Teluscustomer service

Our service was disconnected without notice due to a late payment on a weekend. I was not able to get ahold of anyone after waiting on hold for 3hrs on Saturday. Sunday it was impossible to get through to customer service or tech support. Waited on hold 1hr on Monday and when asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold AGAIN for another hour! I'm done with Telus. So fed up with how they treat their customers. A simple phone call from them in the beginning would have avoided all of this!
