bad quality food
Ordered 4 krunch burgers yesterday for family and the very next day all of us were sick leading our ways to hospital. Very bad quality food. KFC outlets need cleanliness check badly, for God's sake do not give harmful food to customers that choose your food to eat, I'd never recommend KFC for fast food to anyone. Garden town, Lahore branch KFC it was.

I went to KFC at 7pm las friday Aug 11th at the KFC that is located at Porte de Clignancourt in Paris. I waited for 30 minutes, in line, without being helped or spoken to. Other customers were being served before me even though I was telling them I was waiting ! At some point, the manager came out to help one of the cashiers but was completely helpless. Please look at the restaurant's cameras and sack the manager and that employee. This is impossible to wait that long in a FAST FOOD restaurant. I ended up leaving because of frustration !
rude employees
I visited one of KFC restaurants recently. I was waiting for 30 minutes to get served but no one came up to me, not even after asking. Everyone was so busy that couldn't find 5 minutes to take an order.
The waiter who eventually came up was impolite. I ordered spicy chicken wings which were disgusting and dry and tasted like a sole. I said to them that they could have cooked much better and got an answer back that if I don't like something I should go to other places because no one asked for advice. Awkward because that was not advice. ..
Please look into the matter and do something with this restaurant and its employees.

My wife and I went to the store on 1300 South main street in Greenwood sc when we walked in no one greeted us and it took a few min. Before the girl took our order we both odered sweet tea to drink with our meal there wasn't any tea so i asked for some the young lady said ok i will get some 10 min. Later they made some 25 min. Later we got our food the manager on duty was the only person working the other 5 employees were standing around talking and listening to Rap music playing in the cooking area the manager asked for help but the other showed him no respect they ran that place not him we were really disappointed and this not the first time we've had problems but i let it slide but this time pissed me off
the very poor service of the cashier
I went to sm San Mateo (Philippines) to eat lunch with my husband. I then reached the cashier and ordered a chicken, I was very surprised the way she (Analyn Salvador ) -cashier conversely shouted at me as Iam very stupid person to order... by shouting and asking me what is my drinks... and then the other colleagues saw what happened and some the other customer saw what happened! It was a very bad experience with KFC! Better to terminate those kind of colleague as you are dealing with customer service!

It took way over 30 mins to even receive my food. Took 15 mins through the line. And the manager didn't even wanna give her employees change so she could give us our cash back. Tried to give me the whole $8 in change. Dining room was [censor]ing disgusting. Everyone was cleaning their own table. Trash was all over the floor. Everyone was not pleased at all. Waste of time and money. Had to call job cus I was a hour late to my lunch.

Food was old. Fries hard as rock .. They put our drinks in the bag with our food! We asked for a refund but they refused to give it to us til morning. It was 9:50 at the time. They close at 10pm. The manager refused to give us the district mangers number, his name, and our refund. The associate at the drive thru Windows throws the bag of drinks and wet food at us then slams the window... We are very disappointed and discussed with this restaurant and it's associates.. We want them all fired and a refund and then some! This is very very very disturbing . my son was in the back seat .3 years old my god .

Went thru the drive thru and the First Lady was great. Very nice and helpful. However when I got to the second window I realized I had forgotten something. So when I asked could I order it the lady rolled her eyes and shut the window. Then "manager" came. She asked what I needed when I told her she rolled her eyes and said " I can get them but you are going to have to pull up". But she said it really smart. I was nothing but nice to these ladies and only expected the same treatment. I can not stand to be treated like I'm stupid. Now the First Lady was great. Maybe she should be manager and teach these disrespectful girls about customer service!
missing and incorrect food
This afternoon at 5:30 approximately I stopped by KFC at 253 Springboro Pike in Miamisburg. I stop here often and will order another side in place of mashed potatoes at least 2 of 5 times I will have mashed potatoes and gravy but not what I ordered. This evening I order a 4 piece dark meal with coleslaw and green beans for sides. The girl read it back and on the screen it said it mashed potatoes. I told her it was supposed to be green beans and she said she corrected. When I got to the window she handed me the bag and I asked will you please check to make sure I have green beans and she opened the bag and looked in and said you have green beans. I live about 5 minutes from the restaurant, came home and got the meal out for my husband and what did I have mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I was furious and went back and walked inside and asked to talk to the manager. The man came up and said I'll exchange it for you. Absolutly horrible service, waited 25 mins out side when we were told it would be 4 mins. Once we recieved food there was no dipping sauce, i went in because there was very small portions for what we paid for and it was a mess in the box and the customer service started touching my chicken fingers to count how manypeices there was. There was a small child being carried around at the window while she was taking orders and there was alot of angrey customers. Very unsafe place for a child to be, poorly ran, horrible service and we will not be back. Also will be making sure family and friends dont return.

