FreshTrends Terrible Customer Service and Refund Process - Do Not Recommend

This place is like, really bad. The customer service dude was like, super mean and didn't help me at all. I've been waiting for like, almost 2 months for my refund and I haven't heard anything back. It's like, totally not cool and I'm so mad about it. Like, how can they just ignore me like that? It's not fair at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

FreshTrends Disappointing Customer Service and Censorship: My Experience with FreshTrends

So, I had a bit of a problem with FreshTrends. I ordered some nose bones, but I accidentally got the wrong size. I wanted to exchange them, but they said no. I mean, come on, they were still in the package and everything! Not cool, FreshTrends, not cool.

And then, to top it all off, I tried to leave a review about my experience, but they kept taking it down. What's up with that? I just wanted to share my thoughts with other people who might be thinking about buying from them.

Overall, I'm not too impressed with FreshTrends. Their customer service could use some work, and I don't appreciate them censoring my review. But hey, maybe this one will stick around.

FreshTrends Disappointed with FreshTrends Order: No Delivery or Tracking Information

I've been a customer of FreshTrends for a while now and I recently decided to order a couple of nose rings. I placed my order on March 24th and I was so excited to receive my items. I even paid for 2 day shipping to make sure I got them as soon as possible. However, it's now April 1st and I still haven't received my order. I'm starting to get really disappointed.

I've been checking my email constantly to see if I've received a tracking email, but nothing has come through. I'm not sure what's going on, but I really hope my items arrive soon. I spent a total of $388 on my order, so it's a lot of money to just be left in the dark about.

At this point, I'm starting to wonder if I should just ask for my money back. It's frustrating to have to wait so long for something and not even know where it is. I really hope FreshTrends can sort this out soon because I've always had a good experience with them in the past.

Overall, I'm just really disappointed with this experience. I hope FreshTrends can make it right and get my items to me as soon as possible.

FreshTrends FreshTrends Review: Total Disaster - Wrong Item, Unhelpful Customer Service, and No Refund

So, I recently ordered a belly piercing from FreshTrends, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. They advertised it for $600, which was a bit steep, but I was willing to pay for quality. However, when I received my package, I was shocked to find an eyebrow piercing instead! I mean, seriously, how could they mess up something as basic as that?

When I contacted their customer service, they were completely unhelpful. They refused to refund my unopened and unused purchase, and instead tried to get me to pay an additional $1,000 for an actual belly piercing. Can you believe that? I mean, I already paid $600 for something I didn't even want, and now they want me to pay even more? That's just ridiculous.

To make matters worse, the diamonds on the piercing have yet to be confirmed as real. I mean, if I'm paying that much money for something, I expect it to be of the highest quality. But no, they couldn't even get that right.

I've attached some pictures so you can see for yourself what was advertised versus what was sent. It's pretty clear that they didn't even try to fulfill my order properly.

Overall, I would not recommend FreshTrends to anyone. Any place that does not provide a refund is a rip off, plain and simple. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else for your piercing needs.

FreshTrends Disappointing Experience with FreshTrends: Small Item, Long Wait, and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from FreshTrends and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my experience. The item I received was much smaller than what was shown in the picture on their website. Additionally, it took over two months for my order to arrive, which was quite frustrating.

I attempted to contact their customer service team multiple times to inquire about a replacement, but unfortunately, I was unable to speak with a live person. I tried calling their phone number, but no one ever answered.

When I decided to leave a review about my experience, I was surprised to find that it was removed. It seems that only 5-star reviews are allowed on their website, which is disappointing.

Overall, I was not impressed with FreshTrends and would not recommend them to others. It's important for companies to be transparent and honest with their customers, and unfortunately, I did not feel that was the case with this company.

FreshTrends Terrible Customer Service Experience with FreshTrends Jewelry - Do Not Buy!

FreshTrends is a website that sells jewelry, but I had a really bad experience with their customer service. They don't seem to care about making their customers happy, they just want to make money. I've been trying to exchange a piece of jewelry that I ordered, or get a refund, but they won't give me either. I paid almost $1,400 for this piece of jewelry, and I don't want it or need it. It's still in processing, and I haven't been able to get it corrected or exchanged.

I've tried to contact them through email, but they've been ignoring me. They've even blocked me from their social media accounts. It's really frustrating to spend so much money on something and not be able to get any help from the company.

I hope that this review helps someone else who is thinking about buying from FreshTrends. I don't want anyone else to get taken advantage of like I did.

FreshTrends Disappointing Experience with FreshTrends: Poor Communication and Unreliable Tracking

I recently made a purchase from FreshTrends, and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered an earring for my cartilage piercing over 3 weeks ago, and to this day, I have yet to receive it. I attempted to track my package using the tracking number provided, but to my dismay, the tracking number was not recognized by USPS. I reached out to the company twice via email, requesting my tracking information, but I have yet to receive a response.

To make matters worse, when I checked my account on the FreshTrends website, it showed that I had not placed any orders at all. However, I was charged for the earring, which is quite frustrating. While the cost of the earring was not significant enough for me to take further action, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Overall, my experience with FreshTrends was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication and inability to track my package has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would advise anyone considering shopping with this company to proceed with caution.

Love, love, love this piece. The look is delicate and beautiful without being too small or flimsy. Totally worth the wait. Will order again. Customer service was also amazing.
