Conn's Home Plus review: Product or service

My name is Cheryl Goodman and I recently requested a copy of my credit report and it states that I have purchased some products from Conn's Home Plus. I have never been to this store don't even have a store in my area. But somehow it is showing on my credit report that I owe them 5,499.00 from 2018. As I can recall I was in bankruptcy at the time so there is no way in the world that this is my account. I have called customer service and complained I have called the Fraud department, and no one will return my calls. I keep getting put on hold for hours at a time and then the automated system states that no one is available to take your call please leave a message. Well as stated I have left message after message and no one will call me back, so I am going to report this to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau within the next 10 days if no one calls me back and take care of this matter. I want this account deleted or removed off my credit immediately or I will be pursuing other legal matters.
