Taco Bell bones in my taco

I ordered two Mexican pizza meals and one mini chicken quesidila .the first bite was something hard in the bite I'm an extremely picky about chicken anyway so I spit it out after thinking about it I took one more bite only to bite into another bone I thought I had broke my tooth but it was bone.I know you debone your chicken but I worked at KFC for 16 yes and if that would of happened I would of been fired. I understand people make mistakes but you think they would be a little more carefull after calling the lady asked would I like another one or my $ back for it .I would not like another one and I'd like my $ back for the whole order .I feel it could of been my tooth or even chocked idk but 1.25 or one more with possible bones is not an option.

Ok I work at a Taco Bell in Texas and none of our items come with bones But, you mentioned KFC? So was this at KFC or Taco Bell?

Taco Bell doritos locos heartbreak tacos t. t

My taco broke my heart. T.T I just paid $30.00
For three broken and soggy tacos. 💔
my tacos tasted like the feeling when I first found out Santa wasn't real. My heart is broken. took a cab to Taco Bell after watching a Doritos locos taco commercial...the cab ride was for less than a two mile drive. I watched in horror as the same red truck four cars ahead sat there for 20 minutes...waiting for a SINGLE bag of food. "It'll be worth it" I told myself...what could possibly take so long? I thought to myself, and then it dawned on me...my worst nightmare, America had run out of cows. The taco king had gathered his taco ambasitors to discuss the crisis with the people of the secret order of the taco... And the situation was even worse than they had imagined...there were no more cows. ANYWHERE. They sent an emergency distress call to the people of the taco kingdom, anyone who could come up with a viable solution, would be rewarded handsomely by the taco king. And would be paid his weight in tacos. Their message was received by a crazy inventor named furbert and his two daughters: mike, and svetlana. "This Crisis simply MUST be solved or the taco kingdom will fall!" He headed to his shop, and spent the next twenty five years coming up with a solution...he would create a device that would open a portal to the land of milkshake. Where came with him, his two daughters who were actually a geneticist and an assassin. Their mission? To assassinate the Guardian of the gate in the land of milkshake, steal two cows, take them back to taco land, clone them, and deliver their corpses by horse and cart, to the Taco Bell in the city of Bellingham, in America ...I was sure I was going to die of old age before my precious tacos came; at last, it was my turn, Their mission had been A success...but in the process svetlana had been tragically kicked by a cow and had fallen into a coma, where she tragically died to death. So I had to wait for them to host a funeral. Afterwards (cab clock still ticking) I successfully ordered my food, and when I went to open it...and my little heart broke...paid all that redivulous cab fare...for completely SMASHED tacos. And they were completely soggy and an all around total tragedy

Don't let svetlanas sacrifice be in vain Taco Bell, Fix your tacos!or change your jingle to "boulevard of broken dreams" because that is what you have become. 😭

You have singlehandely crushed my faith:

Taco Bell food

Good morning,

I went to taco bell last night when i got off of work. I order two five dollar boxes. Neither of them were made correctly, also it did not have any meat in it. I was able to get a small spoon and put all the meat that was in them on it. The food was not hot and it was horrible. I stopped going to taco bell a long time ago. I decided to try it again and it was a big mistake.

Taco Bell chalupa supreme - sb frm bf to bn

I ordered chapula supreme - sb from beef to beans in my whole order. I am vegetarian and it's religious for me to not eat beef. I did make sure to let cashier know that everything is vegetarian. When i called there cashier who took my order said its a simple mistake and we have some employees working.
Me and family is vegetarian by hindu religion. You are not permitted to eat any beef. I strictly believe in my religion where i have faith. Simple things like not training employees about these things which clearly says beans instead of beef. Chalupa looksed wet with watery and i had never seen chalupa like that so i had doubts that something is fishy here and opened thats and there i see beef.

Taco Bell food order and managers unresponsiveness

On April 7, 2017 I visited the Taco Bell located on South Parker Road in Aurora, Colorado. The young lady attending to the register taking orders was pleasant however had a great deal of difficulty speaking English. I did not receive a receipt however did pay with a credit card. The triple crunch wrap box I ordered was lacking the taco's and upon advising the lady at the register she finally called a fellow employee in order that my concerns be translated. The fellow employee turned and said he would speak to the manager "Jesse" and after waiting approximately 10-15 minutes a disheveled individual came forth and I again explained my order being shorted. He requested my receipt and I explained that I had not received a receipt however 3 others after me had ordered and suggested he look at the register tape. Jesse stated that the 'Revenue Auditors' for Taco Bell would not approve any replacement without a receipt. I paid for an order which I did not receive and for the $2 dollars difference Taco Bell as gained this negative review as well as my realization that to be a Manager at Taco Bell you simply have to excel at alienating customers.

