Walmart delivery

Purchased drone as Christmas present online ship to store from Walmart.
The only reason I purchased was because the promised delivery date was prior to Christmas. They missed the promised delivery date so now I won't be able to give the drone to my son for Christmas. It wasnt a last minute order on my part. There was ample time to make the delivery. I feel like they promise delivery dates that they know they cannot meet. My first and last online purchase from Walmart.com. Never again.

Walmart samsung 50" 6300 series - 4k ultra hd smart led tv - 2160p, 120mr (model#: un50ku6300)

I placed an online order for store pick up of samsung 50" 6300 series - 4k ultra hd smart led tv - 2160p, 120mr (Model#: un50ku6300) on nov 26 2016. Their system accepted the order for a price of $398. After couple of days the order got cancelled by walmart saying we're really sorry, but the items shown below are out of stock and we don't know when we'll get them in again. Now after 2 weeks I saw walmart is selling the same product for $547 with store pick up available in almost all locations. I contacted customer service department and they confirmed that the item is re-shopped and will be shipped for the same price. After many days of waiting and seeing no action happening with my order I contacted customer department again and later find out that they won't be able to honor the order for the price I initially ordered it for.

Walmart nintendo 3ds xl galaxy model

12/19/16: walmart is currently showing on their website this item for $309.00. This item retails for $199.00. The item is currently sold out everywhere, including walmart. Other retailers such as target, gamestop, and best buy are also sold out but continue to retail for $199.00.
Walmart has increased the price by greater than 50% of the retail cost during the holiday season. This is a toy intended for children being price gouged by a company which markets itself as family friendly.
Disgraceful. They should lower the price and refund the difference to their customers who paid $309.00 for this item. A refund can be delivered in the form of a gift card for walmart if that is the best way for the company to resolve the issue. I did not purchase this device and would not have at that price, but clearly many people did. Additionally they offer two additional purchase options from outside sellers, presumably because they are out of stock and this is a holiday wish list item for many children. The alternate seller prices are $309.99 and $314.88.

Walmart huggies snug & a dry size 5

My son woke up in the middle of the night fussing I go to his crib and his diaper fell apart and was everywhere! I had to pick him up and change his diaper and clothes cause the filling was everywhere!and I had just changed him not even 2hours before he started fussing this is not the first or the second time I spend all this money for diapers to fall apart!these pictures are not when it happened but I took these in the morning time.

Walmart christmas gift

About two weeks ago my wife purchased a childs gift for our grandaughter on line. She paid for the gift via credit card. The info provided said that the gift should arrive within two business days via Fed Ex. After waiting several days we did not get the gift but noticed that our card was debited for the amount of the gift. My wife called several numbers for Walmart to check on it but was seemed to be given other numbers to call.She did this but was given the run around. Someone told her that she would have to contact the delivery agency but Walmart did not give her a tracking number or anything to provide reference on the status of the package. Walmart said that they would "try" to find out what they could and would send her an e-mail.She has not received anything to this date. She has gotten nothing but excuses. It is a Christmas gift and time is running out. I am going to wait until the closing of the buisness day Monday and if I have not gotten some type of information that is helpful, I am going to report this unexceptable practice to the BBB, Corporate Office and whom ever else I can to complain. We do a lot of business with Walmart but I will avoid doing anything further with Walmart in the future. I have nothing in the way of numbers, receipts or tracking numbers to give you to go on.

Walmart product care plan never received my email

I bought a product care plan for my I pod touch for 3 years. I was given a phone number to register a device if it ever broke .I called that number so they can replace/fix it, so they asked for an email address to send their address via email so I can ship my product, but they never sent me an email. I called multiple time's, even gave them a second email address, but the email I was supposed to receive so they can fix it never came.

