CosmoProf Unfair Charges and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with CosmoProf

So, I got this box of hempz lotions from CosmoProf that I didn't even order. And guess what? They charged my account a whopping $240 for it! I was like, "What the heck?!" So, I disputed the charge and sent the box back. My card gave me a temporary credit, but when CosmoProf got their money back, it became permanent. But get this, they're saying that they not only credited my account, but they also paid my credit card and charged me for the box of lotions PLUS added a late fee! Can you believe it? I've been calling customer service like 4 times in the past week, and they keep saying they'll call me back, but they never do. I even sent them proof of my credit card statements showing that I never got refunded for this mess, but they still won't do anything about it. So, now I'm out $240.00? This is just ridiculous! I've been a loyal customer for 3 decades, and this is how they treat me? I'm so over it!

CosmoProf Unprofessional Store Manager at Cosmoprof Near Me

I've been a loyal customer of Cosmoprof for the past 15 years and I have to say, I absolutely love shopping there. However, every time I visit the specific location near me, I can't help but feel unwelcome. It's a shame that this is the only location close to me, so I have no other choice but to shop there.

The store manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Today, I had enough of her attitude and I'm writing this review as my first and last notice to the company. If I ever go back and that low-class manager treats me with disrespect again, she'll have to deal with my lawyer. It's a shame that such a great company would let such a narrow-minded person work there.

Despite this unfortunate experience, I still highly recommend Cosmoprof to anyone looking for quality beauty products. They have a wide selection of products and their prices are reasonable. I just wish that the store manager at my location would learn some basic customer service skills and treat her customers with respect.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my recent experience at Cosmoprof, but I still believe that they are a great company. I just hope that they take this review seriously and address the issue with their store manager.

CosmoProf Disappointing Customer Service: My Struggle to Find Guy Tang Colors

I've been trying to get my hands on some Guy Tang colors for weeks now, but it's been a real struggle. I've gone to three different stores, and each time I've been told that they're not getting them in or that they can't order anything for me. It's been really frustrating, especially since I saw on Guy Tang's Instagram that I should ask the manager to order them for me. But when I tried that, I was told that they couldn't do it either.

So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and went directly to Guy Tang's website to order six tubes of the colors I wanted. It was a bit of a hassle, but at least I knew I was getting what I wanted. Today, I called the store to ask when their shipments come in, and I was told that they had just received a shipment today. But when I asked if there was a packing slip to make sure that the developer I wanted was included, I was told that they couldn't do that.

Honestly, the customer service at this store has been pretty bad. I'm getting tired of the runaround, and I think I'm just going to start ordering directly from Guy Tang's website. It's a shame, because I really like this store and I've had good experiences here in the past. But if they can't get their act together and provide better customer service, then I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere.

CosmoProf Disappointing Experience at CosmoProf: Unfriendly Service and Delayed Refund

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my recent experience at CosmoProf. I've been a loyal customer for about 4 years now, ever since I was in cosmetology school. I usually go to the Modesto, Ca location on roselle and it's always been a good experience...until now.

So, I went in on September 3rd to make a purchase and everything was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. But then, on September 8th, I had to do a return transaction and that's when things went downhill. The girl who helped me didn't even say hello or acknowledge me in any way. I had to initiate the conversation by saying "hi. I just have a return." She took my bag and receipt without saying a word and didn't ask me to insert my card or sign anything. It was all very strange and uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, it's been 5 days and I still haven't seen my $39.81 go back onto my card. In fact, it looks like a purchase was made on my account instead of a return. I'm definitely going to call customer service and see what they can do about this. It's just not right.

I'm really disappointed in this experience and I don't think I'll be going back to this location again. I wish I had gotten the employee's name, but she wasn't wearing a name tag. It's just frustrating when you have a bad experience like this, especially when you've been a loyal customer for so long.

CosmoProf Disappointing Experience with CosmoProf: Unreliable Stock & Poor Customer Service

CosmoProf is a store that I would not recommend to anyone. They advertise products that they don't even have in stock, which is very frustrating. It seems like they don't care about customer satisfaction at all. They don't seem to be interested in ordering or stocking shelves either. I have been to the store three times in the last four visits and left angry each time.

