I am very disappointed when my recipient did not receive the item through LBC. Kindly see the attached photo.

I called the LBC Call Center and asked why. The agent told me that the delivery man has no load to text/call the recipient. I am very disappointed. What is the use of the recipient's phone number, which you asked me to write down, if you'll not call or even text an hour before the delivery man reach the area? This should not happen because I paid the necessary amount the LBC branch asked.

Hi, I want to know what's the problem about the package? cause it takes too long to be delivered Its almost one week of waiting. The package tracking number is [protected] I want to know why it is not delivered due to payment issues on October 4, 2017 ? That moment na sabi ng kapitbahay na may nagtatanong daw ng pangalan ko na taga LBC kung sino at saan daw ang bahay ni Shaira Mae Yuson soo tinuruan ng kapitbahay ko sabi ng courier na kapitbahay nalang daw maghatid pero ang kapitbahay namin ayaw naman kasi d daw sa kanya soo tinuruan nalang sa bahay namin. Hintay ako ng hintay pero walang dumating na packaged. Pero positive padin ako kc close to 6pm na din at baka bukas nalang i dedeliver. Pero nakakainis lang na ng trinack ko Wow ahhh ang galing naman na received ko na daw yung packaged ko? Wow! Bukas puntahan q talaga LBC branch! Matanong kung bat ganyan. D pa naman yun COD at bayad na yung mga items ko na yun😑😢😢😢!

I called the LBC cebu last day and the man on the phone said that they will deliver the item today but until now i did not receive ani item from lbc. Why cant you fixed this kind of issues so that your customers will be satisgied of your services? Why cant you delivered it on time? 0506.. It is said delivered to bataan hub and ready for delivery since yesterday. I need some further response regarding with this matter as I am expecting the said item for my Business.and now theres an issue with the shipment?How did that happened?

Dear LBC EXPRESS INC.

First of all, it has been more than a month since August 22 that we made the complains with regards to the TWO noticeable holes in one of the two boxes we received from my sister in States. I took a video of it and the whole process on how we opened it. A day after you read my post and messages in your fb, you then called me and told me that my sister should coordinate with you, and you even told me that you will have and investigations with regards to this. You even told me that you will compensate the damages of it. My sister wasn't really able to go right away because she was busy with work and it took her awhile to visit in your CA office where she sent the box with. Furthermore, she went to your office today and found out that you didn't even act upon it. She was just being told so, "YOUR FAMILY RECEIVED AND EVEN SIGNED THE BOX WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED, THEREBY IT WAS IN GOOD CONDITION WHEN THEY TURNED OVER AND HANDED IT INTO YOUR HOUSE." Now, let me ask your good hypothalamus, If you were in our shoes, would you bother turning all the sides of the boxes when receiving it?! I bet you won't. Honestly, we didnt really bother checking all the boxes because we didnt expect that we will receive a damage one. We even gave our FULL TRUST to LBC as a courier since my sister used to send with them for more than a decade. Nonetheless, you requested her to come to your office with all these documents. Every conversations we had through messenger were still here and I am going to screen shot everything! You don't have A WORD for all your clients. You are now claiming that it was our fault why the box had turned that way since we received it. Yes, we signed the receive form because it was your protocol to complete the transaction and with our full trust in your company, we didnt expect that it will happen to us. You are not even claiming that there are culprits and KAWATAN in your business. You kept on denying that you have been having staff who always do this kind of stuff to the packages hardly earned why the senders who entrusted you. Don't you ever think that you have to penalize and even convict those stealing the things in any packages being handed over?! You have to prove us that you still withold your CREDIBILITY and as what you are still claiming to be #HARINGPADALA! What a shame in your management for giving false reassurance of compensating the damages your staff had caused! Another thing, you told me when you called up that the holes were caused by the unpredicted clashing of boxes during transport but how come you are claiming now that we received the box in a good condition because we signed it?!? You even demanded me to remove my post because it is damaging to your reputation. Do you think I will remove it?! People deserves to know the truth about your messes!

I hope you will not deny this matter. Hence, you will stand with your words that YOU WILL COMPENSATE THE DAMAGES SINCE MY SISTER IS A LOYAL CUSTOMER at your end!

I will still be hoping that you will not disregard this complain and you will not hinder us to get the justice we deserve because of your INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES! YOU HAVE NO WORD!

I sent 2 parcels under my name last Sunday, Oct 1 @ LBC Cainta Parola branch and i was told that it will arrive the next day.
Come Monday, no packages have arrived to the destination. Tuesday (which is today), only 1 package was delivered. The question now is when can we expect the next package to arrive? How come only one package was delivered when i sent both packages at the same time? This doesn't make any sense to me!
I wanted to track it but I couldn't find the receipt anymore. Can you confirm if when can it finally be delivered? The receiver needs it today itself!

i trusted your company LBC to send my boxes in the phil for my family but what happened? the 2boxes were fine, u send it without any problem po.. pero ung isa super late nyo n po bngay at ang masakit pa binaboy nyo pa ang box ko tas masahol pa ninakawan pa.. sino nmng ofw ang matutuwa sa ganyang serbisyo nyo?! ngyon, magrereklamo ako, ssbihin nyo costum ang nag open? magtuturuan lang po kayo?! gsto kong maibalik ang mga items na nwla sa akin kc akin un at pera ko un.. wla kyong krapatan na buksan ang khit anong box na pinapadla sa inyo kc ngbbyad kmi ng maayos sa inyo!

