 Pulled up to the KFC  drive through tonight at 9:40pm, my daughter's choice of dining, and I notice as soon as I get to the voice box the lights on the menu flicker off. I thought ok no biggie maybe they are closed. I compare the time on my phone vs the closing time on sign and I notice they were still open, "Hello" I ask in the box and a gentleman gets on and says yes how may I take your order so I ask for Hot wings, again my daughter's choice, the guy gets on speaker and says well maam it takes 25mins to make hot wings and we close in 20mins. "OK, fine" I said because I didn't want to cause a fuss. My daughter immediately settled for popcorn nuggets, so I ask the gentleman well are popcorn nuggets made he said yes and I was like ok well let me just do a popcorn nuggets meal with mashed potatoes and a drink. The crew member then goes on to say well ma'am we've cleaned out stove so there are no mashed potatoes or potatoes wedges made and we are getting ready to close, but I can substitute that with a piece of chicken. At this point I'm fed up because I had already settled for something my kid didn't really want and granted they were about to close, I made it to the location to order my good 20mins before they were closing so why I wasn't granted the proper customer service tonight I have no Idea. Thanks for offering chicken but unfortunately that isn't a side, let along what I asked for. I just wanted to let corporate know how unprofessional it is for this location to tell me they can't fulfill my order because they close at a certain time. I  work customer service and if a cx comes in 5mins before I shut my doors we still give that customer the attention needed to ensure they leave satisfied. No matter if I wanted to leave on time (which in my years of customer service rarely happens). I want you to know we left without purchasing a thing!  If you want customers to stop making orders at a certain time, then you guys need to fix the signs that read you all close at 10pm

KFC service

We ordered food which they forgot all of our sauces, our mashed potatoes which we payed for, and our food was totally cold. To top it off we called ahead and we're told the establishment closed an hour before posted time! I would've been ok with one of the 3 because I also work in the service industry but that was unacceptable! So very bummed out local KFC isn't up on their game! We also tried going 2 days ago and they were closed an hour early that's why we went tonight!

KFC hot wings

I ordered two of the hot wings buckets on July 28th 2017 got home decided to eat my wings while watching my movie and my wings was bloody decided to call back to complain and she said they would remake my order but here's the thing I ate Bloody Chicken my money should be refunded plus my order should've been made over. The manager on duty wants to tell me I need to call this person because they can't refund money. I spend good money at this location all I want is to be taken care of when I come good service will make a customer return back.

KFC food quality/staff

Hello,
I visited your KFC on Detroit Rd. in Elyria, OH. I received very poor quality and worse service. My order was as follows: (3) chicken breast meals, (1) 20 pc. bucket, (2) large mashed potatoes. I requested extra crispy chicken and was told "we do not have any." I understood and accepted regular recipe. I waited 30 minutes inside to receive my order. However, once I received my order I was missing the (2) large mashed potatoes when I got home, the 20 pc bucket tasted like it was made the day before(rock hard and dry). I understand bad food quality sometimes but the service I received was the part that irked me enough to right this letter. During my visit I observed this: Approx 6-8 staff members. One worker doing his best, one standing at the register doing nothing, one worker going around to every staff member trying to get them to work for her, and the rest standing around talking to each other. No teamwork at all. I am requesting a store credit for the items I purchased. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon!

KFC short changed on order

Today I went to the drive thru at the White House, TN KFC. Very disappointed, I ordered the $10 bucket share spicy wings, there were supposed to be 12 in the box. When I got home and opened the box, there were only 9. I never would have spent $10 on 9 wings, especially since the drive thru sign clearly said 12 wings. I would like to be either reimbursed or receive a coupon for a replacement.

