I am complaigning about the items that was picked up on Oct 29 and failed to deliver to my buyer on their first attempt Oct 31. I was waiting for a notification if their 2nd attempt via shopee app. The Status says Nov 2 in transit... so I reached out to shopee support. Nov 2, But they failed to respond to me. And I only got a response this morning. Anyway Nov 4 the shipment status was then updated to Expect delivery within today. So I informed my buyer that it will arrive nov 4. I was surprised that the parcel was returned back to me. And there was no notification on the app that it has been returned to sender so I can refuse. There was no 2nd attempt. Did not attwmpt to deliver to the customer and they failed to tag correctly. all taggings were incorrect. Can you investigate the rider or hub whose responsible for this? Its only last night Nov 5 that I received a return to sender tag on my shopee ship status. But tagging says Nov 4th not 5th. So they are incorrectly tagging it to make it seem like theyre doing their jobs. Frauding customers with incorrect information. This is veey frustrating for both me as a seller and for my client as a buyer. She was expecting the items and even stayed home all day from Nov 1-4 just to wait for her parcel. She also availed of her birthday promocode upon purchasing. Now since it appears to be cancelled items which I was not aware of because I didn't cancel. My buyer even tried to extend shopee guarantee. So I wanted to know what can you do about this. How can you help? Items were returned to sebder due to negligence and fraudulent tagging.