I sent a very important document through LBC Malolos Bulacan branch 10AM of September 29, 2017 to be picked up the next day at LBC Escario Branch in Cebu (tracking # - [protected]). The document arrived very late afternoon of October 3, 2017 and not after several follow-ups and calls from our side. This is not in line with the kind of service that LBC announced it stands for. This is not the kind of service I expected and paid for either. I demand an explanation and a refund, at least.

*review your cctv on the very date to view such acts of your staffs on how they accommodate costumers in accordance with your standards.And also how the costumer service are applied or practiced instead of having arrogant approach.Insist suggestion without approval of the Costumer causing the items container or box deformed.

Just today October 2, 2017 at around 3:30 pm in the afternoon we received the last package from my sister in Kuwait with Tracking No. [protected].

We are not sure what really happen why the last package didn't arrive as the two first packages where in fact they were sent at the same time.

The two first packages was in a good condition. But on our surpise that was not the case of the last package.

We received the box in delapidated condition and is wet. Upon checking the items some are missing and some are broken.

Please see attached picture of the image of the boxes.

I hope you would find time investigating such an event.

Ang nakakainis ay hindi man lang sya nag offer ng alternative na tumatanggap pala ng perfume cargo ang lbc pero via sea! Nag decide sya agad na wala! Anong klaseng customer service yan! I'm also working in a customer service industry so I offered alternatives to my clients para mapagaan buhay nila at magkaroon sila ng options! Sabi ko kay ms. Jona, "ate sorry ha pero di ko mapapalampas yang ginawa sa amin ng female staff ng nepo mall branch na yan!"
I hope you reprimand that staff na hindi marunong ng customer service!

Please deliver my package with tracking number [protected] at Gate #22 Unit 4 Road 14, Brgy. Bahay Toro, Project 8, Quezon City, near Silver Place. This is the second day that they didn't deliver because you can't locate the address. For god's sake this is the nth time I ordered online and you are the courier, but this is the 1st time that you can't locate the address. Fix the problem ahead of time! Thank you so much!

Hey, my order in Lazada is one day delay because of payment issue my option about it is cash on delivery i hope Lazada inform you about that i need my order as soon as possible because i need it on school i hope you'll understand. My shipment tracking number is [protected] my shipment is on bataan since september 26, 2017 delivery day is sept. 26-29 one day delay right now.

I'm waiting for a package with the tracking number [protected]. It was sent from Manila by a seller and the destination is in Digos City. It has been in Digos for days as the tracking says and they are not sending it to our address. It has been in Digos since September 26 but until now, September 30, we have not received the package. No calls nor text messages from the courier. I have tried to contact the customer support but I cannot reach any representative.

This is in reference to tracking #[protected] where item was received by Pedro Gil office on Sept. 26, 2017 to be delivered at San Beda College Alabang, Alabang Hills, Muntinlupa. The item was delivered to LBC Muntilupa-Taguig Hub on 6:40am, Sept. 27, 2017 but as of Sept. 29, 10am no item was delivered to the forwarding address. This is despite the fact that we have requested Customer Service to ensure delivery of item on Sept. 29 on or before 9am. Note that this is beyond your servile level agreement (SLA) of 24 to 48 hours. Customer Service doesn't help and you have missed your commitment of being an "Express Padala" considering that it's within MM area

Si Lazada nga nkailang deliver na sa bahay nmen bakit pagdating kay LBC hndi nyo mkita? khit baguhan kayang hanapin yan.

also nung sept 25 pa nsa metro manila ang item. Yet hinintay nyo pa na kami ang mag follow up? Bakit di nyo man lang naisip o nagawang kontakin kami sa no. na prinovide sainyo? Walang pakelam lang kasi hndi nmn sainyo? anung klaseng service yan. pa 2-3 days pa kayong sinasabi eh di man lang kau gumawa nan way pra mainform kami na andyan na pala yung item na hinihintay. Kaya nga kau ang napili nmen bcoz we expect na mabilis na maibabalik yan. Anong nangyare? paki explain.

I am still hoping to receive my parcel which is scheduled to be delivered on sept 25. Until now, no update from them when will this be delivered. I tried to call tuesday and today but still, i havent received anything even if a case was filed! It's been a week since I placed my order thru shopee pero hanggang ngayon wala pa din yung items ko! Hello, i'm kind of scared at this kind of situations so please follow up my item. The tracking number is #[protected], kahapon dapat madedeliver kaso hindi alam nung delivery guy kung san yung address, I replied 50 minutes later, but then it was too late. So please please please recognize this complaint. Namali kasi yung sender ng nalagay address nung una, tinawagan niya naman yung LBC and then she said the right address (sabi niya) kaso right now I think that wala na siyang pake dun sa parcel which is nakakainis. I sent the right address dun sa nagdeliver nung item ko kahapon, but then hindi niya na ata napansin, so please let this be resolved this week. Hays.
