Hungry Jack's Australia hungry jacks service in moe

My brother went and orgldered me tea as i am sick. And can not move. He went in to make sure the order is right.. he ordered me a large whopper meal fanta no ice extra mayo. Now my brother was told to serve his own drink after asking for fanta no ice...
He made the drink ( not a regular customer my brother woyldnt notice anything wrong) once he got home he gave me dinner. A drink of my drink revealed disgusting soda water. On inspection of my burger. No extra mayo i am so pissed. I ring "manager answers" no name. After him telling me not his problem offering no refund or fix the problem.. i ask for his name he demands his worked at moe hungry jacks in the manager position for 10 years! No wrong hungry jacks only been open in moe for four years ! I am shocked and appalled at your staffs attitude and lack of respect for a paying customer. No name provided has made me want to pursue my complaint further. As moe hungry jacks have taken my last 15$ ruiened my finner and upset me terribly tonight and i am appal3d and disgusted in the staff of hungry jacks ! Please help to rectify?!

Hungry Jack's Australia hungry jack's party

Good morning,
I chose hungry jacks for my daughter 4th birthday party after seeing one of the party at hungry jacks before.Unfortunately my little princess birthday party was total disaster, 4 pm was the start time and all my guest had arrived but there were No staff to attend to host the party and nothing was set up. when I enquires about the situation With the manager, one female staff was sent . She did not say hello, no smile, no introduction, she just pointed to my daughter and said " does she want face painted"? I said yes.she did not smile or said a single word to birthday girl, I was not sure even if she was a party host. As we had agreed with the store manager, Bindu, a week ago party was supposed to be fairy themed .The staff who was the host looked not happy, she was upset the whole time, she did not speak a single word with parents or with the kids. I approached that staff and asked If she was the party host and she said yes. Than I asked its a fairy theme party, and she said no I'm just going to wear this. When I told her that My daughter was promised a fairy is going to paint her face, and she will be disappointed on her birthday. Party host said ok I will and when she got back, she put her tutu over her black hungry jacks trouser and fairy wings over her hungry jacks black tshirt. god can't believe it looked really terrible and looked like it was a forced upon and with sadness around everywhere. Now my daughters all fairy dream was spoilt already.

Now face painting started, no smile, no conversation noting with a child or parents. Face painted and guess what she does not know how to face paint. It was total disaster . All the guest started talking now. No one was happy with their child face painting. Also, where is the other host? I was told there will be 2 host. One entertaining kids and other taking order and doing other stuff. And I have seen there were 2 host. Manager Bindu with whom I booked said there will be 2 host as well. But where ? When asked to party host she first time gave a little smile and said today it's only me. All the kids were bored, kids were left alone for entertaining by themselves. She was out to the kitchen area, bringing her paper and taking Oder, preparing coffee, serving and bla bla ... kids were bored. I encourage them to go out and play but only few kids played outside . The entire environment was so sad and boring with party host who does not speak a single word except when asking what coffee you'll like, with very sad face. As if she was forced to do this unwillingly. What I am supposed to do now? My little princess fairy party has ruined due to hungry jacks. I felt helpless, my husband was so upset All guest too. So I decided I have to do something, I approached her and requested please please this is my daughters birthday can you please make it more fun and do activities. She did one musical chair". No explanation to kids what she is doing and just played the music. Gosh, I can't even express in writing, not a single word. Common she is with little kids, no smile, no conversation, not a bloody single word. How do you feel if the party host for a little kids does not talk and even look at them. Why was that girl hosting party if she does not like kids? Why did manager assigned her to host the kids party? Why only one staff who is busy taking order rather than being with kids? We all could see, she was not happy doing it. That's fine don't do it. But why did you spoiled my 4 year old daughter party. Why ?why? Why? What was my daughters fault?

Anyways later when I requested her, begged her to make my childs party more fun, She called one male staff and they played a music .But even doing that, she did not had a single smile, no interaction with kids. She did explain the game this time though. That's all conversations she had.

Anyways, thank you for your fantastic service hungry jacks. I know my this long comment won't make any difference, and also since my daughter and her friends had wonderful time at your store that we had to organise another party elsewhere in hurry to bring back smile on those faces .

Hungry Jack's Australia beef burger to a vegetarian.