Walmart auto service or lack of service

On 12/12/16 I arrived at the Walmart Auto Service Center at 1607 W. Bethany Homes Rd., in Phoenix, AZ a few minutes past 5 p.m. I ordered 2 new Goodyear Tires with warranties and purchased 2 wiper blades and requested service in installing them. My car was parked on the far side of their garage and sat untouched while they took one car after another, that came after me, and provided service. At about 6:30 p.m.. I told the cashier if they weren't going to work on my car to just cancel the order. I was exhausted and been there for almost 2 hours, while my car sat untouched and cars that came after mine, were gone already. She kidded that they must like my car. The cashier went and checked with the mechanic. They said 20 more minutes. When I was told my car was done, at 7:15 p.m., all the other cars were long gone. When I walked out to my car I saw that they had placed the unopened wiper blades on top of my car next to the used blades. I immediately walked back to the garage entrance and knocked repeatedly on the door. They appeared to be long gone. This is the worst mechanic service I have ever received at any garage.

The ID # on the receipt for the windshield wipers : 7K0L2JQWBKU $12.75 Debit #**** **** **** 2255 . After they put the new tires on the back of the car I paid with my debit card, but did not receive the receipt. I do not think they wanted me to complete a Customer Service Survey. The Debit Card # is the same **** **** **** 2255.

Walmart canceled orders

On Black Friday I tried to put two orders in both for an apple iPhone both were canceled. I tried a different debit card and both were canceled again. I called an got incident # [protected], I called again and tried an was advised they had to submit info to corporate so my cards would not be canceled to wait at least 30 min. to call to re-order so I wanted several days and then called and again both orders were canceled. I was put thru to corporate by phone in which Christopher, whom was very very rude told me he had to submit info so my cards would not be canceled and I told him this had already been done and I wanted to speak to someone else and he absolutely refused to put me thru to another person so I hung up on him. I spend a lot of money in Walmart stores and online and I do not appreciate this at all that I can not order with my money the things I want to buy. I was guaranteed black Friday prices but I cant order the 2 phones I want so what good is the black Friday price. I will put negative feedback all over the internet if somebody does not get this straightened out and compensate me for all the stress this has put me thru. I am very very upset. Walmart cyber monday

On cyber monday I ordered a xbox one bundle pack, order number [protected], order wasn't completed, so I called to clear this up and ordered it again [protected], once again the order was not competed so I called again, I was promised it would be fine I received another canceled order, I ordered this bundle pack for the 3rd time and spoke with the costumer rep, I was promised the this bundle pack was going all week, which it is not xbox one bundle with a movie and 40 gift card, I very upset that I didn't receive this gift for my son at the discounted price, i'm writing the better business bruea

Walmart ami ventures... walmart's third party vendor

I did not know when I ordered dressmakers shears from Walmart that they would send my money to a drop shipper in India, AMI Ventures. The shears were about $15 with tax in a $70 order. Only the shears were linked to AMI Ventures.

The shears never arrived. Walmart customer care FAQ says to contact the vendor, so I did. The man I spoke with told me they cannot replace a missing shipment or refund, they can only give the tracking number. So He gave me the tracking number USPS [protected] 708 which ends in Arizona. It was supposed to be delivered to me here in California. It was not.

Calls to Walmart Customer care resulted in cheery people saying they were "escalating" the claim. I was told I would be contacted within two days. After 8 days with no contact I asked Walmart again for help. I want my money back or the item. Ripping me off is not acceptable.

The longer this goes unresolved the unhappier and more upset I get. I loved Walmart. I ordered every month and looked forward to it. Naturally after this experience I would never deal with them again. They're thieves.

I'm totally outraged. Maybe this is a crime? I'll ask the police.

What do I have to do to get my $15 back? Thank you.

I bought a pop hub and I never got it. Text ami because my package was nothing that I got and they told me to take it back and and they would ship my Pub for camping and I still don't know nothing ( you know $350 don'tgrow on leafs) I want money back

DO NOT ORDER FROM AMI VENTURES...SCAMMERS Find it hard to believe that Walmart allows these thieves to sell on their websight. The item is not as described and will not refund . So basically they stole my money. Waiting to see if Walmart will do the right thing. Meanwhile trying to get the word out DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE

I too was scammed by Ami Ventures with the full support of Walmart it seems. I purchased a $45.00 toy and received a $3.00 item. When I went to review the item it was no longer on the site. I contacted both Ami Ventures and Walmart. Neither would do anything. When I attempted to post several negative reviews of Ami Venture products that are for sale on the Walmart site I was informed by Walmart that my reviews would not be posted as they were of a negative nature. Why, I wonder, would Walmart not allow my reviews given the fact that they refused to help me when I was cheated on their site by this third party vender stating they had nothing to do with it. Why then disallow my reviews?
Walmart does not live up to their mission statement and should be ashamed. I am sure they have been contacted numerous times about this fraudulent vendor and yet continue to allow them to rip off customers.
Ami Ventures is laughing, one of their email replies to me, in my attempt to get my money back was, “we have to keep the lights on.” They keep the lights on by cheating Walmart customers. And, I suspect Walmart is aware, and by doing nothing they are condoning this.