I decided to try ordering online, but it was a negative experience. They sent me six wrong tubes of color, which was a huge disappointment. I immediately noticed the mistake when they sent me the order confirmation email. I tried to cancel the order, but they told me that it couldn't be changed or edited once it was placed. I was told that I could easily return it to any of their stores.

I returned the order to the Findlay Ohio store with my receipt, but I was told that the only way to get my money back was in the form of a gift card. I was very upset because I paid for the order with a credit/debit card, and it should have been returned to the same payment source. This behavior is absolutely wrong and probably illegal in this state. I was disgusted by the corporate/company behavior.

Overall, I would not recommend CosmoProf to anyone. They don't seem to care about their customers, and their online ordering system is a mess. If you're looking for a reliable beauty supply store, I suggest looking elsewhere.

CosmoProf CosmoProf Review: Overpriced and Not Worth the Trip

CosmoProf is a store that sells hair products and other beauty supplies. Some people might think it's a good place to shop, but I don't really think it's worth it. If you're looking to save money, you might as well just shop on Amazon. You won't save much by going to CosmoProf, maybe only $2-$5 at the most. It's not really worth the gas and time it takes to get there.

I used to shop at CosmoProf a lot in the past, but I've started to go to other stores on the west coast that have more reasonable pricing for hairstylists. Now, I only go to CosmoProf to cherry pick certain products. It's sad because I used to shop there for 17 years.

I think the reason I stopped shopping at CosmoProf is because their prices started to get too high. It's almost like buying products in a regular store. I don't see the point in going to CosmoProf if I'm not going to save any money.

If you do decide to shop at CosmoProf, be careful at the one on Scott Road. They always overcharge and I've even noticed them doing it to other customers. They hope that the customers won't notice that they didn't receive the sale discount or that they were double charged. It's happened to me a couple of times, but I didn't say anything until the last time. I saw another customer come in and complain that they were overcharged too. So, if you do decide to shop at CosmoProf, just be cautious when making your purchases.

CosmoProf Terrible Customer Service at CosmoProf Store in Phoenix, Arizona

I gotta say, I read some other reviews and I gotta agree with them 100%. I went to the CosmoProf store in Phoenix, Arizona on 75th Ave and Thomas on March 2nd at 11am and let me tell you, I have never encountered a ruder employee in my life. I was trying to buy some products using the CosmoProf account that my husband and I got for our salon business, but this lady straight up refused to sell to me. Now, I've been using that card for the past 5 years with no problems, but apparently that didn't matter to her. And the worst part? She was so unapologetic about it. It was disgusting.

But honestly, I knew something was off as soon as I walked through the doors. This lady never even came out to acknowledge me. I could've been anyone walking in to steal products and she wouldn't have cared. She never greeted me or even looked up. Finally, I had to walk up to the register and say hi myself, and even then she didn't say a word. Her attitude was just the worst. It was like I was bothering her by walking into the store and interrupting her from doing nothing in the back.

I've been to this location before and the girls there are usually pretty nice, but this woman was just the worst. She had long black hair, was Hispanic, and had fake eyelashes on. And the worst part? My 7-year-old daughter was with me and had to witness this trash service. Shame on you, CosmoProf, for hiring people who clearly don't appreciate having a job and don't like helping people.

CosmoProf Mixed Experience with CosmoProf: Review of Local Stores and Corporate Response

My experience with CosmoProf has been mixed. I have visited two different local locations, one on Colonel Glenn in Beavercreek Ohio managed by Jackie, and the other on Wilmington Pike in Centerville Ohio managed by Jeff. Both managers were good to work with, and so were their staff. However, my personal experience with corporate was not as positive. I wrote a review earlier in 2021 directly to them, not my local stores, but corporate did not respond until much later. They finally refunded my frozen account because of an employee named Amber who did not do her job properly.

To improve the quality of service, the CEO should check up on the human resource department and ensure that they are hiring competent employees. As we all know, 80% of all successful businesses soar because of great upper management, but 85% of businesses fail because of lazy upper management. Therefore, it is crucial for CosmoProf to have a strong upper management team that can make positive changes.

