Appointment scheduled at tire center : 12:45 pm @20th Sep, By the time reached front desk with desk in charge - ASHLEY', it was 1:07 pm. She said you are late, appointment was at 12:45 pm - even a doctor's office has 30 mins grace period, not at costco, and last time, which was 3 weeks ago, I was there in queue waiting and by time reached front desk, was 25 mins late, & it was ok! ASHLEY says that you will taken in now as walk-in, had no choice, said ok, so instead of 1 hour, I assume, it will take may be 1:30 hour, may be 2 hours- go back to desk after 2 hours 40 minutes to find that she purposefully made sure that our car will never be put in queue and still they didnot even had clue that my car is waiting to be serviced for tires!
Claimed loss: 3 hours of my time and still no service
