Wigsisthey keep ignoring me and won't give me a refund

They won't answer my emails i'm pretty sure they blocked me from emailing them I politely asked for a refund and they will not do it some one named cecilia keeps tryna tell me the wig is 100% human hair not to worry and to think twice about cancelling I told her no that's fine I just want a refund and now i'm being ignored I spent about 400$ can and I just want my money back I don't know what else to do or who to call because they don't have legit phone number.. There honestly the biggest scam I came across please people save your money these people won't last i'm doing whatever I can to have these people put down

    The same thing happened to me I only have a few days before the case is closed and they wont agree on anything all I want is a refund and they want me to pay even more money for a NEW wig. I will NEVER shop there again

    @Tay.01 Atara: If you charged the cost of your purchase to a credit card, call them about disputing the charge. The vendor has an obligation to provide a return label or address, which this company won't do. I found an address in Fairbanks, Alaska -- look them up like any corporation -- but my credit card co. advised me to not return the wigs until I hear from them. Their problem is that the wigs they sell are made in, and shipped from, China so this company never sees the quality of what it's selling. Don't take no for an answer. Good luck!
