I think your company needs to rethink the box thing with your taco salads. I end up wasting about one half of the salad because it tastes like cardboard half way down. Maybe you can put a paper slip or foil down before you put the salad down. The employees also need to learn how to correctly deep fry the Cinnabons so you don't bite into Luke-warm grease/oil, When I spend money at a fast food place or even a walk in I expect to be allowed to eat all the product not just half. I spent $8.62 at the Tillicum store and felt like I was only able to eat half of what I paid for. I paid for salad and the cinnabons dessert and only got to eat half of both That is unfair.

Your. Comm on the burrito 🌯 taco spec, shows a burrito, taco with the end open, tomoto s lett, cheese, meat etc. And when you order, both ends closed, and inside a sloppy mess, you can't show a ad, of a product the burrito, taco spec and then your product is prepared no were near what you?

I am here at your Taco Bell Alabang Town Center Branch, Alabang, Muntinlupa City Metro Manila Philippines.
My son is 19 years old and stands at 5'8" and weighs about 130lbs. I ordered 2 meals for him as one meal will not be sufficient for him.
Your manager Niña didn't give my son a discount on the second meal because according to her your standard on PWD discount is only for ONE meal, regardless if the customer who is a PWD is still
hungry or not.
This rule is a reflection of how you treat your PWD customers and it is morally wrong.
Please revisit this rule and improve.

on 4/29/17 at 1:02:41 my husband went thew your drive threw and ordered 6 loaded taco burritos, 3 soft tacos, 1 cheesy bacon rice burrito, 2 soft tacos with no lettuce, 1 chili cheese burrito and 2 sierra mists. Cashier was Domanicc W and our order # was 308255. Well we did not get any of the soft tacos. I called and talked to Amber which was the manager on duty at the time. She was very professional, and said that if I brought in my receipt they would give me what I missed and compensate for my time coming back. I explained that I could not come back till after 7 p.m. because I had to pick my son up from work. She said that she would not be there but she would leave a not for the other manager...So needless to say I showed up at about 7:30 p.m.I explained at the front that I talked to Amber and I had 6 soft tacos coming to me ( 2 without lettuce. ). The four men in the back were talking about me that I could hear. ( not in a bad way, , , But some people may take offence to it. ) I grabbed my bag and went home to find that " all the soft tacos had no lettuce on them" I am usually not a big complainer and 11 years ago I managed KFC under Rudoni Management and now I manage a grocery store not to far from this location. I would be so embarrassed if my employees acted the way yours did. I did call and laid into the night manager who i don't remember the name, but he informed me he came on at 7 p.m. I won't go back to your store on south airport at all, I am asking for a Credit to the one on Front Street. I stopped at taco bell on my way home and ordered two smothered burritos and when we got home and opened them the sauce looked like it was red water not the same sauce that was on them before it didn't look right I didn't want to eat them so I took them back and told the girl I didn't like the looks of the sauce and didn't want to eat them. But she said that was there new sauce and I couldn't exchange them for anything else so I came home and threw them away. If that is really the new sauce I don't think I will be eating at taco bell that much.

We drove 45 min to get a 12 pack of taco surpremes & a burrito. When we got home those was the worse tacos I ever saw. All they had on them was very little lettuce & a 1/2 teaspoon of hamburger...that was it...no sour cream, tomatoes or cheese.
We wNt go back there for that to far for us to drive for food that was no good. We spent $15.35 plus our gas. I could have bought the stuff and made it our self at home..
Was very disappointed in that Taco Bell, was bad food.

On4/22/[protected]@6:04pm I went to store #[protected] Belair Rd, Martinez, Ga 30907).

I visited this store as I saw a commercial on TV that the loaded Taco Burrito was listed as $1.49. When I placed my order I told the cashier(Anjalique) that I wanted 4 of the loaded taco burrito that was on tv for $1.49 she stated they were a $1.99. I then told her I had just seen the ad on TV and she said it did not include this store, and I told her the commercial did not say limited locations, she then stated the price is $1.99. I drove to the window and told her I would like the number to call to speak to someone at Corporate she said she did not have a number, okay I can understand this, so I ask for a manager she stated no manager on duty.She turned around and ask another employee who came to the window and said they had no number his name was Chris. I paid for my food and left, now I know to someone $2.00 plus tax may not seem much but to me this was handled improperly and the attitude of cashier was uncaring.

Im gonna tell you word for word few employees been picking fights with me jordi told me my girlfriend gin has sucking his dick anthony told me he was ####ing from the back and also shameless told me he stuck his fat dick n her and she gave him and his girlfriend head trea told me the same except i was a hoe ### man for not being invited to the employee orgies after work with her

Hi, I specifically ordered my meal without any dairy because I'm lactose intolerant. I was at least asked about not having cheese or sour cream at least 3 times while ordering. I get all the way home and now I have to throw away and waste the food that I paid for simply because I couldn't get what I politely asked for. Not coming back to this location.

My receipt showed 2 ld taco bur 2.49$ while I was trying to make the order two people was talking over each other confusing me & my order. Pulled into parking lot to eat while it was hot. The food was cold. Bran new restaurant... I have watched the health department go and stick a digital reading temprature gauge in each food and if it did not read 165 degree it was loged in as failure for bacteria to grow... Second of all... As advertised on the television the above named profuct was priced at $1.89. I visited the taco bell on 11228 beach blvd in jacksonville fl. [protected]. For the above named product above i was charged $1.99 . Why is there price 10 cents higher then what the taco bell advertises on the televevision. I intend to post the mark up that this taco bell does on every social media telling people that this taco bell is over charging for products that are advertised on the television at a lower price. Thia makes me wonder what else are being over charged to those tht visit this taco bell.

