I been using Liquid Loreal for years and I saw the brown bottle on Image Beauty's site. So, I ordered it. But when I got my package, they sent me the creme color, purple box. I was so mad! If I wanted that, I would have just gone to the store and got it myself. I tried to reach out to them, but all they said was "you purchased the creme". Like, no, the pictures on the site clearly showed the difference. It's not my fault they messed up. And to make things worse, they won't even let me send it back. Their service is just horrible, horrible! I'm never ordering from them again. You guys should order from somewhere else too. And don't even bother replying with your sorry excuses, because we all know you're not really sorry. I gave them plenty of time to fix it, but they didn't do anything.