Taco Bell drive thru order not correct

I placed an order at the drive thru in Shreveport (store #28263). I ordered 4 different items. One of the items was 4 Chicken Quesadillas. I was charged for all 4, but when we got home there were only 2 Quesadillas in the bag.

Every time we go to a Taco Bell Drive Thru in Natchitoches, Shreveport, or Bossier, Louisiana - our order is messed us.

I understand that people make mistakes from time to time, but seriously - every time we go through the Drive Thru there is some kind of mistake. They always get the orders right when we go inside.

Taco Bell product and manager attitude

I went through drive through with a special order crunch wrap box, I specifically requested NO TOMATOES on anything in the box, after getting on the express way and the wrap had tomatoes on it and the hard shell tacos were broke up so bad they could not be ate.

I called to speak to a manager she said if I could turn around and come back she would replace it but she was sorry cause she had new workers on the line, she further said she would talk to the new worker, when I pointed out if the new worker was not trained correctly it is nor their fault, she then said I guess all I can say is sorry is this how you train your team on customer service?

Taco Bell unprofessional conduct

On 4-7-2017, My daughters & I went thru the drive thru of Taco bell at 11:10AM at NW 122nd & Pennsylvania Ave., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The worker was rude while taking my order. When I got to the window & paid, she handed me the drinks that were ordered. None of them were marked. I am a 55 year old diabetic. I asked her which one of the drinks was Diet Pepsi. She replied, "The fullest one", very rudely. All 3 of the drinks were full. As she handed me both bags of food I ordered, she wadded up the receipt and threw it away. She did not ask if I wanted it or anything. Needless and sad to say, I will not be returning to Taco Bell. I did nothing to deserve this type of service. Taco Bell has delicious food that I enjoy & used to go to 3 or more times a week.

Taco Bell triple double crunchwrap

When I got the crunch wrap it wasn't wrapped at all and had no meat, that's not at all what I asked for. Not to mention how rude the lady was to me and my girlfriend. I will likely never eat at Taco Bell again. I've had many bad experiences at your restaurant but this was the worst. I didn't even eat my meal that I paid for because it was so poorly made. Taco Bell fast food

After sitting in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes, we drove home. I opened my bean and cheese burrito and the cheese wasn't even melted and the beans were ice cold. I asked my fiance how his was and he said the same about his burrito supreme and nacho griller. This is ridiculous! How is it that it took 20 minutes to make my food and it still came out cold?! I would like some sort of compensation!

Taco Bell taco

I went to a taco bell last night at 7pm at 4220 Franklin Rd. SW in Roanoke Va. and bought a few tacos and I'm just wondering when did their quality of food actually go so low, I buy them and take what was no more than a 10 minute drive back home to eat what I thought would be a great taco just to find out that it's cold and also soggy with the bottom falling out, I don't believe that they actually call that great customer service, it was not the end of the night so there is literally no excuse for that, the best thing I can say about my visit is that the drive thru teller was cute and she was very nice, in my opinion they just have a standard of give us your money and here take this crap that we call edible, but hey they have my money now and there is nothing that I can do about it but this, they really need to improve of their service to paying customers because what they are doing now SUCKS. Visiting them was nothing at all of what the commercials make it seem like.

Taco Bell no response at drive thru window during business hours

I have had it with the Taco Bell in Swansboro, NC on W Corbett ave, this is the second time I have come to the drive-thru window during regular business hours & the staff refuses to respond to me & will not even come to the window, tonight I saw them hiding in the dining room with the lights off !

This is Outrageous ! They are now supposed to be open 7 Days a week until 1am & both times I was at the drive-thru window at 12:03am, I'm assuming they are high or have completely lost their minds, how in the world can they possibly think they can get away with this - under No Circumstances will I Ever patronize this Taco Bell ever again & I want an explanation on exactly what is going on - This is simply Insane & one the worst examples of Customer Service I have ever experienced in my Lifetime !

I want something done about this - I should have known better than to give this Taco Bell a second chance !

Taco Bell taco bell

Every time I come to the Taco Bell on Pemberton the scene is pure nasty. How can you serve food when it's a mess where you make the customer's food?! I came through the drive thru and the girl was eating a Mexican pizza. At the window. Like it was a normal thing at this location. Last time I came here on the inside and a lady with a checkerboard shirt was eating a fiery taco walking through the kitchen. Very unprofessional. This is a business not home.

Taco Bell poor service from your staff.

