Course Hero told me that you probation period has been ended and giving you the answering rights but when I check there The account is disabled and my account is not opened yet. Still my Earning is there they are not listening my yet even they don’t reply yet

I want my money back.

They Told me that on 22 November that your probation period has been ended and you have answered the question but Still my account is disabled.

I have uploaded essays from my university which has been asked to remove it immediately. All the notes I got from my university, which I actually need to ask for consent from the owner since they are made for only university students. I have accidentally uploaded a few essays from my university into course hero and now I really need to remove them before there are any actions from the top level management of the university. I am requesting that the course hero may remove it, I really need to remove all of the documents from my account as soon as possible.

Hi. My tutor account got blocked just today. I haven't tried withdrawing any amount yet since it will be withdrawal on Dec. 2, 2022. I received a memo that I can withdraw my remaining balance that exceeds $20, but when I looked at the earnings page, I can't view my remaining balance anymore. I already emailed the support group but no reply from them.

I am trying to login my account getting error of Bad Request. I have a lot of unlocks available and an available for withdrawal. guide me what to do now. Please help.

I have received a mail from coursehero tutor support team they asked me to send the 10 sec video with other few details they are saying unusual activity found from my account .i have sent a reply to that mail with 10 sec video and other details from that day my coursehero account login not working showing bad request everytime when I am logging.They are not replying to my mail also

They are giving me a warning for the correct answer and I am working for you in a good manner to help the students but they don’t understand at all. They are providing me a warning for the question which is helpful and Now they disabled my account and still my account is disabled without any reason even I send all the details they want but still there is no revert yet.

There is mine $262 please help over this matter. Course hero completely scam with me. This $262 is the money of hard work it will definitely belongs to me.

My previous query has been partially resolved, the team was able to unlock my tutor account thus allowing me to withdraw my earnings. However, it still says that I'm giving the incorrect verification number even tho the number is correct. Is there any way that you can verify my mobile number for me? I have already emailed the tutor support team regarding this new issue.

I have been charged over a year every month about 170-190AUD by Coursehero despite the fact that I have never subscribed to any of their courses. I've never even looked at their website. After contacting and providing screenshots of charges Course Hero told me that they cannot locate my account and charges. Of course not because I have never subscribed to any of their products. I provided all information they requested and they keep repeating same questions about my account with them etc. How can supposedly reputable conpany charge money for completely nothing.

I was having issues logging into my account last night as I was receiving an error that my email address and password was incorrect. I know for fact that it was correct as I have it saved on my computer. I attempted to reset my password and never received a link in my email to reset. I emailed customer support and was informed that my account was deleted for no reason. I have paid for a subscription and now can’t access. Hello, I have a tutor account with coursehero and they closed my account in August this year without giving me any specific reason for it. They did not even send me a notification of the account closure. I only got to find out about it when I tried to login and the site did not allow me to do so, stating that my username or password was wrong. They did not even allow me to reset the password of my account and when I try to login via my gmail it says that its a Bad Request. The account email is [protected]@gmail.com. I'd really like for my account to be restored.

Hi. Good day. I cannot withdraw my earnings at course hero due to SMS verification and whenever I put my number in it says "the number cannot be verified" but it was the number that I used for my account. I already emailed course hero tutor support several times and I didn't receive any response yet. Can you help me with this. I emailed the tutor support team several times now since 03-Nov-2022 with regards on verifying my contact number as I cannot withdraw my pending earnings (192+ USD). They responded to me yesterday (see attached photo) however they didn't resolved the issue and just took down my account completely as I cannot log-in anymore and withdraw my pending earnings. As stated on the dashboard (see attached photo), we can still withdraw our available balance if it exceeds 20 USD, just contact the tutor support team, then why they took down my account completely and take my hard earned money away? It's fine if my tutor account will be closed however I just need my pending earnings to be withdrawn.

I emailed back Anya and Tutor Support Team provided my feedback since it turns out that COURSE HERO IS SCAMMING THEIR TUTORS! They're response was very misleading and it didn't resolved any issues.

I hope this can be addressed immediately.

I purchased the yearly subscription thinking, for some reason, it wouldn’t charge the full amount and only charge by however much each month was for that subscription. Turns out, I was charged twice, a total of $238.80, an extra $119.40 that was unauthorized. I attempted to cancel everything. I also attempted to contact their support and instead was offered to change my subscription plan? Course Hero stole my money and refuses to return it

I would like to request for deletion of my uploaded file in Course Hero with the file name "ABC reviewer.pdf" because my professor originally made that file which means this file is not my property. Since accessing files in Course hero is not for free and I do not have the required amount for it, so I uploaded it because I had no choice and was very desperate. Actually, we are prohibited to upload those files which compromise the intellectual property rights of my professor who originally made that file, and I am at risk for suspension.

With this, I humbly request that your good office delete my uploaded file titled "ABC reviewer.pdf" I would be grateful if you could. Thank you, very much, and best wishes!

I have accidentally uploaded notes and ppts from my institution or university, which are unacceptable and not allowed to be seen by others. I have filed a formal takedown complaint or request; however, no response was given. Please, accommodate my complaint now or as soon as possible. I need to takedown the materials that I have previously accidentally uploaded.

This happened yesterday night; supposedly going to cancel the uploading; however, it was already accepted by the time I already got the time to manage to do it.

I accidentally upload the signatures of my classmates. I uploaded it I think october 2021. I didn't know that file has a signatures. I already email them on Course Hero Compliance Team they have no response for 6 hours now. I really need to remove it specially it's their privacy and it has signatures. I hope the file will be remove because it's almost 6 hours since I reported it. My name will be affected as much as my classmated specially they have their signatures in the document.