On 24th march, went to little river hungry jacks at 7:20 pm. With my unwell wife and 2 toddler children. We ordered 2 vegetarian whoppers. The lady gave me 2 burgers. We could not eat them. When approached the reception, they had given 2 beef burgers and questioned my authenticity.
No apologies.
Inconsiderate manager then elyssia.
Next working day called the customer service.
1 burger refund offered!
The area manager offered 2 burgers voucher!

Disgusting.
When told them about our religious and ethics getting hurt. Yuousuf, the area manager - said thats all he will do and "do whatever you want to do to complaint as it will come to him anyways"

Ridiculous.
This is australia!
I am extremely disgusted and feeling frustrated.

Hungry Jack's Australia hungry jacks perth airport. t1 domestic

There's is a hungry jacks outlet in Virgin domestic ( T1). This Outlet closes from 5:30 pm to 8.30 pm and they send all their customers to walk all the way to the international but their food during these hours. It creates great congestion and great difficulty to international passengers, domestic passengers and the staff they are on break. This is been going month and months now. It'll be great if u can look into that.

Hungry Jack's Australia drive-thru

Once again, we go through that fast-food service (as we happen to lack time to eat at a decent hour) order the same stuff every single time and we are often confronted by a female who has zero listening skills... you correct her, ask her to repeat your order and she gets it all wrong, you correct her once again... comes the time to pay, all fine! no invoice unless you insist for one? comes the order rushed in a bag... literally shoved in your face almost meaning take this and gtfo! you take it and leave and what do you find once back home? the wrong stuff... basically, it does not matter if the order was double cheese burger or what if it is replaced by whatever else? this has occurred numerous times and management seems to think it is ok as this employee has been there for months and keeps doing the same inept service? oh, and by the way? when you put so bloody much salt in your chips that they actually cause mouth sores...? am considering going at the drive-thru, hire a friend of mine to actually do a profile labwork and see how much hungry jack's laxism is realistically causing harm. you do not seem to care what you do to your customers or have a sense of pride in what you do! if you did, you would actually revise how much a local manager can let employees pitch that much salt on french fries... you would perhaps revise the video surveillance footage taken from branches in order to check what is going on inside your restaurants... from now on, lack of time or not, hungry jack's does not deserve my hard earned money. go out, travel a bit in the world and see what is done in your "sister" franchise called burger king... come to think of it, you might as well just shut down. this lack of respect towards your customers is so appalling that I bet your financial standings inevitably will start to reflect that amazing customer service and caring of yours.

Hungry Jack's Australia service

Friday the 31-3-17 went to Hungry Jacks Bundaberg West, don't do fast food but we had a busy day and thought we would try fast food, HA!, we arrived and the drive through was full, so not knowing what you have we walked inside, they were lined up to the door, and people standing around with dockets, after 25mins of staff not serving anyone inside, I asked a lady with a docket how long she had been waiting for her order, she said a long time over an hour "?", apparently the drive through comes first "?" "what the". The staff weren't even busy, they were filling lids, one was getting the drinks for drive through, and while we were standing there 3 people came in with the orders wrong so they had to get fixed which took soooo long to do. If you call this fast food we will not be back. Very poor service, oh that's right there was no service!

Hungry Jack's Australia lack of customer service

New to area I stopped at Hungry Jacks Cannon Hill QLD and oredered a chicken burger NO Lettuce. Order number 000768 clearly states minus lettuce. I was in transit as I work in other states/ locations and atempted to call the store on the number listed on the webiste and left a message on the voice mail system asking for the Store Manager to return my call to mobile [protected] to which there has been no response.

Hungry Jack's Australia drive through service and availability of menu items

I do believe that hungry jacks port kennedy is the worst hungry jacks in wa. Every time I drive through hj's our order is always either wrong or they have forgotten meals we have ordered this is no exaggeration. When I drive through I make sure they repeat my order plus I insist that they provide me with a receipt. My children order their frozen drinks from there and every single time they don't have any flavored available or limited to 1 which is usually the mango flavored which none of my kids like. We have also had the icecream machine not working on several occasions as well. If you don't have these product stop advertising these on your menu board because you never have them. Our meals are never hot and I actually wonder if it is even at the right health standard. The chips and onion rings are constantly cold or stale. The staff that work there all need to have more training in customer service/relations as none of them seem like they want to be there. They come across rude and arrogant with out even a smile when you greet them at the window or in store. I am deeply disappointed and disgraced in the port kennedy hungry jacks. They seriously need a massive make over and get their # sorted out because the word of mouth for this place is not good as a lot of people in this area feel the same.