There are many negative reviews about CosmoProf online, but what if love and integrity were applied here? I always apply these values in my business, and I believe they should be standard. The upper management team that is getting paid the most money in corporate CosmoProf should be the ones making positive changes. As we all know, the good stuff and bad stuff always start at the top and roll downhill. Maybe the next board meeting should focus on making decisions that will make a difference for stylists.

In conclusion, the world needs more kindness and beauty, and CosmoProf can contribute to this by improving its services. I hope that the steps of a good man or woman are always ordered by Holy Jesus, and that CosmoProf will take the necessary steps to improve its services. Thank you for reading, and style on!

CosmoProf Disappointing Experience with GHD Helios Dryer from Cosmoprof: Defective Product and Unhelpful Customer Service Policy

I recently bought a GHD Helios dryer from Cosmoprof's website when it was on sale for $143.20. When I plugged it in for the first time, it smelled like something was burning, and the high heat setting started blowing cold air. I was disappointed because GHD dryers are usually great and well-made, but it seems like I got a bad one. However, when I contacted Cosmoprof's customer service, they refused to give me a refund or exchange because their return policy only allows unopened products to be returned. I mean, how am I supposed to know if it works or not without opening the box and trying it out? It's ridiculous!

I understand that this policy might make sense for hair color or shampoo, but it's not appropriate for styling tools. It seems like this policy allows them to sell defective or broken products without taking responsibility for it. It's like playing Russian roulette with your money! I've had similar bad experiences with CHI flat irons and Wahl trimmers that I bought from Cosmoprof in the past few years. However, I used to give them the benefit of the doubt because I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. But now, I can't recommend this company to my colleagues or co-workers anymore. It's getting harder and harder to make a living as a stylist, and licensed cosmetologists deserve better treatment.

On the bright side, I now have a $143.00 paperweight.

CosmoProf Poor Customer Service and Billing Issues at CosmoProf

I went to CosmoProf to pay my bill in full back in August. I was hoping to check my balance, but their website was down. The staff told me that they couldn't check my actual balance because of the website issue. So, I paid the amount of what I knew I had purchased and an additional $50 to cover fees, etc. They also told me that I would receive a late fee credit for their system being down and not being able to pay my bill. Their system automatically adds a late fee, which is not fair.

I have been trying to access my online account, but I have had no luck. I have requested help several times, but no one has been able to assist me. Yesterday, I received a notification for a $53 balance, which is all a late fee that I acquired while receiving bills at the wrong address. I have called and requested a change in the address several times, but it seems like no one is listening.

I have had the card for almost a year, and I still have no physical card. I have no way of knowing what these charges are for as they send my statement to the wrong address. According to the representatives, it was all late fees. I keep track of what I buy from there and the payments that I made. I knew that I had paid well over what I purchased and still have no access to a full statement of charges/payments.

After being transferred many times, I was told that there is nothing I can do but pay the charges. Even though I signed up through CosmoProf's website and I can purchase things through their website that gets billed to my card, I have no access to my card from their website because the card is actually through Community Bank. That is where I need to go to sign up for access. However, the information I need to sign into my account from the bank website would be on a bill or on my credit card. These of which I do not have any of, and they cannot provide me with one digitally.

When I asked for the bank's information, they told me I could look it up. What the heck! The customer service is absolutely disgusting. I have decided to cancel this card and will no longer purchase anything from these people. It's a shame that they cannot provide better customer service.

CosmoProf Frustrating Experience with CosmoProf Membership Card & Website Navigation

I've been trying to get my CosmoProf membership card for a while now, but they never seem to send it to me. It's frustrating because I can't access their website without it. I used to buy products from them, but it's been years since I've been able to. I hope they see this review and do something about it.

Even when I did have my membership card, the website was difficult to navigate. They claim to sell products that you can't find at Walmart, but I'm not sure if that's really true. All I know is that I end up paying more for the same products. Thanks a lot, CosmoProf!

Because of these issues, I've switched to being a Salon Centric customer. Their website is much easier to use, and I don't have to worry about not having my membership card. Overall, I'm much happier with Salon Centric than I ever was with CosmoProf.

