On Tuesday, October 10, 2017, my mother ordered 3 pizzas from Pizza Hunt at 7385 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC [protected]). She has ordered the exact same thing for three weeks in a row. First time order was $19.00, second time they said $26.00 and yesterday they said $36.00. Mother said "I don't think so. The special is still running." The man on the phone mumbled something and hung up on her. After 30 minutes she was finally able to get her order called in. She said the individuals answering the phone were beyond rude. The ticket # on the order was #0069 and the code on the boxes was kexe 5ga0 502. She is so glad she questioned the price because someone else may have just paid the incorrect amount without thinking. Mother was so upset with how she was spoken to on the phone that if the grandchildren weren't counting on Pizza Hut pizza, she would have gone with another pizza location. Something needs to be done to improve customer service at this location. Thank you.