Just spoke to Ami Ventures..they said they are processing my full refund and it will show within 24 hours...after trying to argue and ask a bunch of stupid questions that they already have the answer to. Will post again when I see if they really do refund my money.

I purchased computer memory which they sent me an email saying that they just received a new shipment and it was a little different but was still the same as ordered and which one I would like. I called the number on the email sent (08/10/19)and told the man that answered I did not care which one they sent the old or new just send it ASAP. I still have not received the memory and no email with a tracking number. When calling them through Walmart they made the comment to the Walmart Rep. that I already received it. My suggestion is never order anything that is coming through this third party ( AMI Ventures )to Walmart customers.

I had ordered from WalMart.com several times with no problems. Did not realize " Trusted Partners " needed to be thoroughly checked before placing an order, as I thought Wal MART would keep selling partners honest. Mistake on my part, which will not happen again. I placed an order on WalMart.com, with the item shipping from AMI Ventures. I was provided a tracking number ( which allowed the charge to be placed on my credit card) Problem is, AMI never delivered the package to the Post Office for shipment. I was given a delivery date, however item was not delivered. (How could it be, AMI never sent the item ) I contacted seller through Wal Mart website. AMI returned an email stating Shipping Dept is investigating the matter which will take 24- 48 hours, in which time they would contact me. After 2 full days, no contact. I did not expect any because after item did not arrive, i researched AMI and found NUMEROUS complaints. I called WALMART and was connected to a very nice woman. She CALLED AMI while I was on hold. She reconnected and told me AMI told her the item was not shipped, and was in the warehouse. However, they needed another 24- 48 hours to ship. I responded that I had waited 2 days for an investigation, and since they have the item in hand, another 24- 48 hours to ship is unacceptable. The woman agreed and directed AMI to issue a refund. The next day, I received another email from AMI apologizing that I had problems with order, however, they needed another 24- 48 hours for shipping dept to investigate the cause.
I responded to AMI by reminding them of my conversation with Wal mart in which it was stated item was in warehouse. I reminded AMI, WalMart directed them to issue a refund, and if they fail to do so, I would contact Wal Mart again. Refund was finally issued 5 days later.

I wish I had checked on AMI before I ordered a puzzle for a gift. They sent it to the wrong address and now I won't have what I wanted and will have to look somewhere else. When I called Walmart they said they would sent an email to AMI about the problem and that AMI would contact me. Will see! I will try to contact them myself. Walmart should diffidently take them off of there vendor list.

I am also waiting for a refund from AMI VENTURES! I ordered perfume from them through Walmart. I didn't realise I was ordering from a third party. The perfume never arrived ($188.07) I was then promised a refund to my Visa...so far nothing! I ordered the perfume in August 2018. I am constantly in touch with Walmart customer service and am told the issue is being escalated ( whatever that means) AMI is a fraudulent company. Avoid them at all costs. AMI agents are rude and difficult to understand. This company should be closed down...PRONTO!

I ordered a Clarity phone from Walmarts, not knowing i had to get it from AMI VENTURES, it took a month to get it. Now trying to return it, is rediculous. If u buy it online from Walmarts, Walmart should provide the refund with your receipt. It cost$71.20 and now I have to pay for returning it.Oh also I couldn't even understand them.But, I do have to say your customer care rep I talked to was very nice, she helped me get a hold of AMI. now I'm waiting for a return label, and I'm not holding my breath.if u want my continued business, please help me.

