My family and I stopped in for lunch, I had to ask the cashier if she was taking orders, she basically stood there saying nothing. The time on my order ticket was 2:55 pm, we sat there and waited, I had to go back and ask for my drink cups. At 3:10 pm I went back up to check on my food and not one of the four employees had any idea where my food was, then tried to say she took out some food and they must of kept it, I did not see an employee come out with any food and take it to another table, so I'm standing there waiting for an answer for my food, the employee goes over to the table where my family is and talks to them not me, so I walk over there and ask what's going on, the employee said she was just making sure she didn't get our order, so I told her to never mind, I would like a refund and I'll pay for the drinks, she goes back behind the counter and tells the cook what to fix, again I tell her I don't want the food just my money back, I stood there another 10 minutes then a manager comes out and litteraly throws my money at me and walks off, very poor customer service and no communication, kept saying the employee was new and she doesn't pay attention, not my problem, very dissappointed at the lack of respect to communicate and poor service and the managers actions.

Penny is very disrespectful! I've seen her yell(swearing) at her employees, she's been very rude to me and my family, has also done many more things that are not okay. She picks favorites, treats people differently because they're bi or lasbine. It's not okay. I can't belive how disrespectful she is to the customers and employees! She needs to be fired!

40 plus employees standing around talking took over 30 minutes to get food then we asked for ketchup was given a dirty look the entire restaurant was unclean by far the worst experience ever. Tables were nasty been here for over an hour no one has been out to clean the lobby at all. Understand busy but by the photos below this is a health issue. food ordered at drive thru
i ordered 2 mc doubles and 2 sausage mc muffins plus a med diet coke I pulled around the corner and paid $6.59 and pulled up to car in front of me 9 min later the car in front got their food and pulled into a parking space. The girl in drive thru hands me a bag with one sand and says have a nice day - I asked what is this showed her my receipt and she just closed the window, as I looked up I see the lady from the car that was in front of walking into the store holding a bag and one sand in her hand so I watched as she got to the counter and one other employee grabbed the bag they tried to give me and handed it to her, Now the drive thru girl hands me the bag from the woman and I said I am not accepting that I have no idea what she did with it in her car, she then asks me to pull up and 4 more vehicles got their food, she walks up to my car with new bag, I had to ask for my soda . drove home opened bag and surprise 2 mc doubles ice cold and half opened sausage mc muffin (1) not 2 that I ordered. I called Mc Donald's complaint line and spoke to Samantha Ref#[protected] and she said she was sorry for the disappointing service, said would talk to Franchisee and have them get back to me. then sends me 1 mc double coupon and 1 breakfast sand coupon . I am 66 years old don't insult my intelligence I lost 5.40 because I threw the sandwiches out not knowing what was done to them. and you think a coupon makes up for health dept. laws broken . I will never set foot in a Mc Donald's again if this is there idea of customer service store was on Silver Spring and Pilgrim road in Menomonee Falls, Wi I recommend not going there at this time.

big mac not included in my order
I drove through MacDonald in Milnerton, bought take away food on the 17th October 2018...on my my arrival home I discovered that they did not put everything I ordered and I was not given back my slip. I called them immediately spoke to Phumza who confirmed that they forgot to give me the big mac I ordered. She promised to deliver but because I was staying a bit far she told me they can not deliver although it was their mistake, and that I can come any time for they will compensate for my petrol (it made sense). Went back on Friday the 19th, spoke to Lwazi (store manager) he assisted me but refused to compensate for my petrol saying they don't do that, they are not suppose to do that and that Phumza made a mistake about even mention something about compensating. I was a bit upset because I wouldn't have driven back considering the price of petrol, it was a loss for me...wasted my time and my petrol because of their incompetent staff, and they failed to redress. I was not impressed with the service I receive from the staff to the store manager.
never open
The McDonald's location 2433 S Loop 289, Lubbock, TX 79423 that is supposed to be open 24 hours is CONSTANTLY closed between the hours of 3a-5a. The employees sit outside in lawn chairs and inform customers that they are closed when they drive up to the drive through. I would understand if the location didn't say "open 24hrs". Worst service in Lubbock.
crispy chicken clubhouse meal.
Hi my name is emily fone I came through mcdonald's tonight 20/10/2018 at 7:15 pm with a voucher that was for a fix up for two meal replacements for a crispy chicken clubhouse meal meadium & a bqq bacon angus meal large I also ordered 2x happy meals one with nuggets and the other a cheese burger and a chocolate sundae.
My crispy chicken club house which I believe has to have onion on it and bacon did not come with any of that only little bit of sauce chicken cheese lettuce, also both chips in these meals were raw. I am always a valid customer but have had heaps of trouble with you guys with the quality of food. I did try to ring the lakelands store numerous of times when I got home but no answer.
On the letter they made a mistake on my last name they put emily smith instead of emily fone just thought i'd clarify that in case of need of purchase.
I would really like this sorted thanks as it was already a meal replacement for fix up thanks.

