Whirlpool / federal warranty service corp.

I am writing you regarding our service contract with you for whirlpool washer . We received our next payment toward our contract and i sent check to whirl pool for $ 108.49 on 9/13/16...It has never cleared bank. Why.. Am tired of it being the only open check in our account.. Why hasen't it been cashed!!!!! Contract plan # is [protected]... Please explain.. We do not want to lose our contract with you for our whirlpool washer. It's only 5 years old. I request you check on it and let me know asap..
