Player Auctions / incompetent and inefficient

Ordered from PlayerAuctions and really disappointed. Their mailing system which is apparently a critical part on the website is not functioning. No clear announcement on any social media pages, and yet they are allowing people to continue to buy/sell products/services when nothing can be processed. No real estimate given on when the website will actually be fully functional. Even with the nature of this business, I assumed they would be a little more professional about this ordeal and mediate the whole situation better. Makes me question whether their insurance and other policies hold up to what they advertise.

Would approach website with caution. If the middle-man (PlayerAuctions in this case) cannot appropriately resolve problems in a timely manner, one must consider whether it's truly safe. Poor communication and resolution has led me to leave this negative review.

I'd like to add that I felt like the customer representative assumed that they could impose some general message as a form of 'empathy' when all I could feel was apathy and a simple copy-paste message, or just a generalized message that is probably generated for situations they're experiencing. 24/7 Live Support is not really supported, if their live-chat service is offline (almost all afternoon until 10 PM). They use a support ticket system, that takes longer than 12+ hours, and will only give the most unsatisfying and generalized responses. Makes one wonder if they actually read and contemplate the problems their customers are having.

As a first-time customer with PlayerAuctions, I can honestly say that it was a terrible experience. PlayerAuctions refuses to accommodate for inconveniencing their customer(s), and simply asks them to wait for an indefinite amount of time, which they won't disclose.

One proof of their inefficient work ethic: Their mailing system, which is according to them, a central component to their entire website (won't let you sign up, change passwords, receive any e-mails back, basically everything), was down the whole entire day, and is still down (Second day, possibly longer). No ETA as to how long it will take to fix their problems, and no announcements/notices/alerts from PlayerAuctions to members, both buyers and sellers, and simply hopes that everyone will be okay with a 24+ hour processing time.

When the website PlayerAuctions claims to complete processing of verification of payment within 24 hours, one would assume that within 24 hours it would be complete. However, it has taken longer, and the company refuses to do anything about it other than apologize. Truly disappointing.