I have used mg donalds on a number of occasion. I had a sausage and egg mc muffin meal as usual. Food was more greasy then normal and a little cold but just put it down to being early and busy. A few hours after I ate I started to feel ill and began to have severe diarrhea and stomach cramps. Due to this I ate nothing else. Later on in the evening the sickness also begun along with diarrhea. My stomach cramps and other symptoms lasted thuout the night and saturday morning. I know have a sore and lump in my throat due to the severe sickness and can't eat a thing due to this. I am a mum of 4 and never experienced any problems with mc donalds until now. I'm am outraged that such a big food company can undercook food

Here are a few things thst has happen to me when visiting and its the same boy each time
1- I went ordered my food and he wasnt in thwe 1st window to take money I waited for a second I pull to the 2nd window he come to the 2nd window an told me I didnt dstop and pay at the first window
2- he took my money and cheated me out of some 0f my change I called when I got home and had to go back never said sorry
3- he made a smart comment about my car yes its old but its paid for and I own it
4-I went to wondow and he was working it and his [censored] was shining he never pulled up pants thats is sick to let people like that work for u

I went to my local McD that I have been going to everyday since the new promo started for my son. I decided to dine in today. I placed my order at kiosk and proceeded to register to pay. 20 minutes and no food. I see some of my food on counter getting cold. Manager decided to remake food. Another 30mins and no food. Now same manager got attitude about throwing my food on tray. No ma'am now I want my money back. She said and I quote she going to take her time giving me my money with line of people waiting for food and to order. After a few more words between us with her being very unprofessional she just walked off leaving register open and yelling for someone else to finish. Another manager came over heard what happen and gave me my money and my order. While this manager was helping you could still hear the other manager who stormed off talking about me around the corner. So you have time to bash a customer but no time to work and clear the line of customers still waiting. I will NEVER go back to that store . None of the other 3 managers wanted to give me her name since she wasn't wearing a name tag but they all continued to apologize for her unprofessional behavior. If you need to contact please fill free. I may not know her name but I can sure point her out. I have worked customer service for over 20 years and I NEVER seen a more unprofessional person. A lot of people walked out without ordered due to the behavior they saw from your management employee.

I went to McDonald's & bought a medium orange juice & a sausage McMuffin. Just as I flip the bread over to put jelly on it, I discovered the bread was molded in the corner. I asked for a manager at the 1st drive through window & the cashier told me she was the manager. I showed her the sandwich & she called a worker to look at it & then she replied to me, " I will look at the rest of the bread, because if this one is molded then there are others. She asked me did I still want the orange & refunded me 1.07 with a dry nonchalant apology. I will NEVER eat there again. Food poisoning is real. 😡

I decided I WAS NOT going to visit this particular store again. No only are the employees rude, I have gotten the WRONG ITEMS time after time with only a "Please bring it back and we'll make it right." This has been a problem repeatedly. I have NO IDEA what the problem is but I will NEVER, and I mean NEVER spend another dime at this location. I'm in no way prejudice and I really wish everyone would feel the same. But if your company would at least TRAIN the people that are one on one with the customers it would really be a help. Actually what I mean by that is you employ a lot of people from Spanish decent and they cannot communicate with the customers. AGAIN, I'm in NO WAY prejudice so that's that. I REALLY wish when something goes wrong, your "Higher ups" wouldn't blame it on the language barrier. THAT irritates the [censored] out of me... I would actually like to have my money back... THAT would be an "I'M SORRY."