CosmoProf CosmoProf Review: Great Beauty Products, But Customer Service Needs Improvement

I been using CosmoProf (cosmoprof.com) for a while now and I gotta say, it's a pretty decent website for all your beauty needs. They got a wide range of products from hair care to nail polish and everything in between. The prices are pretty reasonable too, especially if you're a professional in the beauty industry.

However, I did have a bit of a problem with their customer service. I had a late charge on my account for three months in a row because of a mistake the bank made. I called every month to get it fixed, but it kept happening. It was frustrating because I was assured it was fixed, but it wasn't. Eventually, I had to pay $13 just to close the account. It was a hassle and not something I wanted to deal with during Covid when everything else was already stressful.

Overall, I still think CosmoProf is a good website for beauty products, but their customer service could use some improvement. Just be aware of that if you decide to open an account with them.

CosmoProf Terrible Online Customer Service Experience with CosmoProf

I had a really bad experience with CosmoProf's online customer service. I placed an order through their app, but I never received a tracking number. I tried calling customer service three times, but two of those times I was left on hold for a whopping 30 minutes! Can you believe that? The third time I was disconnected after holding for 15 minutes. It's just not acceptable to treat customers like that.

When I finally did get through to someone, they promised to look into the tracking and email me, but that never happened. It's really frustrating when you're trying to track your order and you don't have any communication from the company. I wouldn't recommend ordering from CosmoProf online. It's just not worth the hassle.

Thankfully, my order did eventually arrive, but it was a stressful experience. I just wish that CosmoProf had better customer service. It's really important to be able to trust the companies that you're ordering from, and I don't feel like I can trust CosmoProf after this experience. I wouldn't give them any stars if I could.

CosmoProf Unwelcoming and Unhelpful: My Disappointing Experience at CosmoProf

This store, CosmoProf, is not a good place to go. My daughter wanted to check out the 22 inch extensions for her hair, just to see how long they would be. Our hairdresser was going to buy them for us, but when we went in, the person working there told us to leave because we weren't licensed. I went in with my daughter to ask which ones our hairdresser should buy, but the person working there still told us to leave. We kept explaining that we weren't buying them, we just wanted to see which length was best. It was a bad experience and we won't be going back.

CosmoProf Poor Customer Service at CosmoProf Store in St Catharines - A Disappointing Experience for a Professional Hairdresser

I recently went to CosmoProf store located at 318 Ontario St in St Catharines. I was hoping to find some hairdressing supplies as I am a licensed and experienced hairdresser. I used to operate a beauty salon in Brantford for over 15 years. However, I was away from Canada for 12 years and just came back 2 months ago. I renewed my license and was excited to get back into hairdressing.

Unfortunately, my experience at CosmoProf was not a pleasant one. The two ladies working there were not helpful at all. In fact, they treated me like an intruder or a thief. I felt like I was being kicked out of the store. As a professional, I was shocked and disappointed by their behavior.

Instead of helping me find what I needed, they advised me to shop at Sally's or on Amazon. I couldn't believe it! I was hoping to support a local business and get some professional advice, but instead, I was turned away.

I understand that everyone has bad days, but this was unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. I hope that CosmoProf takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to provide better customer service.

In conclusion, my experience at CosmoProf was not a good one. I hope that they can improve their customer service and provide a better experience for their customers.

CosmoProf Mixed Experience with Cosmoprof: Online Ordering and Customer Service Need Improvement

I gotta say, I joined Cosmoprof last year and I've been ordering from their store a few times. It's been pretty good, but their online ordering is a bit weird. You think you're gonna get what you ordered, but nope! They send you an email after you pay saying they're out of stock. That's pretty frustrating, you know? They shouldn't let you buy stuff they don't have.

One time, I ordered shampoo and conditioner, but instead of getting shampoo, I got two conditioners. And one of them was already half used! That's not cool, man. I tried calling customer service, but they put me on hold for so long. I mean, come on, I got stuff to do!

Overall, I like Cosmoprof, but they gotta work on their online ordering and customer service. It's just not up to par, you know? But if you're willing to deal with a few hiccups, they've got some good stuff in their store.

