the company hires liars who will offer the worst customer service and not honor warranty. Stole my money on defective goods and refused to honor replacement or refund

I had ordered 2 costume headsets from astro. During to the pandemic I was advised my order would. Now take 4 weeks . This is understandable. I receive one of my headsets at 3 weeks and the other came the next. The 2nd head set I recieved was incorrect. I contacted astro and was advised a supervisor would email me. I recieved an email from Jackie cpt manager. After several emails we came to a conclusion I was to send this set back. After they recieved the headset i would recieve a code to reorder my correct headset and it would be shipped to me within the 4 week wait period. Once shipped I would recieve 20% ($40) back. I was not happy with the options that were given but this seemed to be the only option I had. There was 1 other option of keeping the incorrect headset and being refunded 20%. This seemed unacceptable as this was not the set I ordered and it was not an error on my half. I requested an overnight shipment/production. I requested to keep the set until I recieved my correct set. All requests denied. I took the only option I felt would be best. I am now going on 6 weeks after my second order with no shipment. When I contact customer support an I am advised it is still I production with no known date of expectation of shippment. Of course I am upset with the situation and ask for a supervisor. I am put on hold and advises the supervisor looked into this and the only options I have are to cancel my order or "wait it out". This is unacceptable I think I have been more then patient with everyone considering the pandemic but when this high end company can not for full 1 simple order correctly or provide me with some type of acceptable resolution it is upsetting. Of course I am here waiting out my order but no other compensation or options are offered to me. I would also like to add that the supervisor never came on the phone to assist me and that I have since emailed jackie 2 times with no response. Poor costumer service.

I've been waiting 6 months for them to send new modules for the SECOND time!they keep going bad. They keep saying oh the pandemic is holding everything up but six months when there are clearly other reviews about their timing. This company does nothing for you they don't even always respond. And good luck calling them. I've been asking to speak to a manager for months through email and nothing. Just canned responses saying yoir I'm the que. I got the astro c40 controller and only got to use it for 6 months and now I don't have a controller that cost 300 bucks. How hard is it to mail two modules?!

I've been waiting 6 months for them to send new modules for the SECOND time!they keep going bad. They keep saying oh the pandemic is holding everything up but six months when there are clearly other reviews about their timing. This company does nothing for you they don't even always respond. And good luck calling them. I've been asking to speak to a manager for months through email and nothing. Just canned responses saying yoir I'm the que. Worse experience I've ever had. Please hear me out. Originally I ordered the Astro A40 Call of Duty special edition back in March for my sons birthday that took place the end of May. Since my original order in March and from that time I have been getting nothing but emails stating my order has been pushed back for mid May, then end of May which was cutting it a little too close to my sons birthday. I decided to bite the bullet because I had faith on Astro that they would pull through however as the date got closer nothing happened to my order. Finally I get an email the week of my sons birthday stating my order has been pushed back for mid June. At that point I just wanted to cancel my order because I needed at least something sooner for him. Fortunately they stated they had the Custom ID a40 in stock so i canceled my order and spent $50 more to get the custom ID because on the website ASTRO stated it was that in stock items were only delayed up to 7 business days. Well that was back in March and it is now the 3rd week of June. Mind you I wasn't able to get him his gift on time so imagine my disappointment and the look on his face. It is now June 23rd and I received an email stating my order has now been pushed back for mid July and I cannot cancel my order. WELL I don't want to cancel my order, I just want my order to be fulfilled. I'm just totally disappointed at this point and feel let down. I love Astro and they make the best products however at this point I just don't know anymore. I get the Pandemic has impacted business all across the world however I've placed orders since then and even though they took a little longer than it should have, it never took almost 4 months for an order. ASTRO Gaming Worse experience I've ever had
