Pizza Hut / customer service representative and order
I ordered around 4pm and at 7:30 pm still no pizza. Attempted 3 different orders and still no pizza. The last call said there was no information for the order and for manager and was transferred to my local store. Assist manager said it's a 2 in a half waiting time and we would receive our order around 9 pm. I just gave up at this point. There was no trying to accommodate on neither party, the customer service representative or store assistant manager. After telling them that my first order at 4pm was sent to the wrong address, then second call to reorder, then third call I'm informed with incorrect information about the order from customer service representative, then assistant manager tells me order hasn't been made and I would wait 2 more hours. I cancelled the whole idea of pizza night.