Thursday March 23, 2017 - I went into your location on 28th Street 8th Ave. New York at 10:57 looking to get an AM Crunch Wrap and was told that "We stop serving breakfast at 11:00." I handed this fool my phone, which now said 10:58, and told him "Does it say that it's after 11:00?" Knowing that the answer to my question was no. The worker, who's English was poor - gave me some sob story, that I could hardly understand, and I just left. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Taco Bell customer service

I just drove through the drive-through at the Taco Bell in hurricane Utah. It's March 20, 2017 and the local time is 8:08 PM. The young man who answered the drive-through window asked if he could take my order. I responded, "I just need one minute please." He then replied, "Sorry, we don't sell minutes here and laughed." At this point I decided not to place an order and I drove away. I am very extremely disappointed with the service at the Hurricane, Utah Taco Bell. I've been a customer for probably over 10 years and now I will never order from this Taco Bell again.

Taco Bell management

Taco bell on belair red has the rudest general manager i've ever met in my entire life! (Her name is stacy) she had the nerve to ask me "who this" when I called to ask what time to pick someone up who doesn't have there own phone that's why I called the store. And not to mention when she answered the phone I thought I was talking to a 15 year old hood rat (No in not racist my boyfriend is black and nieces and nephews) and when I asked her who she thought she was talking to she said she was stressed I don't care how stressed you are im a customer and i'm sure not your kid or employee. You should really consider age when hiring managers because she's really let her job get to her head I guess she thinks she's general manager of augusta ga that's how she acts. Ill never eat at taco bell again and hope no one is seeking a job there she's awful! Im sure she won't get in trouble or talked to because that's why she acts how she does because she doesn't get in trouble but its worth a shot she has been rude to many times

Taco Bell management

I'm getting in trouble for ringing. Up a 12pk of taco's then turning them into supremes. I'm working at Taco Bell here in Bluffton indiana. I have had customers to ask for a 12pk of taco's then tell me to make them supremes. The other TB stores I've worked would have you go back to the screen were all the pack of taco's are . Ring up the 12 taco supremes and delete the reg. 12 ok. I've always been told this is corps way. But the TB wants to to modify the tacos and it steel comes to the same price. $12.99 +$4.80=$17.79. I'm getting herrassed for doing my job right. This needs to stop.

Well Thats Strange! The Store I work at is a Franchisee owned by Tacala LLC and when some one asks for the 12 Pack we Press the 12 pack under the combos tab and it asks for certain combinations of the 12 pack such as: 12 Crunchy Reg. 12 Crunchy Sup. 12 Soft Reg. 12 Soft Sup. 6 Crunchy Sup 6 DLT sup. and 6 soft sup 6 DLT sup. (I hope that wasn't so confusing to you! But to answer your question in my opinion I think you did nothing wrong but I don't know how your locations is ran. But don't ever be afraid to asks your manager or fellow team members questions. If they refuse to help you then report them to your area coach so they can fix the problem!

Taco Bell an employee

Ive known this for awhile but friends told me tonight I had to report it. You have a girl working at Taco Bell who mostly cleans up (fat brunette, kinda curly hair) . I've been in the store lots after my job is over. I've watched her a not, and she's really a slob. She always looks dirty, greasy, isn't friendly, half way wipes tables and seems to either be fighting with some guy or is on her phone sneaky like. She also whines and complains a lot and the past few times I've seen her outside she was bawling and swearing in the parking lot at some guy who was trying to quiet her down. I don't know who the guy is but he puts up with a lot of her abuse. That chick hits and hits him hard but he never hits back. Anyway, word is getting around about her psycho attitude. I like your tacos and nachos but seriously, I don't want anything to do with this psycho chick. BTW, word is out (she told my best friend) that she keeps her guy under control by beating the crap out of him. That she likes to scare him, take his money etc. Yeah, I'm sure he has his problems but no one deserves to be beat up. I couldn't believe how she treated him. She makes me wonder how she treats other people that she works with.

Your receint jingle pretaining to " if your morning is hell ", is found, by my wife and I, to be in very poor taste. Really, do you not know the differences​ between Bad and Hell.
We will stop dinning at Taco Bell until​, we see that, you have figured it out. Also, I get the impression that you don't really want to hear complaints, because of the time and trouble it takes to report our concerns.

The nastiest Taco Bell ever! Most Taco Bells do not look very clean but this Taco Bell beat all the rest for uncleanliness! On the scale of 1 to 10 it was a 12... the worse! To start with, the Pepsi machine area was horrible I honestly did not want a drink because the caps where the drink flows out are filthy needing more than wiping needed to be removed and put in Clorox water and scrubbed and rinsed with scalding water... the area was filthy! The containers holding condiment sauces were filthy, when you put your hand in to get some sauces they felt sticky and dirty! Every table in the store was filthy we had to get some napkins and wet them to clean a table to sit at! The floors were filthy with food all over them! No one working seemed to be concerned! This store needs to be remodeled, modernized and cleaned up! We had to be at a meeting at 7:00 pm and did not have time to go any where else! The bathroom smells old and dated, the filth was unacceptable! We have patronized this store before and it is never clean! I will not be back! We had friends that got sick eating there a few years ago... now I know why! I am going to report it to the FDA!
