JC Penney jcp meadowood mall

I went to the J C Penny in Meadowwood mall and after 60 years of buying there(Mom bought us clothes from the catalog) I am finished with them. It started the minute I walked in the door. The music overhead was so loud and playing a women so loud I was shocked. They were playing high pitched women and rap and sexual songs I did not go there to hear. I asked the manager why they are playing that stuff when most of the women in the store were my age and he said "We just tune it out." I could not concentrate on what I was there for so ended up buying things I didn't even need just to hurry and get out of there. The aisles in accessories were blocked I couldn't get my little cart through. When I went to pay Teresa in the men's department was incredibly rude to me. I am so done with this store. I can see them going out of business soon.

JC Penney salon

I had a terrible experience I need to speak with someone about at the JC Penneys Salon in Crossroads Center, St. Cloud, MN. I need an email address to someone who can personally help me. I was at the salon for a cut and color from 1 to 10 p.m. on Friday, April 20th. I left with over processed ruined hair that was too embarrassing to wear in public and there wasn't even time for a cut. There is more. JC Penney sales representative

My name is Corinne Drover,
I have an account with Jcpenney and I spend alot of money there. Yesterday I was shopping in ladies dept when I heard a sales lady say "what the hell" I turned around and she was pointing to some tops which someone had taken off hangers and placing on top of rack. I said excuse me and she said who the hell put this here... pointing to the tops. I said not me and she was totally pissed off, grabbing the tops to rearrange. I however felt terrible because it seemed that she was thinking I did it. I was so upset that I went to the cash right away to pay for what I had and to leave the store. This lady was so mad and it made me so uncomfortable. When I went to the cash I did tell the sales/cashier about my experience which she wondered to the other cashier who it was. They then did figure out who it was because I said it was the lady that just left having a chat with the second cashier. I don't know her name but the lady that served me her associate number is C296. I think it is terrible to make a paying customer feel so uncomfortable. I don't know if I will ever go back to that store.

JC Penney window treatment

I order a Royal Velvet pinch pleated window treatment online and was too big for my window, took it to JCP in Woodbridge, NJ to return and look for a smaller size. The sales person in window treatment was extremely helpful, help me pick out the correct one. The down side was the store price was different from the online price so she call the floor manager (Christine) to do a price match and she refused. Finally they decide for me to order it online through my phone and do store pick up, I did and waited for about 2 hours still couldn't get it, all I get from store pick sales person is still being process. Eventually I left without the product very upset and unsatisfied with JCP they way they treat customers. (even though everyone can hear it on the intercom that JCP does price match) .
JCP will not be my store ever again...

JC Penney salon

I booked a 4:30 appointment online for a full foil and cut. Was called 1 hour before the scheduled appointment and notified the stylist (Trish) would not have enough time to do my hair. (Online scheduler blocked 2 hours for this appointment and they close at 7pm.) I offered to come in earlier, they said yes, come in 30 minutes earlier and then called me right back to still cancel and say Trish would not have enough time. This is a complete inconvenience and disappointment considering the JcP website allowed this 4:30-6:30 appointment and then for it to be cancelled an hour before the scheduled time is ridiculous. Had I had more notice, I could've called a different salon to book a same day appointment. I work full time and am unable to come during the week so this has completely ruined the event I have on Friday.

JC Penney rude and unprofessional customer service staff

I called the customer service number and this was a huge disappointment as this was my first purchasing an item from there online service. The lady who answered my call was extremely rude and hang up the phone. I called again asked to speak to a supervisor who was just as arrogant to begin with but was kind enough to later on answer my questions. I got the feeling that they either hated their job or maybe I might have distracted them from something important it being a weekend.
So I went to JC Penney store and as usual the staff were kind and pleasant as always. Saul was awesome.

JC Penney jcpenney furniture

I ordered a new couch on March 9th, 2018. Order number 1666386. I visited the store in Poughkeepsie, NY and ordered the couch. The salesman told me 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. I swiped my debit card, but no money was taken out of my account. A couple of days later, there was still no money taken out of my account, so I called the store and got the salesman that helped me. He said that "in my experience, you should be charged within 48 hours of placing the order."

Another 2 days goes by, and still nothing. I call the JCPenney customer care phone number I was given. They tell me that normally, customers aren't charged for the item until it ships. This upset me because I didn't want to keep holding out money for the couch in my account. A couple of weeks goes by, and I see a hold on my account for the amount of the couch, then a couple days after that, the hold is released, with the money put back in my account. I called customer care again and was told that usually when that happens, the item is ready to ship within a few days. This was the last week of March. The beginning of April comes, still no money taken out and the item had not shipped.

