I have got motorola W220. Last month my mobile stop charging, i went to service center of motorola for its repairing, which is still under warranty period, but service center refused to repair it under warranty period and asked for Rs. 2500/-for its repairing.
The reason given by them was that, it is damaged by water, but there was nothing like that, because again the same is repaired by another service center of Mototola, under warranty period, by saying that it is just a circuits problem... it will solved.
Hence we can say that motorola is doing fraud with its customers, by opening such service centers. Hence i have decided to take legal action against this fraud. I will take action with in 1 week for this.
MOTOROLA is just loosing its brand value, disgusting.