I too ordered a Christmas Toy from Walmart, not realizing this purchase was from a third party vendor who has a really bad and unfair return policy. I did buy the item, which I now realize was too expensive! When I made the decision to return the toy, I am told I have to pay the shipping and will lose a 20% restocking fee. I am wondering why Walmart would ruin their reputation on such a poor customer experience? If the item could be returned and re-sold through their store, that action would remove the poor customer experience. If customers are not receiving the items at all then Walmart needs to sever their relationship with Ami Ventures Inc.. In looking over the history of complaints I don't see much improvement of service from Ami Ventures and must be a headache for Walmart Employees. If I could tweet I would tell the world to beware of Ami Ventures Inc.

I ordered Cane Creek 3G Thudbuster Short Travel Seatpost. The price was cheaper than anywhere else and I was confident buying it at walmart.ca But I received nothing. Now I've been in a super long process (2.5 month so far) investigating this issue with walmart.

AMI Ventures Inc is abusive in its dealing with me and dishonest. I bought an item and the price and item changed somehow in purchasing process. Price went up double and item, not the one I ordered. I somehow missed the problem. The return process was made extremely difficult by AMI Ventures. And they expected me to pay a 20% fee and return postage. Based on wording of emails, I also expect that they will find some other for not making a refund.

Walmart lawn mower

Store 301, I purchased a lawn mower in 2014 and in 2 years failed to start. I purchased the Walmart extended warranty with the item. The cashier told me if I have a problem with the mower to "bring it back to the store".

I also read online about the warranty. "3-day Service Guaranteed, or your money back. (If your product has a covered failure, we'll repair it within 3 days of receiving it, ) or have a service technician in your home within 3 days of your claim call. '

I returned the Lawn Mower to the store where I purchased it yesterday and they told me they could not accept it because it had gas in it. I was also informed that I had to call some 1 800 number which I did and they informed me that they would have a tech call me the same day.

Nothing happened so I called the next day and they informed me that they would have a tech call me within 72 hours. Now, this is a lot different than have it repaired or replaced within a 72 hour period.

Do not purchase the extended warranty from Walmart on lawn mowers.

Walmart some rude cashiers, unbelievable in, carleton place ontario

There are a few of rude cashiers at Walmart in Carleton Place, Ontario. I am so polite when conducting business and expect the same. Manners are important.

Walmart must vet and monitor cashier customer treatment.

Swearing and talking under one s breathe is common among some of the cashiers.

Price matching is frowned upon and always met with resistance.

Customers are viewed as cheap or worst yet dishonest.

Walmart dyson v6 slim vacuum

I purchased a Dyson V6 Slim Cordless Vacuum during Black Friday thru Walmart online store. I received a purchase confirmation within minutes after the purchase as well as an email telling me that the item would be ready for pickup at the store within the same day. The item was not available at the store when I went to pickup it up the following day. So I contacted customer service today (11/26) and chatted with attendant Maria M. She assured everything was ok with my purchase and that my item would be ready for pickup today Saturday (11/26). As a surprise I received an email from Walmart saying that my purchase was cancelled. I once again contacted Walmart thru online chat and attendant Jose T told me that the item was cancelled because it was out of stock. I replied that this was unacceptable practice and that Walmart has sold me an item and delivered my item to another customer or to someone else. He offered me to buy a totally different item at a higher price as a compensation for their 'mistake'. I rejected the offer. he than proceeded as to offer me a 10% discount on any purchase at Walmart. I told him that this was once again unacceptable and the the discount I had on my item was at 35%. I even mentioned that a VERY similar item is being offered at the online store and I would be more than pleased to buy the similar item at the same price I had purchased the original price. After waiting for almost an hour, attendant Jose came back with no solution and with a rather automatic answer as to say that the item was 'unfortunately' out of stock. I did not settle for such answer. He than proceeded to forward our chat to supervisor Karen who had the same automatic answer as attendant Jose. She only added that it was not Walmart's fault because the item was being sold by a partner! What? I didn't by the item from any partner. I bought the item from Walmart! I have been escalated to attendant Whittley P. But no luck and the problem persists. This is clear consumer violation as well as false advertising as I understand. Stay away from Walmart.

This is not at all false advertisement or any type of violation. The item you had ordered may have been damaged by the vendor or in transit to their store. Typically if an order is canceled in this type of situation it means they do not at all have an estimated arrival date. They may be able to accomodate you if you tell them you're happy to wait as many months as it takes to receive the product.