Went to drive thru and ordered 3 zinger $5 fill ups a zinger sandwich and a chicken pot pie at 7:05 and was told it would be about 10 minutes for the zinger sandwiches and I was fine with that. I pulled up as I was told. So at 7:45 I went into the restaurant and I soon as I walked in a lady said get her order ready to a young fellow in the back. I saw him wrapping the sandwiches.then I watched him talking on his cell phone. So I waited and he comes up and says ma'am we ran out of pot pies it will be about 25 minutes. I said no I want my money back on the pot pie and a lady came and gave me my money back. But I stood in the restaurant waiting on my food for another 18 minutes. So long story short it took me an hour to get food thru the drive thru and not even an apology. I will not go back there for anything, ever!
poor service
We were in the KFC on Aug 5, 2017 and we stood at the counter from 745pm to 8pm while 3 employees completely ignored us. We decided to leave since they were not interested in waiting on us. There was no one in front of us so we were first to receive service witch we did not get. They did not even recognize us or say " one moment please, we will be right with you" They were not busy at all, there was 1 car in the drive thru. We are very dissapointed!
Eff 'em. Go to Church's (located in the White Castle) I-696 and Gratiot Ave.) a bit of a ride, but it's Roseville...we have hillbillies there - no biggee. Best chicken you ever et. Now, go on...get in the car.
not receiving product I paid for or the promised resolution
On January 25, 2017, I went into this store #J247002 at 4:34pm and ordered a 16 piece meal. Which should have included 16 pieces of chicken, 2 large mac and cheese, 2 large mashed potatoes and gravy and 8 biscuits. Because that is what I ordered. When I got home, I only received 13 pieces of chicken. I was charged $42.99 ($39.99 plus $3.00 tax) because i got the 16 piece meal and not the 12. I was the only customer in the store with few workers. Apparently who couldn't count my chicken. I called the store when I got home, spoke to a female and explained what happened. She stated I could come back and get the missing 3 pieces, which I denied as I live 24 miles round trip from the store in the first place and was looking forward to enjoying hot food. So she then told me they would mail me a coupon for a free 6 piece meal and asked for my address which I gave. Now I'm not sure how long it takes to mail me a coupon but as of the date of this message, August 11th, 2017, I still have not received it and for that reason have not frequented your establishment again. The ticket number on the receipt is #4113. the cashiers name on the ticket is Linda Thakuri which is who I am guessing answered my call after I counted the chicken and called when I got home 20 minutes later. I paid cash for my meal with a $50 bill and received the correct change. Just not the correct chicken. I normally wouldn't count the pieces but I was digging through the bucket for a leg that was at the bottom. so I counted them as I was putting them back. I would like to know how you are going to remedy this situation to keep me as a customer and not post again on social media how bad of service I received from this establishment. The 12 piece meal was definitely cheaper, and had I paid instead for that, I would have received that bonus 13th piece, but I was charged more for the 16 pieces I required and didn't get it. The coupon for the 6 piece meal would have been appreciated had I ever received it. Is this how you are going to resolve this issue, finally after 8 months? I mean really, 8 months to mail a coupon? I am guessing it's worth more than a 6 piece meal considering that won't feed my family of 4.
I could not identify 2 pieces of chicken!
Called to make a complaint was on hold for 20 min.got hung up on called them back told me to bring all food back well excuse me my grandkids were hungry, tells me can't do nothing about it only can give me pies for inconvenience really KFC in Fresno California, chestnut an McKinley! It was the 20 dollar fill up 8 pieces asked for half original half crispy couldn't really tell what I got very disappointed with this will not go there again.
product unfit to eat
My husband and I drove through the drive thru at KFC 4400 S US Hwy 41, Terre Haute, IN 47802 on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at approximately 3 p.M. . I ordered the 12 piece strips dinner, with the mash potatoes and macaroni and cheese as the sides, with one large drink, thinking that it would be a great meal for the family when we returned home, boy was we ever wrong. The chicken strips were hard and in small pieces, the macaroni and cheese had already started getting hard and turning a darker color, the rolls were hard and could not be torn apart to put butter on them, the mash potatoes were runny. The only thing that was half decent was the gravy. We were very disappointed in the product that I know that KFC strives to be good. This is the third time that we have went to this KFC, (twice as dine in and once as take out) that the product has been less than satisfaction. I will not waste our time and money in a place that does not take pride in their product or pride in making their customers satisfied and wanting to come back. I am not wanting my money back or anything else. I just want you to do something about the food your establishment is serving to your customers.
the food I ordered to take home
Been trying to send in a complaint for days on there website but kept getting an error. Om march 7th around 3pm i went to the Queen Creek, Arizona, Combs location, and ordered food to take home for the family. this is my complaint.
We spent $38 today for a big family meal. $21 fill up bucket, the #6 i think. It was the popcorn chicken meal with wedges/ drink and a large mac n cheese. The only thing that was good was the popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. All the chicken in the bucket was extremely dry and chewy. I couldn't even eat it, almost like it sat out for a long time. And the wedge fries were hard and chewy. We didn't get our biscuits but all the honey and butter at least was in the bag...and of course there receipt machine was down so I didn't even get a receipt for proof but I do have the transaction in my bank card statements at least ... honestly the only thing that was good about this was the lady that helped me at the register inside for my take-home order she was extremely nice other than that dinner was pretty disgusting and I don't think I'll be going back there sadly... 😔 so disappointed that almost $40 went down the drain for this food...
a maggot in my food
On Sunday August 6, 2017 on or around 11:30 a.m. I purchased a dinner at KFC located 4528 W 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46254. As I proceeded to eat my chicken, I broke a small piece ate it and while holding the chicken breast a maggot fell out of the chicken on to my lap. As devastating as this is, management was horrible in the return of the product.
I have enclosed copies of the maggot and my receipt. While the cost of the dinner was returned to my card. There must be more to rectify this situation. This situation is horrible.

