After arguing with the representative for a few minutes, I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was just as unhelpful as the representative. She told me that they couldn't exchange the foundation because it was my mistake. I was so frustrated and angry that I hung up the phone.

I ended up having to buy the correct shade of foundation from another website. It was such a hassle and I wasted so much time and money because of Image Beauty's mistake. I would never order from them again and I would advise others to avoid them as well. Their customer service is terrible and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes.

All three orders were placed on the same day, but unfortunately, Image Beauty has yet to deliver my purchase. It's been quite some time now and I'm starting to get frustrated. The other two companies were able to send my items within five days, so I'm not sure what's taking Image Beauty so long.
