I have trouble logging in with my account, it keeps on giving "Bad Request"

I tried all the means to be able to log in but nothing happened, that's why I reached out because I still have pending questions and bills on my account

MY tutor account is in the name of my mail id : vetrivelpaypal@gmail.com. Suddenly one day, they asked me to do verification with government. I have successfully completed the verification. But they are not reopening my tutor account.

I donot know why.

I've mailed customer support 100 times but got no response from my registered email, but on sending email from another's I'd I'm getting response. Why customer support not replying me from my registered email.

I was reviewing my credit card charges for the year and noticed that course hero charged me $119.40 FIVE TIMES over a 4 day period. They must refund my monies immediately. This is absolutely unacceptable and criminal behavior. Please always check your online charges!

Unable to purchase extra questions for $3.00 a question. I have been able to do this with no problems till recently. I called over a week ago and it is still not resolved. I called again today and still told have not heard anything from the IT people. I have asked twice for a manager to call me and still have not been called. This is unacceptable.

I am trying to withdraw my earnings and typed the verification code, then it seems like my I accidentally clicked my mouse several times that resulted to my account being locked showing that too many failed attempts , is there still achance for me to retrieve my account?

I earned a lot of money as a tutor. Now, they have blocked me for no reason. I cant even withdraw more than $250 in my account. If I provided service by answering question, is it not unethical for them to use my answers and not pay me for it?. I reached out to Support team, they do not care.

Hello, I signed up with coursehero back in 2020. Unfortunately, some of my names are still on these documents. I would like to retrieve my account and remove all documents from my account or atleast gain access to it. It keeps saying BAD REQUEST or is unable to send me a email to reset my password.

I applied for Tutor account on course hero company. I worked hard on this website to make my carrer in freelancing. But wihtout any notice or legit reason they remove my tutor account. Want to file case since they have my adhaar card and my degrees.

I applied on 3rd july and they removed my account on 28 july without any notice.

Hi coursehero. I just want to ask, you closed my account as a tutor today Aug. 12 2023, 7am. Am I able to get the money in my account? Even though I'm not allowed to answer questions again, for as long as I am able to get the money. If yes, for how many days will I be able to open that account back just to get the money.

I was suddenly banned from answering questions in Course Hero . As I, withdraw my remaining amount, I did not receive any of it. I withdraw my account just today amounting to $31.50 and I still have remaining $220 to withdraw.

i recieved a email saying that my account was permanently closed due to its violation but idon open my account often and i keep messaging course hero and the answer i get is not necessarily to my questions . pls fix your communication in your tutor

Beware of this company! They brought your credit card info and bill on it!

I never use their services before. However, they able to get my credit card info and charged on it TWICE. Luckily I checked my statement and reported to bank.

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT!

I am trying to withdraw my 100+$ earning from coursehero. I followed the procedures correctly and when entering my verified number, the system will always pop up with problem with verification. Many users has issue on this since last year. They will also lock my account for unknown reasons.
