I am writing to formally express my concerns about the handling of my account deactivation. I fully respect the importance of maintaining a fair and secure platform, but I believe my case deserves reconsideration based on the following key points:
I successfully verified my account twice without any VPN or manipulation. Other tutors faced issues where their verification links flagged VPN usage, causing delays or failures. My verification process went smoothly both times, which should have confirmed my compliance.
If I had been using a VPN, the verification link should have detected it immediately, as it did with others. The fact that my verification went through without issues strongly indicates that I was following the correct procedures.
I have learned that some tutors who failed verification due to VPN issues were given one last chance to verify again after their accounts were disabled. However, I was not granted the same opportunity, despite successfully verifying without VPN interference. This feels unfair, as I was compliant throughout the process. I have proof of the successful process from showing that I don't have any VPN app installed, connecting to the internet, accessing the link, uploading my ID and taking a picture of my face - everything.
I am requesting a fair review of my case and an explanation for why others were granted an extra chance while I was denied, despite successfully following the verification process. If reconsideration is possible, I am willing to comply with any additional verification steps required to prove my adherence to the platform’s policies.

I have been sending them emails since April 27, both via Gmail and via the Tutor Platform, but I am yet to receive any response!