CosmoProf Disappointing Blow Dryer Purchase from CosmoProf: Strange Shape and No Refund Policy

I recently bought a blow dryer from CosmoProf and boy was I disappointed! The shape of the dryer is so strange, it's like a football or something. And to make matters worse, it won't even fit in the dryer hole at my station. What a waste of $200! The delayed start feature is also really weird and useless to me. I wish I had known that Hot tools are non-refundable at CosmoProf, even with a receipt. I've never had any issues returning items to Salon Centric, so I'll definitely be sticking with them from now on. It's just ridiculous and scandalous that CosmoProf won't refund my money for this terrible blow dryer.

Honestly, I'm so disappointed that I don't think I'll ever purchase anything other than Joico color from CosmoProf again. I'm really hoping that Salon Centric will start carrying Joico products soon, because then I'll never have to go to CosmoProf ever again. It's just such a shame that I had such a bad experience with this blow dryer.

CosmoProf Disappointing Experience with CosmoProf: Delayed Delivery, Poor Customer Service, and Order Cancellation

Yo, I gotta say, I ain't too happy with CosmoProf right now. I put in an order like two weeks ago and still ain't got it. I hit 'em up last week to ask what's up and they ain't even bothered to get back to me. So I called the store where I ordered from and they said it was delivered. But I ain't never seen it, you feel me? So I figured I'd try again and put in the same order this morning for same-day delivery. I called 'em up like 10 minutes before they closed to see if they got it and they said they did, but then they canceled it and ain't sending it out. What the heck, man? I checked my order status on the app and it don't say it's canceled, and I ain't even get no email or nothin'. The store I ordered from was in Fairfax, VA.

Now, I ain't no grammar expert or nothin', but I gotta say, this whole situation ain't sittin' right with me. I mean, I understand things can get messed up sometimes, but dang, CosmoProf, you gotta do better than this. I'm just tryna get my stuff, you know? And it ain't like I'm asking for the moon or nothin', just a simple order. I ain't even gonna get into all the hassle I had to go through just to get in touch with someone about my order. Let's just say it wasn't easy.

Overall, I ain't too impressed with CosmoProf right now. I hope they can get their act together and start treating their customers better. 'Cause if they don't, they gonna lose business real quick.

CosmoProf False Advertising: My Experience with CosmoProf's B2G1 Free Promotion

Let me tell you about my experience with CosmoProf. I recently took advantage of their B2G1 free promotion for Kendra hair products. At first, I was excited to get a free item, but boy was I wrong. The math was so sticky that I couldn't believe it.

I purchased three items, but when I got to the register, I realized that the third item wasn't actually free. Instead, all three items were discounted to the same sale price. I asked the salesperson about it, and they told me that since the items were on sale, it was like getting one for free. But that's not how it works in the real world, is it?

In the real world, if you buy two items and get one free, the two items are charged at full price, and the third item is charged at zero. But not in the alternate reality that CosmoProf does math in. It's unbelievable.

I paid for all three items at the sale price, so I didn't get anything for free. It's a shame that CosmoProf would advertise a promotion like this and then not deliver on their promise. I won't be shopping there again.

CosmoProf Disappointing Customer Service and Return Policy at CosmoProf Beauty Supply Store

So, I just bought a Paul Mitchell holiday set from CosmoProf's website, and when it arrived, I noticed that the shampoo cap was broken off. It looked like someone had already returned it before. I was pretty bummed out because I wanted to give it as a gift. I decided to take it back to the store to exchange it for the exact same thing. But, when I got there, the salesperson told me that I couldn't exchange it because of COVID restrictions. They said I could come back on January 2nd to exchange it. I mean, seriously? Is there some kind of COVID cure that's going to happen on January 2nd that I don't know about? Or is it just the end of their fiscal year and they don't want to show any returns on their year-end report? It just seems like a bunch of nonsense to me.

I was really disappointed with CosmoProf's customer service. I mean, I bought a gift that was damaged at the store, and they wouldn't even let me exchange it for the same thing. It's not like I was asking for a refund or anything. I just wanted to exchange it for the same product. It's frustrating because there are plenty of other beauty supply stores out there with fair return policies. I think I'll be shopping at one of them from now on.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend CosmoProf to anyone. Their customer service is lacking, and their return policy is ridiculous. If you're looking for a beauty supply store with fair policies, I suggest you look elsewhere.