Pulled up to speaker. No one in either line. I was told to wait. Was there for two to three minutes. Car come up to speaker in other lane. That car got waited on. Waited another two minutes before my oder was taken. When I got to window wasn't old to pull to side to wait again. Not happy. It said at the end of this that my complaint was too short to be noticed. If this was company wanting to keep business it would take every complaint seriously. No matter how short it is. Thanks.

I have already emailed a complaint about our experience at McDonald's in Delafield, Wisconsin, Hwy 83. We stopped after the Brewer game on October 12, 2018 at 11:52am. They put a bacon egg and cheese biscuit that we ordered a meal that was so hard I couldn't bite through. We have stopped before and never experienced this but I hate paying for something I can't eat. Besides the nerve of someone putting that in a bag for someone to eat. Thanks, Darryl Marx
homestyle chicken sandwich
Yes my name is Rocky Sipes and I have been going to my local McDonalds in Marked Tree, AR on Hester Road. I ordered home-style chicken sandwich that I order all the time from there and it was fried to a hard piece of chicken. It was in the drive thru on 10-15-2018 around 11pm and it took me only a minute from time I ordered to the time I picked up at the window. There was no one there at that time and it was a horrible experience. To me as I have gotten this sandwich a few times before and it was soft, juicy, and tasted good that this time the ones working seemed that they had the grease so hot that it scorched the chicken. I was the only one at this McDonald's at the time of this incident.

When handed our order she didn't say anything. She passed it through the window and that was it! My husband said, is that it? She said, yep. Then we drove away. Well...we were opening up our food and found we didn't have any napkins, no dipping sauce for our nuggets, the nuggets were not done, the fries are cold and soggy. Needless to say, it was not a good experience or effort in the staff at the Beloit location. Our food went in the trash and our kids went hungry until we will arrive home from our 6 hour road trip!

Absolute [censored]e! Food not prepped fully, cold, missing toppings on burger orders, drinks taste like battery fluid, some serving staff have attitude... Overall [censored]!
Toilets stink of pee! Orders missing what items you actually ask for... Arrogant staff... When complaints are made staff are completely rude! Bins overflowing on the car park and indoors... Unclean tables and floors... I was in there for an hour or and not once did I see any member of staff clear tables properly or sweep the floors or empty any bins during my whole time there... A small group fight started as I was in there and I didn't see one member of staff attempt to calm the situation... Not even the managers stepped in to diffuse the situation! The customers stepped in to stop the situation and managed to... After this group had left, all the staff came back onto the floor! Customers began complaining but, the staff could not explain why not a single one of them intervened including bloody management!
frappe/manager
I went to the McDonald's in my town and ordered a quarter pounder meal with a large mocha frappe. When I get home and taste it, I quickly realize it's not mocha, it's caramel. So I drive BACK up there, and tell them that they gave me the wrong flavor frappe. And the girl at the window just gives me my money back. I told her that I still wanted my drink that I now have my two different trips for. She has the manager come up to the window who by the way, was extremely rude, tell me that they don't have mocha, all they have is caramel. And refuses to make the frappe. I asked her if they were out this entire time, then why didn't they just tell me that to begin with instead of making a caramel and putting the mocha topping on it to make me THINK it was the correct drink. She then rolls her eyes and walks away from the window. So basically after two separate trips to this McDonald's, I didn't get what I went for, all I got was a rude lady talking down to me as if I was the annoyance.

I went into my local McDonald 10873 places my order at 813 PM there was one customer in front of me at 838 my order was sitting there for more than 15 minutes had not been giving to us as they were getting everyone else food that was in drive through or that came in after us when I asked for a refund the manager never said a word had a attitude and never apoligized.