KFC delivery and manager unexpected behaviors

I would like to made a complain about KFC delivery and service in Dubai Al quoz area. my number is 00971 [protected]. I highly appreciate if any manager can contact me who can take a responsibility. I ordered few times near days in Al quoz, Dubai UAE. Delivery service wasn't really effective like before. Once it took 2 hours to deliver and I had to call so many time to followup. Today 01/08/2017 I ordered from KFC online at 8:47pm Dubai time and it did not deliver until now (10:08pm dubai time) When I called a manager from KFC the reason he picked up is lack of staff. (Oh come on) as a customers we are not here to recruit staff. KFC higher management need to think are they having correct staff or manager at work as in business EVERY DROPS COUNTS. In this way I can guarantee KFC will loose customer by customer. Because with this experience in future I will not order KFC neither my friends I will ask to order.

KFC an employee poor service

August 1, 2017 at 1:10pm... I placed an order at KFC location 3283 Northcrest Rd Doraville Ga 30340. Soon as I got my food asked for honey mustard sauce... I was unable to get what I asked for. Therefore I asked for a cup of water But the male cashier on the front line didn't give me a cup of water only the cup an I didn't see the water near the vendor area. So I just got a drink instead and the male cashier whose name I don't know
but he does we're glasses an older male made a rude comment about that. I'm unsatisfied because I didn't get my honey mustard first and then I couldn't get the water.

KFC service/product

My receipt and a picture are attached. I went to this KFC and ordered a $5 fill up box with a grilled chicken breast and a lemonade. I checked my food before leaving the drive thru window; it was incorrect. I had a $5 fill-up box but with two pieces of original dark meat chicken instead of the grilled breast I ordered. I told the young lady that took my order. She did not say sorry or anything. She simply took my box and replaced the chicken with the correct one and handed it back to me. Still she said nothing. She had plenty of time to give me my beverage but never gave it to me. Partial responsibility here...I forgot to ask for it also. When I got home I realized I didn't have my lemonade so I called back. I was told to return and pick it up and I told the young lady that answered the phone I did not want to drive back (to KFC) because I have had surgery on my hand and needed to limit my driving and I lived closer to Hwy 51. I would get it the next time I was at the restaurant. She asked when will that be. I told her I did not know because I frequent KFC only about two or three times a month maybe less. She was concerned about the time frame I would return. I asked for her name, she told me but followed with, " I am not the manager." I asked to speak with her manager; I spoke with Miss Tyeisha-the spelling may be wrong. I explained to her that I did not get my lemonade. She asked me what did my receipt say. I said medium Pepsi. She followed to tell me I did not pay for a lemonade; lemonade was 50 cents extra. I told her I clearly ordered a lemonade because the young lady I had just spoken with said it was still on the counter waiting for me to come back and pick up. Her words were verbatim, "it's still sitting right here." So I told Ms Tyeisha what I told the other young lady about my frequency of visits and when I did visit again, I would either pay the difference for a lemonade or just get a soda. I'm not sure if she didn't understand me or if she thought I was lying or she thought I was asking for something that I didn't order. She proceeds to ask, "you didn't get anything to drink." I told her no ma'am I did not get anything. She said well you pay for medium Pepsi. At that point I said OK, when I do come back I'll just get a soda. She took my name and said she was writing it down. I asked for her name and that ended the conversation. Well I take my cookie out and it looked like it had been pinched off or bitten. Now...I say LOOKED because it could have possibly been on and a joining cookie but I can't tell and I am not pleased! Not only did the ordering clerk not take my order correctly, she did not put on the order what kind of chicken I'd requested. Clearly her staff is either I'll-trained, under-trained or incompetent. Either way, my visit today was very unpleasant. I would not dare to call back about the cookie.

KFC customer service

KFC located in Charlotte North Carolina on north tryon (university city) employees are extremely rude and have horrible customer service. beyond disrespectful... the drive through employers laugh on the speaker, mimicking customers... takes a long time to respond.. completely unprofessional. needs help.. also this happens on a regular basis.. to the point all customers leave! Either someone in corporate need to intervene or this store will continue to lose business

KFC quality of food

I visited the KFC on Portage Rd in South Bend, In. I stopped in to pick up something quick, I started out in the drive thru and there was one care ahead of me waiting for them to take his order. We were there a good 15 minutes waiting so finally I drove around him and parked and went inside and placed my order of the 8 piece extra crispy chicken and a large Cole slaw. When I got home we sat down to eat...it was the worst I have EVER gotten from KFC! The chicken was over cooked and dry and the cole slaw was like mush! You could tell it was old, it was soft and no crunch to the cabbage at all and no juice like with fresh. I can tell you I will wait awhile before eating there again!

