Taco Bell / was refused a refund on a freeze after taking one sip of it and tasting mildew

I ordered a baha freese from the Lenoir City Tennessee taco Bell because the new carmal apple was defrosting at 5:20 in the afternoon. I took one sip of the baha freeze and instantly tasted a mildew taste. One week prior to that me and my sister had got two of the Skittle freezes and we both said they tasted weird, so I thought it was just that specific one. So I called the lenour City store and asked to speak to a manager and he tells me that it's the C02 sensor on the machine that's going out and causing that taste. Yet they're still serving them knowing theyers something wrong. And he assures me that he cleans the machines every night and it can't be mildew. So I asked if I could come back and exchange the drink and he goes to ask another manager and tells me that as long as I have my receipt I can come and exchange it for another freeze. I tried to explain to him that I didn't want another freeze because it would taste like that and it's making me sick, and that I paid more for the freeze then what a normal soft drink would cost. So I then asked him if I could just get a refund for it instead and he tells me "no". He says because the drink has done been consumed he can't give me a refund. I assured him I only took one sip of the mildew freeze and he still tells me "no". So my question is (if this is company policy) how does one know they're dissatisfied with something they've just purchase if they don't try it? How is it that I spend my hard earned money working in a hot factory 6 days a week, wearing steal toe shoes that cripple my feet at the end of the day, on a product that is clearly not my fault, but the stores fault, and I can't have my hard earned money back?? I'm am very, very, dissatisfied with this situation, and I hope someone fixes the situation for me, or I'm never eating at any taco Bell ever again. As well as letting my friends and family all know how taco Bell Rob's you of your money and serves unhealthy products knowingly. And as well as getting in touch with a health inspector to let them know of my visit there.i have five witnesses that tasted the drink I just bought, and saw for their self's that it taste like mildew. Thank you
