i accidentally uploaded a private file which is our research paper, that is the reason why i accidentally deactivated my account because i thought when i'm going to deactivate my account the file that i uploaded will be deleted. I am hoping that i can reactivate my account as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your cooperation. Thank you in advance.

I want to delete this document because I uploaded a module from our university and now I really need to remove before there are action from the top level management of our university. My instructor have message me to delete it so it wont have a problem in our university. Please help. I have uploaded notes from my university which has been asked to remove it immediately by the lecturer. All the notes i got from my university which actually i need to ask from consent from the owner since it are made for only university students. I have accidentally uploaded few notes from my university into course hero and now i really need to remove them before there are action from the top level management of the university. I have asked course hero to remove but there are still no action has been taken yet. I really need to remove all of the documents from my account as soon as possible.

My account got banned suddenly without any warning .Is there any way to reactivate it .It has more than 50 $ in earnings.I then complaint at the customer care and got a mail saying due to some guidelines my account was permanently deleted .You should have given a a warning before deleting my account.And what about all the hours that I have put .Pay my dues.I already emailed, messaged on twitter

I have already uploaded some documents to course hero and as a result of copy right issues and other matters our university not allow us to upload and they have informed to remove them. Eventhough i have requested it, i didn't get any solution for that, can you please provide a solution for removing such documents from the course hero .

I deactivated my account accidentally, now my questions that I uploaded before are still up even though my account has been deactivated. I wanted to access my account to take down those unnecessary questions.

Hi I would like to remove all my uploaded document related to my research paper. Due to when we plagscan our paper it shows a higher percentage of plagiarisma. I need to take it down as soon as possible or before june 13 since our research defense will only be until June 14 2021. I seek for fast action in my concern. Thank you.

Its just my 2nd month on course hero and I don't have any violations or warnings I have 100% helpful rate then up until now. I can't access my account anymore. I tried emailing the support team but they are not replying to my emails. I want to know why my account was revoked and why I can't login. I have 100%helpful rate with no violations or warnings whatsoever.

Like everyday I answer student's Questions at morning but today suddenly my account stopped working.
I tried logging in many times but same message as wrong email and password.
I have sent email to the support team but no response till now.
Please solve this issue to the earliest as during this lockdown I currently make my living through course hero only.

I have finished my probationary period last Monday June 7 2021. Apparently, I received another violation which resulted to revoking my account. The violation says that I plagiarized my answer even if its not. When I ask the support team they just told me that the violation is valid without any further investigation on how they come up on that comment. I have attached some supporting docs with regards to this complain.

I would like to request for deletion of my uploaded file in Course Hero with the file name "[Template] Module 1- IP.docx". My professor told me to immediately turn it down or else I will be given a disciplinary action. I do not remember when was the exact date that I uploaded the file but I am very certain that it is one of these previous months. Since accessing files in Course Hero is not for free, it left me no choice but to upload my file because I do not have the required amount for it. The file that I was going to access on that time was related to the Indigenous People from which will be the basis of my answer on the given activity of my professor. However, it just so happen that we are prohibited to upload those files which compromise the intellectual property rights of my professor who originally made that file.

With this, I humbly ask in your good office to delete my uploaded file with the name "[Template] Module 1- IP.docx". I do highly appreciate if you could. Thank you very much and more power!
