Olive Garden olive garden in eastpointe, michigan

Placed a to go order at 145pm. Was told it would be ready at 2:15pm. I get there and was waiting and the staff was so uncharismatic. I observed them playing around and doing everything but trying to assist in getting the customers out. My order wasn't ready until 245pm. So a whole hour was spent waiting on a to go order. I stay 5 minutes away from this restaurant but will not be returning anytime soon. This wasn't my first bad experience here within the last 60 days. I'm so disappointed!

Olive Garden restrooms

I went to Olive Garden in Midlothian va to dine in when I entered no one said hello and it didn't give me a good impression.I asked associate we're the bathroom is she just pointed and wasn't very pleasant them I came back to tell her the bathroom was dirty urine all on seats and I needed to speak to manager. Her reply was with attitude blows breathe u need a manger I said yes and she rolled her eyes the manager came up front I express my frustration and let her know I will contact support she acted non Chalant but I will never return to that location again

Olive Garden wait, service, food

I have never sent a complaint in before. We went to olive garden in hot springs Arkansas on central ladt night. We had 8 people and were told it would be an hour wait. We arrived at 6:15. We did not get sat until 7:50. When we sat down our waitress was rude, a guy noticed and stepped in and thankfully was nice and helped her out but it took an hour to get our food. We had movie tickets for 10:00 and didnt get to leave olivevgarden until 9:30 and that was with us boxing up most of our food. My mom ordered the braised beef and it looked like brownies is was so burnt and she could barely cut it with a knife, we let them know but no discount was offered. Our bill was near 200.00 so good food and service is not too much to ask. Love olive garden, was very dissapointed.

Olive Garden staff

I went to Cheektowaga Ny location with 2 other friends around 2 pm Sunday March 5 2017. Upon leaving I learned that I lost my handicap placard. My friend called the restaurant the 2 workers at the door that greet people had to two be two of the worse customer service inexperienced I've ever encountered. I called back they knew us the table we sat at and even told us they asked our server if he checked the table. We returned to the restaurant. I asked the 2 at the door if they found it? They said no we looked as well as the server. I asked if I could check only to find it in the seat. If they'd looked like said they did they would of saved us a lot of grief. Needless to say the meal which was salad and soup was bad as well as the employees at the door. Really wouldn't patronize Olive Garden that location especially til those greeters retire or quit. Deeply disappointed

Olive Garden restaurant, service, manager

We went to the Dothan, Al. Restaurant 3/8/17 @ 440pm. When we walked in the employees were to busy dancing and cutting up to realize we were there. Then the hostess wanted to sit us in the bar area. I told them no not when we have 3 kids with us. She said she could sit us in the back at a table and put a chair at the end. We are a family of 5. We asked for one of the large booths up front. She said we don't have any waiters. The kitchen staff would have to handle is in the back. This the 3rd time we have tried to eat there and was either put in the back, got bad service, bad food, or ride service. The last me were there the dining room manager came over and have us a card and said here is a 10% off for your next visit. I gave it back and said thank you for acknowledging your bad service. That was about 8 months ago. We have not been back because of how rude and bad it was. We love your food and restaurant. But Dothans has gone to the gutter. Thank you!

Olive Garden restaurant only seats half of the space until 12.30pm.

our olive garden on power line road in deerfield beach has a new manager. We eat out 3 times a week, always leave a good tip/ The employees are very friendly and the food is very good. Since the new manager took over, we cannot sit at the booths we like, we have to sit where the servers are. Half the restaurant is closed until 1.pm We live half the year in Florida and half in Tennessee. The Tennessee restaurants could help the Lady manager how to talk to her customers. Olive Garden ordered a takeout order this evening and the food I received was unacceptable

On 3-5-2017 I ordered from take out two orders of soup and salad. One soup was chicken niche, and the other was pasta [censored]ioli. My chicken soup had 2 pieces of chicken in it. One (1) count this one niche in it. The two salads we ordered had nothing but the heart and hard part of the lettuce in both. One salad had no olives in it. They both had green peppers that had to be at least 20 says past date. I was highly disappointed as The chicken niche is my favorite soup in the world. Between the soups and the salads I felt we paid good money for second hand and lack of quality and quantity food. I'm trying hard not to let this turn me off from Olive Garden, because I do like the place. This Olive Garden was the one on King street in the shopping center at skyline. Olive Garden service

went to Olive Garden in Carrollton Ga at about 5:10 p.m. Today (3/4) We were seated and waited about 17 minutes... not one person ever came to ask what we wanted to drink! I am very patient but this isnt the first time that the service here has been bad. We got up and left... as we walked out my husband told a host why we were leaving and she said "Well that is unacceptable." You darn right it is. Dont know if we will go back... i might but it will be a while.

