I ordered a wheel for my kenmore vacuum. I used the chat support to ensure that I would get the right part. They sent the wrong part. I tried calling and was put on hold for ever. I tried chatting and was told all they could do was help me pay again for the right part. I was told to call a different number to return the original wrong part. They could not help me with the return. Was promised a full refund plus shipping back and directed to the web site. This requires an order number which is not with the part. Part came without an invoice or order number. Cannot find any email confirmation or order number anywhere and no one to help on the phone.
