I bought TV last August my last payment was July 24th in the amount of $1519.91 which was paid 7/24/2023 my loan was closed. Supposedly the bank withdrew 881 back and from conns which there is nothing reflecting on my bank account so conns reopened the account with amount of over 3000 dollars and supposedly sent emails letting me know. No one told me about anything or sent me anything. Only reason I found out was because conns called to request a past due balance of 87 dollars. So now they are wanting me to pay 3700 on the loan that was reopened. What they have done is harass me everyday for a payment of 87.00 dollars. they call me multiple times a day. I have spoken to multiple supervisors and they told me they would reinstate the 881 dollars and close the loan, well they called me Saturday to tell me they denied the request yet no supervisor or upper management ever called to inform me about the decision. I filed a complain a year ago regarding property insurance and TV installation fee. I called multiple times and spoke to many supervisors regarding the issues but NO ONE ever followed through. I ended up paying for those fees. But how can you harass me everyday when you want something from me. I will be filing a complaint with BBB

Desired outcome: honor what you told me. I will pay 881 and you need to reinstate the loan promotion and close it.