Olive Garden bullying from supervisor-been reported and bullying continues

An employee who works for your chain of Olive Garden, has been and is being bullied from her supervisor. She has been with the company for almost two years-the manager has only been there for around a year. Since he has been with this company he has made her feel inadequate and worthless, she was originally employed as a hostesses. He made her feel so bad that she moved to another place-because she didn't fit the ideal hostess look whatever that means . Never being positive towards the employee. The employee has reported the situation to her store manager and there has been no resolution- the situation has progressively worsened. Yesterday 3-3-2017 the employee called me to pick her up from work and was hysterical, I couldn't understand her. I immediately went to get her. She explained to me that her boss acted like he was going to punch her in the face. When I arrived she was hyperventilating, and shaking and crying. This should never happen in the work place.

She was on for food runner for the dinner shift. He was running food too-told her to go fill drinks in lobby because there wasn't any food to run. She went to refill drinks and came back to continue running food, he asked her why she was just standing there-she stated she was waiting on food- he stated that she needed to do something else while she was waiting-sending her to refill drinks again- when she returned again he already had ran the food-they both exchanged words-he stated that she gave him a look-in turn he gave her the same look and made a gesture with his hands-she stated that he advanced at her like he was going to punch her in the face with his fist. She is scared of the individual, more now than before. After the incident last night she did not want to return to work today for her shift. She also is aware that if she didn't show she would or could be fired, she needs her job to continue to live. If this is how people are to be treated because they don't fit in this is unacceptable. The employee feels like no one believes her. This needs to be investigated. No one should be bullied in the work place.

"

"Retaliation for asserting or alleging an act of bullying.
Perpetuating bullying or harassing conduct by spreading hurtful or demeaning material even if the material was created by another person (e.g., forwarding offensive e-mails or text messages)."

"Report Bullying Includes a procedure, staff, and others to report incidents of bullying, including a process to submit such information anonymously and with protection from retaliation. The procedure identifies and provides contact information for the appropriate personnel responsible for receiving the report and investigating the incident. Requiring a personnel report, in a timely and responsive manner, incidents of bullying they witness or are aware of to a designated official."

Olive Garden leather jacket

4 of us senior ladies went to the soth bend-mishawaka, restraunt, very dissapointed, we were first table in at 11;30, last sat., we sat 20 minutes waiting on our water, than another 30 min to be served our food, 1 lady got her meal, we sat another 15- before the next 2 got theres, than another 10, befor, i got mine, we were all really upset, an we were 1st table in, everybody, around us ate, an ran, we would of liked wine, but were never ask, lousiest, service ever had, you need to teach yr people how to service, an respect elderly people, 2 of the ladies said they would never go back, i always loved olive garden, but im very upset, about this, vicki oberlander, plymouth in.

Olive Garden food entree, lasagna

I recently dined at the Olive Garden ordering the lasagna. Not only was the lasagna not good, when I returned home I felt ill. I had taken what I was unable to finish home and tried it again the next day (giving the benefit of the doubt) at which time I still did not enjoy the taste and did not feel well after eating it.
I dine at the Olive Garden quit regularly as I love the soup, salad and breadsticks however for the price of the Olive Garden entrees I was very disappointed in my meal. I spent $23.45 on my meal and drink which I consider a total waste of my hard earned money and would consider a gesture of a refund or gift card acceptable.

Olive Garden zupa tuscana soup, boardman, ohio

My daughter and I went to lunch at the Boardman, Ohio location on 3/23/17 to celebrate her finding her wedding gown for her upcoming weddding. She got severe food poisoning from the soup and I got gastrointestinal upset because of the same soup. I have emailed them directly to make them aware of this situation, hoping that no one else suffers from this. We feel it was caused from the Kale.

Olive Garden smoking at entrance

It is state law that cigarette smoke must not "drift in doors or windows". There are people on several occasions, either sitting on the benches, or standing in front of the door smoking. NO SIGNAGE - Spoke to management now on 3 occasions; they said there is a sign on the back entrance (which is not the main entrance). The last time we went to pick up a take out order, an employee was smoking right in front of the door. When my husband said something, they seem to care less. One time the manager said "we try to pay attention". If their own employees are doing, why expect the customers to do any different.

I would like signs clearly stating the law on the front of the building where they can be clearly seen by those entering and leaving.