Last week, the week of April 12th, I haven't heard anything regarding the status of my couch, so I call customer care yet again. The representative tells me that my item is on back order. When I asked for how long, he didn't know and gave me the phone number to StyleLine, the manufacturer of the couch. At that time, I asked that the delivery fee be waived. I called StyleLine and they tell me that the couch shipped from their facility about a week before my phone call. When I call Customer Care back to tell them this, a new representative tells me that "just because the system says it's on backorder, doesn't mean it actually is on backorder."

Later on last week, my wife gets a phone call finally informing us of a delivery date, which was this past Monday, the 16th. I was given a window of between 1 - 3pm. The delivery people, XPO Logistics, showed up right at 3pm. The two delivery guys handled the delivery incredibly poorly. Two spots on my brand new couch were sopping wet from the way these guys handled it (It had been raining that day where I live). Furthermore, after they left, I noticed that the stitching on one of the cushions was coming apart already.

I called Customer Care again to complain about the delivery. After the couch showed up, I still hadn't been charged for it. I was told that they would still have the delivery fee waived, and that I would be issued an additional $250 check for my troubles.

Earlier this morning, I saw that still no money was taken out of my account. I spoke to a woman at Customer Care in Columbus, Ohio who told me that she and somebody from Corporate would call me before noon time. About 10 minutes ago, I saw that I was finally charged for the couch, but WITH the delivery fee! After I was specifically told by one of the representatives that it would be waived before they charged me. I am calling JCPenney Customer Care again and demanding a full refund.

JCPenney Furniture is completely incompetent. I will never be ordering any sort of furniture from them, nor will I order anything online from them ever again. Screwing up an order this many times, means that you do not deserve one cent of my money ever again. Anything short of a full refund for the couch I purchased is unacceptable.

JC Penney junior size 5 arizona jeans

I purchased 5 pairs of Arizona jeans size 5 for juniors at JC Penny located at the Mesilla Valley Mall in Las Cruces New Mexico. The zipper on the jeans keeps sliding open constantly all day, while I'm going about my day. This is happening with all 5 pairs of jeans and it is annoying. I have to put a big safety pin to keep the zipper from opening. Is this a common problem with the zippers on these jeans? What can I do about this problem and who do I have to talk t? Thanks

JC Penney mattress

I bought some king size mattresses from J C Penney at Alamo Ranch in San Antonio, Texas. in January and it has been a real nightmare. The complete set was never delivered and to this day I have my account has not been credited. The people who sub contract for them kept delivering incomplete sets, so I could not accept them. I had to take 3 days off because someone had to be there for the delivery. They tried to deliver them on 3 different occasions and all 3 times they brought incomplete sets. I talked to 3 different people from J C Penney and all of them did a screwed up job. They all claimed they were going to fix the problem and all they did was make it bigger. They had to reorder the box springs and now I have been overcharged. It has been about 2 months and J C Penney has yet to credit my account. It's no wonder they are closing so many of their stores. When people can't take care of a simple problem, there has to be a bigger problem. Keep in mind these people are not new, they have been at J C Penney for awhile. It's really hard for me to believe that this is going on, but it is. I have been extremely disappointed in them.

JC Penney office personnel

Made an appointment the 3rd of April for the 18th of April. Got a call on the 17th, they said they had to reschedule me and I asked why. The lady said the dr was sick. I asked the earliest I could reschedule for? She said 4th of May. Which 16 more days I have to wait. I asked her if she can guarantee I would not be canceled again. She replied No! Then said can you guarantee me that you would be alive on the 4th of May. I said yes I will be. She laughed and then became very obnoxious. If she were my employee she would be fired. This is at the Lake Havasu office.

JC Penney ink tag left on dress

My daughter purchased a long spring dress on good friday. She wanted to wear it on Easter so I washed it. I did not find out until in the dryer that the ink theft tag had been left on the inside slip part of the dress. It is all over my dryer and has ruined her dress. Why are these attached on the inside where they are not visible if it does not stop a customer from leaving the store without it on? How do I rectify this? I am trying to locate her receipt, her bank card was used so I am sure it can be tracked. I have photos

JC Penney management

Jacquie, a manager at the Jonesboro JCPenney, told me I had to leave while I was looking at jewelry for my mom for mother's day. I'm friends with an employee that works there, and the manager said I was hanging out, and making her employee look bad. I was only there for fifteen minutes, and was trying to shop. Then she sat and stared at me until I left. This is not the first time I have had issues with this woman. I will not shop at JCPenney again if they refuse to do something about her. She's rude, and hateful. She's not professional. I was a seasonal employee, and she was also hateful with her staff. She always has a bad attitude, like most managers at the Jonesboro JCPenney. Me, nor my family will shop with any JCPenney again.

