Good day po!
Kasasagot ko lang po ng survey kaninang hapon pero dahil sa naexperience ko kanina sa isa pang branch ninyo e kailangan ko po silang ireport.
Ang babastos po ng mga lalaking teller or agent nyo sa branch na malapit sa SM Manila. I am very disappointed to their service and attitudes. They donot care about the stuffs of their customers and they even donot know the word "customer service".
Magpapadala po ako dapat ng mga gamit sa Baguio, LBC po ang una kung naisip. Ang ganda po kasi ng image nyo e. Yung mga gamit po na ipapadala ko ay mga gamit sa bahay at may kasama pong biscuit na party box. Hindi ko pa po naoopen yung party box. Pero dahil gusto masiguro ng agent nyo na biscuit tlg ang laman non e pumayag po akong buksan nila. Ok na po nakita na nila biscuits talaga ang laman sila pa nga po ang unang nakakita ng laman kesa sakin. Aba magagaling po akala ko ibabalik na nila sa lalagyan yung biscuits. Gusto pala nilang ilagay sa lalagyan yung ibang mga gamit. Iiibabaw nalang daw nila yung biscuits. Sabi ko po okay lng naman na ilagay nyo yan sa pinakaibabaw ng mga gamit basta siguraduhin lang nila na hindi madudurog yung mga biscuits. Ayon binalik po nila sa lalagyan yung mga biscuits. Yung ipapadala ko din po sana ay may kasamang 100ml na cologne, 50ml lotion. At 250ml na shampoo. Hindi po isinama ng agent nyo sa box bilihan ko muna daw ng lalagyan kasi baka masira o sumabog daw yung laman. Ang liit liit lng po ng mga liquid na yun. Nakaselyo pa. Binalot ko pa po ng plastic. Gasino na po yun. Sabi ko po balutan ko nalang ng towel hindi masisira ang lalagyan nun. Ok lng po sana tanggap ko na hindi pwede yung mga ganon kung hindi talaga pwede. Sinigawan po ako ng agent nyo sa harap ng isa pang customer. Dadalawa lang po kaming customer ng oras na yun. Hindi daw po pwede. Bilihan ko muna daw ng container yung mga liquids. Ayos lang daw na mapirwisyo yung ipapadala ko, wag lang yung padala ng iba. Ha? Okay lng ba yung mga agent nyo? Inisip at tiningnan ko ulit yung mga liquids na shampoo, cologne at lotion. Sobrang liit lang naman. Tapos sasabihan ka ng ganun? Ni hindi nga sila marunong maglagay at mag ayos ng mga gamit sa box. Siguro naman po nag training naman sila diba? Gasino na po yung pag aayos o paglagay ng gamit sa box. Pero bakit maayos pa ang pagkakalagay at pagpapabalot ng tinapa sa paglagay ng gamit sa loob ng box?
Nakakadismaya po ang mga agent nyo dun sa branch sa labas ng SM Manila.

I supposed to received the item last nov.11 but according to your operator from shoppee app your delivery man failed to deliver the item because the HOUSE IS CLOSED. the truth is we are all day waiting for that item. Your delivery man didn't try to find my location. The branch is from Lbc Cavite North Hub.

I supposed to send a parcel (1 catalog) to San Jose Dinagat Island, but the counter girl said there's no delivery in San Jose, I insist that the LBC San Jose will pick up at Surigao City. ( And then there was a short conversation regarding how to send the said catalog) The other counter girl who is very talkative during on her duty said, na strissed (Visaya diction)ka ba name noong counter girl na nag assist sa akin, ) while we are on conversation with the 3rd counter girl how to send the parcel ) the talkative girl repeatedly saying na strissed ka ba in visaya diction many times. When I looked at her I felt offended and in my mind she is bullying me because there was no other customer with conversation except me.. That's why i confronted her and I told her, if she's insulting me, the way I pronounce my tagalog words, and also told her please serve and treat the costumers professionally. I cancelled my transaction and left the area with a trembling angry personality. I hope and pray that you will make an investigation and action with this kind of employee to avoid anger between your costumers and company. Please don't ignore my personal complaint, so that it will not happened to others. Thank you very much.

Hindi daw liable xa sa pagkakamali nang lbc kaya hindi xa mag settle nang problema.. Bakit hindi ba xa empleyado nang lbc? Tang ina... Ang issue kasi nagkamali po ang LBC sa pag dispatch nag item ko napunta kasi sa ibang location.. So ang nangyari sinabihan ako agad nang tga LBC customer rep na..twgaan ko dw ang tao na nagpadala sa item ko at sabihan na pa balikin xa sa lbc branch na pinadalhan nya.. I am complaigning about the items that was picked up on Oct 29 and failed to deliver to my buyer on their first attempt Oct 31. I was waiting for a notification if their 2nd attempt via shopee app. The Status says Nov 2 in transit... so I reached out to shopee support. Nov 2, But they failed to respond to me. And I only got a response this morning. Anyway Nov 4 the shipment status was then updated to Expect delivery within today. So I informed my buyer that it will arrive nov 4. I was surprised that the parcel was returned back to me. And there was no notification on the app that it has been returned to sender so I can refuse. There was no 2nd attempt. Did not attwmpt to deliver to the customer and they failed to tag correctly. all taggings were incorrect. Can you investigate the rider or hub whose responsible for this? Its only last night Nov 5 that I received a return to sender tag on my shopee ship status. But tagging says Nov 4th not 5th. So they are incorrectly tagging it to make it seem like theyre doing their jobs. Frauding customers with incorrect information. This is veey frustrating for both me as a seller and for my client as a buyer. She was expecting the items and even stayed home all day from Nov 1-4 just to wait for her parcel. She also availed of her birthday promocode upon purchasing. Now since it appears to be cancelled items which I was not aware of because I didn't cancel. My buyer even tried to extend shopee guarantee. So I wanted to know what can you do about this. How can you help? Items were returned to sebder due to negligence and fraudulent tagging.

Hello there. Yes di ako nag stop until na resolve ng Shopee and LBC Integrated (Partner courier). What happened is...after 5 weeks ng kaka follow up ko sakanila thru emails hanga't Mon-Fri nako tumatawag sa Customer service at nagdedemand ng status...dineclare nila as Parcel lost tapos nirefund saakin yun supposedly amount ng item to compensate. Ang nkakaawa is yun Buyer ko kasi sya yun sobrang na-hassle. Imagine naghintay ng 5 weeks sa item. tapos how many times pinaasa na dadating, so kina cancel pa yung lakad nya just to wait for the item the whole day tapos wala. And gift nya dapat yun sa Wedding Anniversary nila ng wife nya. Tapos Lost daw. Actually hinde talaga dineliver yun item sa client pero nakarating ng Mabalacat Pampanga hub. Hinde sila nag attempt to deliver and lahat ng report na status nila sa shopee is kunyare failed d/t no payment daw, then nag request daw yun buyer na i return saakin which is not true. lahat imbento yun report. Kaya nag file din ako formal complaint regarding sa lahat na yun. tapos ni Return to Sender yun item then pinag antay ako 2 weeks wala ma ireturn kasi nga lost na pala. When I track it, it always say that house was closed and no one is there.. oh come on, I am on maternity leave and I'm just at home with helpers and parents around. That is too impossible! And up to now, I haven't received my parcel yet. What's wrong, are you really true in providing us good service? Or are u just after our payments? My clients are already upset.