KFC customer service

I visited the KFC located in Brownsburg IN today, Sunday 7/30/17 around 12:30pm. I was picking up an order that was previously placed. The order was 2- 100 oz of coleslaw. This was for my father in-laws memorial service. I waited 35 minutes to receive the food. My time was valuable today due to attending a funeral. The customer service received at this location was beyond horrible. The cashier rang up the order and asked if it would be for pick-up or delivery; which I found to be a strange question since I was standing right there. Also, when I complained to the manager about my wait time they indicated they couldn't allow me to get my pre-ordered food ahead of other customers because that wouldn't be fair. Even though I ordered the food to be ready days in advance. The order was correct and tasted great but the speed of service was horrible and the customer service was horrible.

KFC bad behaviour from employees in the kitchen and unprofessional manager

My Husband went to store C426004 on 7/30/2017 at 8:25pm to get us some supper after work we have never been to this KFC before and when he order he ask for fresh chicken well the two guys in the back was saying smart remakes about it an my husband said one was nasty looking with tattoos and the other was black and he heard them and said if he is paying for it he can have it from where ever he would like then my husband ask for the manager and they told him he was outside on break so my husband went to talk to him and he wouldn't get off his phone he just continue to talk on his phone.

KFC original recipe chicken in k5 order.

This has happened two times now. This time today about half hour ago we purchased K5s. The chicken in both orders were so greasy that everything else in the box was greasy! But worse of all is that the thigh piece was not completely cooked. I put it in the microwave to finish cooking it. The first time this happened, I ate it and got sick. Will not do that again. If I had been eating in I would have taken the chicken back to counter. Also the female at the window was not friendly at all. No friendly greeting, or smile and said nothing when I thanked her for the food. Obviously she would have rather been doing anything but work. So disappointed!

KFC charged too much and not refunded

made my order notice order wrong item they change the item, but the price was different the was 6.78 but the I got was only 5.28 So I was over charged The problem wasn't that I was over charged it was that I was told they couldn't do nothing about so they didn't refund my money and was rude in her reply. Not the way to treat your customers. I was taught the customer is always right. I didn't make any seen or demands just ate and left. It left a bitter taste for KFC and will be awhile before I go back. I have attached my receipt to prove I was there and you can see the order was suppose to be 3 reg. tacos not supreme . KFC no chicken on buffet at 1:30 pm

Me and my husband stopped in for lunch and there was no chicken on the buffet. Had to ask someone every time we needed a piece of chicken and then had to wait because I kept forgetting to bring one piece of chicken at a time. Everybody that was working there with too busy carrying on their own personal conversation. Righteous one of the guys friends came in as a customer they gave him everything he asked for he also purchased the buffet and he never had to wait on anything. But he was also African American as well as was the workers. I feel as I was discriminated against because I am Caucasian American. Was very dissatisfied I'm paying for two buffets and not getting anything that was supposed to be on there plus had to wait for chicken of all things at a freaking chicken place.

