Brainly is not the problem the users are the problem, kids are using it for educational purposes and the users are putting inappropriate stuff that doesn't help the kids at all sometimes brainly can be helpful but it is still a bad site.

I didn't even get to use this app because I didn't realize that I hadn't pressed the right age so I couldn't use it and when I tried to use a different Gmail it just canceled me off. I started cursing up a storm, and my poor dog is going to have anxiety because stuff like this makes my anger issues activate.

When I first signed up on Brainly, I never thought I'd be grateful this much. Brainly helped me throughout my school works and moderators were friendly and assisting. The administrator is also really nice and gave me a chance to join the moderation and brainliest team. The moderators helped me correct my incorrect and short answers and help me to improve. My overall experience in Brainly is 10/10. I look forward to more learning and great helping while using Brainly.

First of all, good website. Some of the answers are gibberish, but most of them(especially the popular ones) are great. Also, dont buy a membership
You can get unlimited answers by just disabling cookies for brainly.com specifically on your browser, or you can disable all cookies if you use safari(this will sign you out of google and other websites so I reccomend using another browser other than safari while u are using brainly). You dont even have to make an account.

I know now that most students are sitting at home and most of them will be online most of the time on their classes provided by their schools or own learning platforms like this or like many others. The access each one of them has to give meeting codes and to do anything online has increased without parent's attention. I am sorry to say this brainly was my favourite app till now. After the pandemic started I hate myself to go to that site because it is full of blunders like join that meeting join this meeting, here is the meeting code, only girls join etc... and whatnot. This platform has become the worst. It has a very high place in the daily education of a child among millions. It is the best app and no one created such a wonderful app. I really want to say this, because of this it's gonna be worst. Thank you and I hope all of this would change

I was charged $96 dollars for a annual subscription of Brainly. After I canceled my subscription, but it ended up I had two accounts and canceled under the wrong log in. This was obviously unknown to me, and I have no use for using Brainly for the next year. I explained this to customer service the day I received the charge on June 27. I never planned to use the subscription, but I used the website 1 day with a free trial and then canceled it. They are now telling me that they do not offer refunds which is very unfair to take advantage of students this way since I canceled the membership before billing period. They should simply close out the account for no future use and refund the money, to work with their users. I would not recommend this company or service to ANYONE. I have not heard from anyone regarding my costumer service emails. And there is no phone number.

Hello, I would like to request a refund for my money on my account. I was today charged 39$ for an annual plan plus, I did not select to have. Previously I have selected a free plan and also I didn't provide my credit details, also I couldn't change them for some reason as they weren't shown to me. Now I was charged 39$ for which I did not select and I am requesting a refund for mistakenly charged money. I don't want the plan, I do not use the website or the program. I will not use it ever. And I really would like to receive a refund for this mistakenly charged large amount of money. I request also to receive a contacting number and anything else that would let me contact with the leader, the team or whoever who could refund the money and solve this problem as soon as possible. I used to give answers on Brainly for hours everyday. I'd spend SO MUCH TIME AND EFFORT on answering and I got SOOOO many points only to come back and see someone took the time to delete my hundreds of answers. EVEN THE BEST ANSWERS. EVEN THE BRAINLIEST ANSWERS. Thousands of points disappeared. SOME OF THE QUESTIONS DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A REASON FOR GETTING REMOVED! I read an article "so before you get mad or disappointed"... and then goes onto a rant about how bad my answers must've been. I SPENT TIME LEARNING ABOUT TOPICS I'D NEVER HEARD OF-- Yeah I'm mad. And disappointed. I go into the app and it looks as if nothing could go wrong... "dasetka removed your answer" hundreds of times in my notifications. "Dasetka" has some explaining to do... I think all they wanted to do was to ban me. I guess there's people like that on there. Brainly, being the absolute brainliest, is supporting these people... Like seriosly, if someone has THOUSANDS of points then MAYBE THEIR ANSWERS AREN'T BAD OR "UNRELIABLE" OR "WRONG"... Like, I know where President Clinton was born, it's not incorrect because THE OTHER PERSON SAID THE EXACT SAME THING. WTF?!?!?!? I know what CONDENSATION MEANS IM NOT DELUSIONAL. I hate brainly now. I thought they APPRECIATED THEIR OWN AUDIENCE! I guess not... which means I will no longer spend hours explaining things to people... It appears they've just lost yet another VERY MUCH ACTIVE USER! Plus, whomever this Dasetka person is, will pay back... very soon... because they just taught me how bad the algorithm really is...

1. The users are terrible. Whenever you ask a question that you want a real answer on, they go on there and type things like "no", "nfieurqgjoiewnlrhirfuqemiu", "sorry, I don't know", and "*nothing*". Fun fact, answering is optional! If you don't know, don't answer! It's THAT simple! All they want are stupid points and they don't care if you need help. And the second person just waits for the first person to answer, then copies them. Also, the questions they ask. They ask if you want to go on a Zoom call with them and they put a code and either put "GIRLS ONLY!", "BOYS ONLY" or "I'M A GIRL". Who in the world goes on a Zoom call with a stranger? And WHO CARES if you are a girl? What, do you want a boyfriend? Because I haven't heard of ANYONE who tries to online date on a school site, not to mention the disgusting boys I've met on there (plus you could be talking to an 11-year-old who says they're 17).

2. The moderators and the verified users. Whoever made Brainly probably got all of their friends and invited them to become a moderator or verified user. Do you know how there are verified answers? Even THEY are wrong. I've come across many verified answers, and they were at least 1 or 2 stars. And for the moderators, they like to abuse their power to a level higher than the highest level. When you answer a question, and it's a real answer with a good explanation, they delete it. And if you ask a real question, NOT SPAM, they delete it. If you write a question exposing them, they'll delete it asap. So if you contact them, you'll never get a response.

3. The dumb ads. There are so many ads on there that block some of the questions. If you're not a part of the website (a user), then they'll blur the answer and ask you to watch ads. After you watch the ad and you accidentally click on a user profile and go back, the answer is blurred again so you have to watch more ads. And the website literally BEGS you to join premium so they can take your money with no refunds. When you use an ad-blocker, a message pops up saying something along the lines of "We noticed you're using an ad blocker. We know, you didn't come here for ads. But enabling ads helps us give you more access to Brainly! Please consider whitelisting us!" and there's a button, "YES, I'LL WHITELIST BRAINLY NOW". "Helps us give you more access to Brainly", huh. It doesn't change a thing with or without ads. You just want more money. So the notification keeps popping up on the top of the screen, but you'll get used to it.

4. How desperate are they for money? A lot. More than the word itself. Here are the ways they attempt to persuade you. Number one, they keep hassling you to join premium every single time they make you watch an ad. Two, they want you to disable your ad blocker so that they can get that "ka-ching"! Three, if you join premium and cancel soon after, you don't get a refund so they just take your cash and get on with it. Four, they try to be "relatable" in their ads with their tone of voice and word choice.

Don't use the website. Don't download the app. Don't get premium. And lastly, just don't do Brainly. It's like selling your soul to the devil, as another reviewer said. This is all by my experience, but if you want to use it, that's all on you.

I followed the directions to cancel my trial membership with brainly. Three days after cancelling my trial membership, the charged me after cancelling the account. There is no phone number to call. I go to subscription and there is no cancel trial membership button anymore. It appears I only have the basic free account.

The debit from my account is scheduled to be withdrawn on September 5.
