Waiting more than a month for a repair with the parts in the house that were ordered by the 3rd repairman that was here! Paid up front for the wrong part and the third repairman took the wrong part back and ordered a new part that is under warranty and did not have to be paid for! I am still waiting to hear why our appointments have been cancelled or why no one has called to tell us why it was cancelled nor did any one show up on the dates given! I cannot be without this refrigerator for another day and now they have sent me a new appointment for a much later date! I have posted requests on your website page and no one has bothered to answer my calls or texts! I want a total refund and I am more than willing to pay for labor if only I can get the service I need immediately! I will be forced to take greater measures if this problem is not addressed immediately! Check you website pages for my contact information, please! Judy Neckin
