Pizza Hut / order not available

On Saturday Nov 10th, I ordered three large pizzas online for the Pizza Hut on Rand Road in Mount Prospect, Illinois. It prompted that the order will be ready in 15-20 minutes. We arrived 25 minutes later to a line almost out the door. Finally, the person at the front notifies us that no orders are ready at this time due to maintenance and staffing issues. Obviously, we mentioned that we had ordered online so our order should be ready. He said that he is just the cook and we would have to wait an additional 45 minutes. He further commented that there was no compensation for the inconvenience. Due to balancing children and a family, I cancelled the order. We have always enjoyed Pizza Hut's service, but this event was handled incorrectly.
