I am complaigning about the items that was picked up on Oct 29 and failed to deliver to my buyer on their first attempt Oct 31. I was waiting for a notification if their 2nd attempt via shopee app. The Status says Nov 2 in transit... so I reached out to shopee support. Nov 2, But they failed to respond to me. And I only got a response this morning. Anyway Nov 4 the shipment status was then updated to Expect delivery within today. So I informed my buyer that it will arrive nov 4. I was surprised that the parcel was returned back to me. And there was no notification on the app that it has been returned to sender so I can refuse. There was no 2nd attempt. Did not attwmpt to deliver to the customer and they failed to tag correctly. all taggings were incorrect. Can you investigate the rider or hub whose responsible for this? Its only last night Nov 5 that I received a return to sender tag on my shopee ship status. But tagging says Nov 4th not 5th. So they are incorrectly tagging it to make it seem like theyre doing their jobs. Frauding customers with incorrect information. This is veey frustrating for both me as a seller and for my client as a buyer. She was expecting the items and even stayed home all day from Nov 1-4 just to wait for her parcel. She also availed of her birthday promocode upon purchasing. Now since it appears to be cancelled items which I was not aware of because I didn't cancel. My buyer even tried to extend shopee guarantee. So I wanted to know what can you do about this. How can you help? Items were returned to sebder due to negligence and fraudulent tagging.

Hello po as a seller pwede po kayong magrefuse kung unreasonable po yong pagreturn? Pareho po kami ng nangyari sa buyer niyo naghintay ako jan. 4 hanggang ngayon buong araw naghihintay tapos walang dadating at parang ako pa ang may kasalanan na delivery failed due to payment issue eh hindi nga umabot sakin. Tapos ngayon shipment is with concern na. Tsaka sayang rin po yong promocode ko kung maireturn kasi nagmahal na po yong mga items at dina po mareuse yong code. Di naman sila nagrereply ng maayos. Nangiinip na at punong puno na ako. Buti ka pa seller naiintindihan mo ang shipment at may concern ka sa client sana lahat ng seler katulad mo, isawalang bahala nalang kasi nila sa mga buyer. Hayyy

@Hellomjb Hello there. Yes di ako nag stop until na resolve ng Shopee and LBC Integrated (Partner courier). What happened is...after 5 weeks ng kaka follow up ko sakanila thru emails hanga't Mon-Fri nako tumatawag sa Customer service at nagdedemand ng status...dineclare nila as Parcel lost tapos nirefund saakin yun supposedly amount ng item to compensate. Ang nkakaawa is yun Buyer ko kasi sya yun sobrang na-hassle. Imagine naghintay ng 5 weeks sa item. tapos how many times pinaasa na dadating, so kina cancel pa yung lakad nya just to wait for the item the whole day tapos wala. And gift nya dapat yun sa Wedding Anniversary nila ng wife nya. Tapos Lost daw. Actually hinde talaga dineliver yun item sa client pero nakarating ng Mabalacat Pampanga hub. Hinde sila nag attempt to deliver and lahat ng report na status nila sa shopee is kunyare failed d/t no payment daw, then nag request daw yun buyer na i return saakin which is not true. lahat imbento yun report. Kaya nag file din ako formal complaint regarding sa lahat na yun. tapos ni Return to Sender yun item then pinag antay ako 2 weeks wala ma ireturn kasi nga lost na pala. Madami nag take advantage during the Holidays season siguro na tempt kunin yun mga parcel. Anyway thanks for your comment. I really appreciate it. Yes tinulungan ko talaga yun super bait kong buyer isa pa di sya maka tawag mismo sa Customer support kasi Long Distance na kung from Pampanga sya tatawag at ang hassle na ang gastos pa. kaya ako talaga nagfollow up nun. Gawin nyo mag file din kayo formal complaint. Request mo makausap Supervisor or pa escalate mo sa Manager na para gawan agad nila ng action.

Hello good day! Thank you po for your response. Talagang wala po kasing paki alam mga courier kasi di naman nila pag aari yong package at di naman importante sa kanila. Makapagtawag ng Hari ng Padala di naman ginagampanan. I acknowledge you po! Anyways po ano po name ng shop niyo sa shopee? Criteria ko po kasi na bumibili sa shopee eh by attitude or behavioral towards their customer and I found you po hehe