Olive Garden management

I work at Olive Garden in Manchester NH, and I have so many problems with one of the managers there. Kelley has been so unnecessarily rude and unprofessional to all of the workers recently. We have a host who works here that is deaf/hard of hearing and Kelley was so verbally abusive to her today for no reason what so ever. She made her cry and want to leave her job, and lately has been very rude to me also. If someone is upset over a death in the family she tells them to suck it up and do their job, and has no personable traits what so ever. Witnessing her verbally abusing the host really pushed me to my limits today, and then hearing her mock the host behind her back, knowing she can't hear her, made me sick. I cannot continue working in a place like this where the manager is so heartless and making everyone want to leave their job. I really would like it if she could at least get some kind of warning about this behavior so it can come to an end. It just doesn't make sense to me how someone who can gossip and mock people below her, is even manager in the first place. Its been happening way too much lately

Olive Garden restaurant employees and manager

While eating Sunday Feb. 19th me and my family went to eat. My son got sick after eating so I rushed him to the bathroom while running in the bathroom he couldn't hold it no longer. Mind you my son is only 7. He had a accident in the bathroom floor. Me being a clean person I cleaned up as much as possible and went and ask for a mop. During a server and manager there was looks that was disrespectful. Well the manager came in the bathroom and was starting to clean up she was very unfriendly and was acting like it was the worst thing ever happened like it was too high society for someone to get sick. I felt very uncomfortable and so while my family was still eating me and my 7 year old son went outside that's how mad and uncomfortable I was. When my mother went into the bathroom the manager was very rude and made the remark someone got sick and she has to clean it and my mother told the manager is it not normal for a CHILD to get sick. We love this place but we will not go back to those location. I will inform my friends and family hour you get treated if your child gets sick while eating. I have never been tested like this in 27 years that I have went to a fancy restaurant. Thanks for reading.

Olive Garden manager jorge olive garden falls church

Rude and unprofessional, we are a very regular customer of olive garden, we get too many gift cards for our business and company customers, he refuse to combine two bonus card that other manager did in his olive garden location and other location too! We were so disappointed that we don't think so we go there again! This manager need to get trained how to have a better customer service

Olive Garden food and service

Arriving at 1600 hrs ordered 2 chicken parmesans. At 30 minutes asked how our order was doing, server stated it was on the way. I asked to see the manager, joseph rini came over and I informed him that we were now waiting 40 minutes and the salad served was limp and drenched in dressing also yellow in parts. At 44 minutes into the service the order arrived the chicken pharm was hard and over cooked. When the server asked how the food was I informed her of the issue she asked if I wanted to speak with the manager knowing that I had already spoken with him!
The manager never returned to ask how the meal was knowing full well that I have been a frequent visitor to olive gardens.
The comparison of west hartford to that of winfield there is no comparison.
If we ever go to olive garden it will be enfield or manchester never again to west hartford.
The service was not up to olive garden standards, asking when the food is going to be served, having to ask for an empty glass to be filled, not taking the initiative to have the manager find out what the issues are and to follow up.
We did not place another order for fear of waiting another 30 to 40 minutes with the same outcome.
The chicken parm and the spaghetti was sitting for the pasta was already dry on the outside.

Olive Garden service and management

Today February 20th, My family went to the olive garden for lunch..Not sure where to begin... This was my Sister in law first visit... messed up order.. our Bills were wrong, Her credit card was charge with another bill.. Not hers! Manager was asked for but never came over to aknowledge the issue, , , and yes she was aware of it by me! As we were getting ready to go, , We were then asked for a complaimentary glass of wine! Really now we are leaving! Terrible service and management!

We ordered two takeout dinners (chicken alfredo fettucini) from the Wausau, WI Olive Garden. Toward the end of my husband eating his salad, he found what appeared to be a large piece of white lettuce. This turned out to be two plastic/vinyl/latex gloves rolled together. We contacted the manager of the store. She was polite and courteous and offered to refund our money, but informed us that they did not use plastic gloves, but only tongs in mixing the salad. My husband told her that we weren't looking for a refund or money, we just wanted the person responsible to be removed from food service. We aren't asking they be fired -- let them be a busboy/girl or some other worker. We have been eating at this local Olive Garden and at various Olive Garden restaurants in other states and have never had this problem before. We are adding pictures of the gloves and still have them. Please let us know what we should do, if anything.

Olive Garden margherita chicken and menu with unavailable course meals.

My wife and I were seated quickly on a very busy Saturday late afternoon in the Middleburg Heights, Ohio location today. We both ordered from the menu. I ordered the spaghetti and my wife ordered the garlic chicken with rosemary and mash potatoes. A few minutes later we were told the chicken was not available. I assumed the kitchen had run out. We reordered the Margherita Chicken on the waitresses recommendation. It was very bland and not what we expected. We frequently dine out at Olive Garden specifically for the garlic chicken. On further questioning we were told our favorite dish was dropped from the menu in spite of it being on the menu when we were served. The waitress informed the manager who told us it was her favorite also. I felt an adjustment on our bill (such as a refund on the chicken dish) was a proper response for a mediocre meal. The manager was not concerned about customer satisfaction but was "sorry". In summary : food was unappetizing, management made no attempt to resolve customer dissatisfaction, and outdated menu was provided by the restaurant.