The customer service and the food was awful experience when I ordered from the kfc in valley station ky 40272 the employees were not helpful nor friendly and didn't have much of a selection of what I originally ordered was out of chicken tenders then was out of cookies and then the food was not fresh and my child's macaroni and cheese was all around the outside of the container I would just about complain to the board of health on this matter the kfc in valley station ky 40272 has very poor service all the way around it is not no experience like I have ever had with kfc and I didn't even get my receipt either i paid for my order with my credit card and that was a waste of my time and money of $10.60 and I did go thru drive thru service on my way home from out of town as I don't live in Louisville ky
did not receive part of my order
ordered 2 5 $ fillups and 2 $20 meals. service was great, fast friendly but we did not get the bisquits that came with the dinner packs we bought. unfortunately we live over an hour away and then did not eat for another hour or so before this oversight was discovered. i did the online survey on the receipt and mentioned this as well. other than that, we were pleased with service and the food, really great. we had 2 different kfcs in our town and they were the worst! always out of things including just regular fried chicken, wasn't surprised when they closed for good
order was wrong
I ordered a $20 Fill Up Meal at 5:02 pm today and I got home and realized I only had 7 pieces of chicken instead of 8. I had 2 pieces of everything except only 1 breast. Also, was I supposed to get 1 gravy or 2? I had 1 but on a previous visit I got 2. I called the store at 7pm and also at 8:20pm but got no answer either time. Should I continue to try to contact the store and can I resolve this here?
All of our food was good except the crispy chicken did not meet expectations. I think I will only order original instead of crispy from now on.