KFC service/food

Its 03:00 on Sunday morning the 30 July 2017. What a dissapointment I just had to experience. Myself and my girlfriend stopped at KFC in Florida c/o Goldman and Christiaan de wet. FIRST WE HAD TO GET THE MOST DEPRESSING UN WELCOME GREETING WITH SERVICE. WE ORDER OUR TWO MEALS, WHITCH IS 8 WINGS A HAWAIN BURGER AND BOXMASTER. TO HEAR NO BOXMASTERS SERVED THIS TIME OF THE MORNING AND THEN WHEN MY GIRLFRIEND ASKED FOR A CORNANEL BURGER WHERE THIS UNPLESSANT LADY LEAVES THE WINDOW TO APPEAR WITHIN SECONDS SAYING SOMETHING THERE IS ONLY A NORMAL AND ZINGEL PATTY LEFT. MY GIRLFRIEND THEN SAID OK SHE WILL TAKE THE ZINGER PATTY... ALREADY I WAS WAITING FOR NO 3 TO HAPPEN... WE GET OUR ORDER LEAVE ARRIVING AT HOME TO FIND BOTH BURGERS NOT AS ORDERED... THERE IS AS LITTLE AS A TEA SPOON OF MAJO SAUSE... I HAVE A HASBROWN INSTEAD OF A SLICE OF HAWAIN AND MY GIRLFRIEND HAS TO SAY NO THANKS AFTER HER FIRST BITE BECAUSE THE BURGER IS SO DAMM DRY. ITS HORRIBLE TO GET DOWN HER TROUGHT AND DRIER AS THE DESERT SAND... REALLY DIS WAS SHOCKING! FOR THE AMOUNT OF R130 i could have rather toshed the money out the window for aomeone to pick it up and thinks its chrismas then pay for food the is not being eat.

IF I DONT GET THIS PROBLEM INVESTIGATED AND HEARING OF THE FEEDBACK RECEIVED FROM THE SHOP OWNER AND ACTION THAT WILL BE TAKEN OR RESULT GIVEN BACK TO MY BY LATSEST WEDNESDAG THIS WEEK. ILL GO WITH THIS TO ROODEPOORT DECORD PROVIDING THEM OF PHOTOS AS WELL.

I HOPE THE CORRECT AND HONEST STEPS ARE FOLLOWED AND THEN TAKEN ACTION TO WHAT THE PROBLOEMS AND ISSEUS ARE. GIVING ME FEEDBACK TO EASE MY MIND SUPPORTING KFC AGAIN

KFC 16 piece fiesta

Store location # 190-001

Me & my wife are regular customers at the KFC near our home in Etobicoke, Ontario. We had invited some family over one evening and decided to order KFC we had ordered the 16 piece fiest which comes with large fries, 16 pieces of chicken 3 medium sides & large gravy.
When we got home and sat to eat with the family we then realized there was 14 pieces of chicken, and the fries were half full which we spent $45.19 for that meal which really disappointing coming from a big organization like KFC
When I called the store to complain I spoke with a younger girl who did not help the situation but only acted in a unprofessional manner
I hope this matter will be taken seriously as I been a customer. For over 20 years!

KFC buffet, at kfc, pulaski tn

We ask for legs an wing's for the buffet, bcuz I had my family an we only eat those parts. First he said they would get some an they brought out 3 legs an a bunch of thighs. Then 10 mins past an we asked again an they said there cook was on break really .it's a Saturday evening an they don't have chicken cooked already. U couldn't get sweet tea bcuz no one had time to fill it up. After 30 minutes of waiting they then informed me it would b another 15 mins b4 they would have them ready. The store number is 60. I feel my family an I were cheated an would appreciate a refund for 4. That's y people eat the buffet is to get what they want. I'm not the only unhappy customer this evening these are the reasons people have gone elsewhere to eat.

KFC product and service.

After finding a hair in my zinger tower burger and returning to the que where I was then stood nearly 10 minutes, I told the staff member who was a team member about the hair in my burger and with no apology quickly returned with a replacement. My main complaint is the customer service and the fact that half the staff we not wearing hair nets. I work for kfc myself and know that hairnets should be worn by all staff. This probably has a lot to do with the hair in my burger.

KFC food service

5 co workers go together for pot luck and ordered the food from kfc and the food was Terrible! Been trying to call the restaurant since last night and still today. No Answer! Chicken was old and full of grease potato wedges were old stale and hard. Coleslaw wasnt fresh and had a loud odor to it. Service was horrific along with food! When trying to contact kfc the phone just ring and no one never picks up the phone couldnt return food because we only have a 30 minute lunch break and we got our food around ten everyone at the table was disappointed and began throwing their plates away. And we work 12 hours shift so everyone is hungry and disappointed. Tried calling kfc this morning still no answer! Seriously this is not very perfessional..