Do not apply and work at Walmart as a cart pusher, because female customers lie on cart pushers! When you do customer carryout customers get smart and talk crazy on cart pushers.Female customers lie to store management about cart pushers harrassing them and the store management believes female customers over cart pushers! When it get's hot or cold outside you break out in a heat rash, You can get heat stroke, You can catch cold, get sick and get frostbite.The store managers don't care what happens to you when you push carts in the hot and cold weather! The store management will lie on you about your job performance! When Walmart gets crowded with customers and there are no more care carts the store mangers blame you for that.The store management don't hire enough cart pushers to do the job! Don't ever work at Walmart as a cart pusher, because if you do same thing will happen to you!

Walmart falsely accused of stealing

I went in last night to return a battery charger in a Walmart plastic bag. Seeing there's line at the returns desk I went to walk around the store for 20 minutes to pick up any items I may need. I picked up 3 items. Initially just 2 items carrying them in my hand. Then I got tired and stuck them inside the plastic bag knowing I'd pay for them the same time I do the return. Same with the 3rd item. The 3 items totalled less than $5. After I did the return and purchase with Tobathia at the Return desk and walked out the door, the LP stopped me and said he saw me taken stuffs that I didn't pay for then checked my receipt and items. Despite explaining to him what happened, he was rude and told me I violated section xxxx of the store policy and next time don't put stuffs in the bag. I should've said he violated my civil rights and was profiling an minority. He embarrassed me in front of my father in law and other customers. I said to him what ever and left. These deuch bags have no decency to apologize when they make a mistake and I shop there all the times thinking it was a great place. Wrong.

Walmart huggies diapers size 6

Hi, I am complaining about your huggies size 6 diapers. I bought the mega box from Walmart about a month ago & some were fine then the rest the tabs on the sides were stuck to the diaper so badly you had to rip the diaper to pull the tab and this would rip the tab making for a useless diaper! I tried to take back & they would not let me! Usually I love your products but this is unreal, what a waste of money!

Walmart product

I shopped Walmart Groceries the other day in fact I am a frequent shopper but it's getting to where I am fixing to shop somewhere else for my groceries.
The lack of products, the products are diminishing or being discontinued that I usually buy. Each time I shop I ask where a product is that I always buy just to find it's been discontinued. Not to mention there is hardly no variety in brands. Also I own a Sams Club card, if I wanted large amounts in products I'd be going to Sams. If you offer food in bulk that's fine but then you should have a choice of bulk or smaller packages of food. The lack of variety, food products being discontinued, when I pay for a membership to go to a food club to buy in bulk then you shouldn't have to buy in bulk in the grocery store.

Walmart lunchables

Hi let me tell you what happened to me after buying a bunch of lunchables at our local walmart market not a complaint just wanted to let you know i got about a dozen or so lunchables last week and when i opened one to eat it i noticed there were no crackers I'm just glad the Oreos were there as they are my favorite cookie thanks for a good laugh made my day mike [protected]@yahoo.com

Walmart great value soy milk

I bought a half gallon of GV soy milk a few wks ago. There was something strange in the bottom. I noticed bc it felt chunky. I poured the remaining milk out of the container and cut off the top to have a look. I then took pictures of what I found along with pictures of the label. I would like to know what this is. I kept it in a glass jar in my fridge

this is the only the 2nd time I have shopped there because I just moved to on october 1 2016. the first time I shopped there I had only bought (3) 2- liters and they were all flat in taste.
I just thought okay maybe I picked ones that had got shaken up so I brushed it off and didnt think anything of it anymore but when I purchased the (6) 2- liters this week and again they were all flat in taste. now I know theres no way I only picked out all the flat ones again.

So I am assuming either they were all flat or aleast most of them. I dont know how things are handled there at walmart with moving products to and from delivery to being put out on the floor or if may products sat out in the sun but I dont t I will be purchasing any more pepsi products from that walmart any more.

Even though they are pretty close to my house. I will go somewhere else.
This has been an inconvience for me to have to go some where else an shop so I was hoping you might be able to accomidate me due to me wasting my money on products that were flat. I have my reciept if you need me to prove I purchased these products.