JC Penney sketcher shoes

I ordered black sixe 71/2 extra wide tennis shoes i got regular size 7.5 they were left out in the rain so all the boxes ere destroyed so i cant send them back plus no return labels its taken off my debit card i paid over 60 with taxes and i cant afford that how can i correct this im very hurt ur trying to get over on me cause i love this store this is rediculece if i wanna have ur attention i have to have so many words

JC Penney customer service

Good morning I am writing to you to voice my concerns and unhappiness with the customer service that I continually receive every time I go to your store. I am tired of having to wait in line 15 minutes because you only have one cashier. I just left your store and I stood in line 15 minutes with six people behind me because you only had one girl at the register. Everytime I visit your store this is a continual problem and I believe I will no longer frequent it. It seems to me like you really don't care about customer service and I can spend my money in other stores that know how to treat their customers. Thank you and have a wonderful weekend.

JC Penney misbehavior of jcpenney staff

We visited buckland mall manchester, ct today and I had worst experience with jcpenney staff.. On first floor, women section - some manager shouted on my wife very badly and my wife got scared. This was really unprofessional. She was manager who shouted for no reason and staff was also not helpful. My wife lost her jacket in fitting room and noon helped to get that back. I ll never prefer to go to that store.. Very poor staff.. I would request to take some action on this.. I have never seen such a worst staff in any jcpenney store

JC Penney jeans

These jeans do not hold up at all. Very disappointed in these jeans. I have had to throw away 3 pair in the last month. This is ridiculous!
I have attached photos for your review.
I really think you need to replace these jeans!
My son loves the way these fit or I would buy a different brand. I don't understand why these are so vulnerable to holes. No other jean had this issue.

JC Penney credit card customer service

Today I realized we had not received a current statement & called customer service to make a pymt and request a waiver on late fee. I was told by a very snippy "Brad" that there would be no waiver since one was given last year & even tho we have had this acct for 46 yrs (longer than hes been alive I'm sure) we would be treated just like new customers. He also told me there was not an email address, phone number, or postal address to lodge a complaint. He never did answer my question about emails concerning an acct breach.

JC Penney customer service representative carla

I called J.C. Penney today to check on an order I placed on March 23, 2018 and was connected to customer service representative Carla. I tried to explain my issue to her and it was clear she was not interested. I gave her my order number ([protected]) and she responded with sighs so heavy I could hear them over the telephone. It was very clear she did not want to deal with me. I finally got so frustrated at her lack of interest in her job that I swore at her. I am sorry for that, but she was suppose to be helping me and instead she seemed to be bothered that she had to interrupt her day to answer my call. If she doesn't want to talk to people about their issues why is she in the job? I certainly will think twice before placing another order with J. C. Penney Company.

JC Penney jc. penny store clerks, and false ads, and customer treated badly.

I was going to purchase a pair of tennis shoes. When I went into the store to my surprise they were having a pretty good sale on most everything. I found 2 pair of shoes I was going to purchase only because they had been marked down for sale and because the shoe rack also had a sign buy one at reg price get one at half off. But when I went to check out I was charged full price for both pair, then got the lower priced pair at half off,. So when I explained and showed the clerk the shoes had been put on sale, and the sign did say but 1 gt 1 half off, she called for assistance. Another lady came to the register and I again explained the whole ordeal again. I was then rudly told that the sale price on the shoes and the biy 1 get 1 half off, were 2 separate sales promotions. I told them that their mistake was not on me, it was on them. So after some more talking, I was getting no where with the clerk or the manager. So I told them to just refund me my money, and I wold go else where to find some shoes, and would find a store where customers mattered and wanted my business and that I would never shops at a Penny's store again! I also have m. s. and I know the clerks did not know this, but when I get upset and or angry, which was both by the time I left the store, I had a m. s. attack and had to go straight home take some meds and lay down for a while. So the rest of my day was shot to hell! The whole thing actually amounted to about a $30.00 difference. So I Wii be telling everyone and anyone to not shop at any j. c. Penny's stores. I wouldn't shop there if they were giving their crap away! Now I may change my mind if this wrong I was done is made right. But if the company has the same attitude as the clerk and manager I Had to deal with, then the attitude of Penny's is that no one gives a damn about the customers who shop there, how the customers are treated, or making any money for their store or the company.

JC Penney grass valley, ca store

I would really like to know why on my last visit to my local store, all the dressing rooms but one were closed, even though there were at least 7 customers waiting to try things on, also on this same day I went to the customer service deck to pick up something that I had ordered and that too had a closed sign, I have been shopping for years at this store and it's the first time these things happened, I just left without waiting to try anything on, you need to know, I wasn't the only one that left without purchasing anything that day, if you are not aware of what is going on within this store, you should be.