I ordered two Mexican pizza meals and one mini chicken quesidila .the first bite was something hard in the bite I'm an extremely picky about chicken anyway so I spit it out after thinking about it I took one more bite only to bite into another bone I thought I had broke my tooth but it was bone.I know you debone your chicken but I worked at KFC for 16 yes and if that would of happened I would of been fired. I understand people make mistakes but you think they would be a little more carefull after calling the lady asked would I like another one or my $ back for it .I would not like another one and I'd like my $ back for the whole order .I feel it could of been my tooth or even chocked idk but 1.25 or one more with possible bones is not an option.

my tacos tasted like the feeling when I first found out Santa wasn't real. My heart is broken. took a cab to Taco Bell after watching a Doritos locos taco commercial...the cab ride was for less than a two mile drive. I watched in horror as the same red truck four cars ahead sat there for 20 minutes...waiting for a SINGLE bag of food. "It'll be worth it" I told myself...what could possibly take so long? I thought to myself, and then it dawned on me...my worst nightmare, America had run out of cows. The taco king had gathered his taco ambasitors to discuss the crisis with the people of the secret order of the taco... And the situation was even worse than they had imagined...there were no more cows. ANYWHERE. They sent an emergency distress call to the people of the taco kingdom, anyone who could come up with a viable solution, would be rewarded handsomely by the taco king. And would be paid his weight in tacos. Their message was received by a crazy inventor named furbert and his two daughters: mike, and svetlana. "This Crisis simply MUST be solved or the taco kingdom will fall!" He headed to his shop, and spent the next twenty five years coming up with a solution...he would create a device that would open a portal to the land of milkshake. Where came with him, his two daughters who were actually a geneticist and an assassin. Their mission? And they were completely soggy and an all around total tragedy

Don't let svetlanas sacrifice be in vain Taco Bell, Fix your tacos!or change your jingle to "boulevard of broken dreams" because that is what you have become. 😭

I went to taco bell last night when i got off of work. I order two five dollar boxes. Neither of them were made correctly, also it did not have any meat in it. I was able to get a small spoon and put all the meat that was in them on it. The food was not hot and it was horrible. I stopped going to taco bell a long time ago. I decided to try it again and it was a big mistake.

I ordered chapula supreme - sb from beef to beans in my whole order. I am vegetarian and it's religious for me to not eat beef. I did make sure to let cashier know that everything is vegetarian. When i called there cashier who took my order said its a simple mistake and we have some employees working.
Me and family is vegetarian by hindu religion. You are not permitted to eat any beef. I strictly believe in my religion where i have faith. Simple things like not training employees about these things which clearly says beans instead of beef. Chalupa looksed wet with watery and i had never seen chalupa like that so i had doubts that something is fishy here and opened thats and there i see beef.

On April 7, 2017 I visited the Taco Bell located on South Parker Road in Aurora, Colorado. The young lady attending to the register taking orders was pleasant however had a great deal of difficulty speaking English. I did not receive a receipt however did pay with a credit card. The triple crunch wrap box I ordered was lacking the taco's and upon advising the lady at the register she finally called a fellow employee in order that my concerns be translated. The fellow employee turned and said he would speak to the manager "Jesse" and after waiting approximately 10-15 minutes a disheveled individual came forth and I again explained my order being shorted. He requested my receipt and I explained that I had not received a receipt however 3 others after me had ordered and suggested he look at the register tape. Jesse stated that the 'Revenue Auditors' for Taco Bell would not approve any replacement without a receipt. I paid for an order which I did not receive and for the $2 dollars difference Taco Bell as gained this negative review as well as my realization that to be a Manager at Taco Bell you simply have to excel at alienating customers.

I placed an order at the drive thru in Shreveport (store #28263). I ordered 4 different items. One of the items was 4 Chicken Quesadillas. I was charged for all 4, but when we got home there were only 2 Quesadillas in the bag.

Every time we go to a Taco Bell Drive Thru in Natchitoches, Shreveport, or Bossier, Louisiana - our order is messed us.

I understand that people make mistakes from time to time, but seriously - every time we go through the Drive Thru there is some kind of mistake. They always get the orders right when we go inside.

I went through drive through with a special order crunch wrap box, I specifically requested NO TOMATOES on anything in the box, after getting on the express way and the wrap had tomatoes on it and the hard shell tacos were broke up so bad they could not be ate.

I called to speak to a manager she said if I could turn around and come back she would replace it but she was sorry cause she had new workers on the line, she further said she would talk to the new worker, when I pointed out if the new worker was not trained correctly it is nor their fault, she then said I guess all I can say is sorry is this how you train your team on customer service?

On 4-7-2017, My daughters & I went thru the drive thru of Taco bell at 11:10AM at NW 122nd & Pennsylvania Ave., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The worker was rude while taking my order. When I got to the window & paid, she handed me the drinks that were ordered. None of them were marked. I am a 55 year old diabetic. I asked her which one of the drinks was Diet Pepsi. She replied, "The fullest one", very rudely. All 3 of the drinks were full. As she handed me both bags of food I ordered, she wadded up the receipt and threw it away. She did not ask if I wanted it or anything. Needless and sad to say, I will not be returning to Taco Bell. I did nothing to deserve this type of service. Taco Bell has delicious food that I enjoy & used to go to 3 or more times a week.
