alone - when i left and she brought me my ticket, i informed her of the above.

...as i was paying for my meal, the lady suspiciously asked if everything was good and i told her "no" it wasn't - that the food was cold, a side dish looked like it came from a sloop bucket to feed the hogs - she snapped back at me in a professional manner - and seemed more irritated than trying to appease me - i did not want my meal free - that was not my intent nor have i ever accepted a meal anywhere for nothing. I included a tip to the ticket and asked her to hurry up that i wanted out of there and that i would never be back.

...This CB is always well patronized - but i sense that i am not the only one who has experienced the same treatment - as if we owed CB something.

...I will never return to this CB and if i experience it elsewhere i will never return.

Desired outcome: the mgr on duty came out of the kitchen in one instance and it was obvious to me the problem. Enough said.......

Cracker Barrel cold food and poor quailty of food and prep

so sad after a hard day to take time out to enjoy a plate of food for $50 for acouple to be cold and un eatable and having to go get something to eat after you leave. ticket number cb0079 at crossville tn 38572 time of day 6.03 pm 9/19/2023 cb007902 store crossville tn. Cracker Barrel Breakfast (chicken sausage)

My wife and I were regular Cracker Barrel customers, But our complaints with them at the local Cracker Barrel in Hagerstown, Md was why was the turkey sausage taken from the menu? Who ever change it to chicken sausage alt to be fired without remedy. unless they bring back the turkey sausage, we won't be back we'll go to Bob Evans. Also since I had gotten chicken sausage I was charged extra We didn't eat the sausage after tasting it. A restaurant should be in business to please the customer, thats the area Cracker barrel is lacking!

All I can say is BRING BACK THE TURKEY SAUSAGE, at this restaurant I know were not the only one's eating turkey sausage. (I cannot eat pork for health reasons) I expect to hear back from Cracker Barrel Question why ruin a good thing?

Cracker Barrel likely illegal actions of sandra cochran, ceo of cracker barrel

this is a complaint about the likely illegal activities of sandra cochran, ceo of cracker barrel and board member for lowe's.

i had interaction with lowe's over sept. 4, tried to apply for a credit card online (there's should have been no issue, as my credit score is over 800). but the online system glitched and wouldn't let us complete. i called the 800 number offered and was offered the same online system that already glitched multiple times. so, as i already had clicked a "cancel" option in the process, i was told my request would be "declined."

i objected, as my cancellation of a request is not the same as being "declined." i asked to speak to a supervisor for the lowe's program, and the operator hung up on me.

such a statement steals my reputation, lies about me and is crooked in all respects. . cochran, as a board member, is directly responsible for this illegal activity.
