I placed an order for a nintendo switch bundle at 12:01am on 11/22/18 because that's when the doorbuster started (so I really stayed up late on 11/21 for it). The next day, I got the notification that it was "ready for shipment". The expected date of delivery was nov. 28-30, 2018. I called 7 days later since it never showed up online to be shipped but only to be told that the expected date is just really an estimate so I should waitlist until dec. 6. Mind you, my son has been waiting for this game the moment I ordered it only to be told he has to wait until dec. 6. Anyway, after taking a lot of phone calls, I was told they won't refund me until after dec.6, 2018. They did not even care that I needed this already. They don't care at all!!! As of right now, no one has gotten back at me about my refund of $350+ and they seem to not have plans at all. I am very disappointed!!!

    Having the same exact problem with them in regards to a VR Headset, and we don’t appear to be the only ones.