Hungry Jack's Australia meal and service

Absolutely disgusted in the dealing with Hungry Jack Toowoomba south.
I am a previous worker for four year so I know how the business is run and how they handle their customer service.
My partner and my self ordered a meal for two, which includes 1 whopper small meal and a tender crisp small meal. I asked for peri peri sauce and cheese and bacon to be added to the tender crisp. And for extra mayo to be added to the whopper. And for the meal to be upgraded to large.
We also got a snack pack (6 nuggets and a large chips)
Once we had ordered we drove around to collect due to both myself and my partner being previous employees we did the hellos and how are you?
Every thing seemed fine, we collected our meals and off we went. We live 35km out of Toowoomba and once we had arrived home we tucked into our burgers only for my partner to find his whopper had Peri peri sauce, cheese and bacon. He was so disappointed as it was already 9pm and now he couldn't eat his dinner because it was too spicy. Everything else was fine other then that.
He was very annoyed as not only has this happened but everytime he orders a burger the boys will play jokes on him and hide jalapeños on his burgers he has told them to stop but they never do, this is getting rediculous!
So he rang the Toowoomba store to let them know and the manager was very blunt and rude and told him it is our fault because we use to work there.
We should apparently check our burgers before leaving, and she stated "you know it's 9.30pm and you should know how busy I am, I don't have time for this ###"!
"It not the boys fault it is yours"!
I was so appalled in this, and how she treated us as customers!
She also stated because we are previous employers she will not give us a refund nor a replacement order.
Extremely appalled in how we were treated tonight.

Hungry Jack's Australia interview at baldivis

Hi, my daughter received an email today for a job interview at your Baldivis store after submitting applications to all stores in our area. Naturally we as parents were happy for her to have an interview for the possible chance of her finding part time work while she is still at school. The problem is that the interview is scheduled for 430pm on the evening of her Yr 12 School Ball which starts at 6pm. The expense already outlaid for this event alone is around $350, not including hair/ makeup to come on the day, and cannot be changed or recouped.
My daughter called the Baldivis store @415pm to see if she could change the interview time/day to accommodate for the formal as she would not have the time to attend the interview, get ready for the formal and arrive with her friends in a limmo at the venue. She was told that the interview time/date couldn't be changed. Her mother called back @15min later, spoke to a different manager and was told it couldn't be changed as that was the only day available and someone was coming down from head office.
We are appalled that our daughter has been put in this position of having to choose between her formal or this interview and your companies lack of flexibility, compassion and understanding as you have deprived her of the opportunity of possible employment and personal growth.

Hungry Jack's Australia qualification/training

Hi,

Thank you for the email.

If you could please assist me to find/locate the training organisation I did my Certificate III in Retail with at Hungry Jacks Hallam in May - July 2012.

I never received my qualification in hard copy form and would like to know why, also if I can still receive a hard copy.

If this could please be actioned as soon as possible, would be very much appreciated.

Hungry Jack's Australia paid $36.60 for numerous food and beverage items and did not receive

i purchased a large meal varying products totaling $36'60.After receiving sub standard food just thrown together and missing parts of the order i phoned the Takalvan street store to complain.The manager said he would replace the entire order.He took my name and phone number and gave me a 3 digit code.
3 or 4 days later I sent my daughter to hungry jacks with tbe code to grab us dinner.The manager on duty could not find my name, code ect and sent her on her way.I then ring hj 5 times as no-one was answering the phone, off the hook.After getting the manager and giving him a piece of my mine he hangs up on me a further 3 times.
I have always been a regular and loyal hj customer but will now be taking my business elsewhere.I also no longer want my $36'60 meal replaced and request a full refund of the amount owed.Failing for hj to follow my complaint through I will be forced to take alternative action such as ombudsman or whoever handles these unresolved issues.

Hungry Jack's Australia large strawberry sundae with flakes

I ordered a large sundae with fllakes and when I got it it consisted of 1/3 sauce, 1/3 ice-cream and some flakes it didn't even reach the top of the cup. My husband's chocolate one was only slightly better. I may as well have just ordered a small sundae it would have been cheaper . It was a total waste of money and I'm really annoyed and pissed Off by it.

Hungry Jacks Mirrabooka WA

My daughter went into the store to apply for a job application and was told there wasn't any, as no job was available.
As she was leaving the counter nearly fell over on a spillage on the floor, told management and the only response she got was 'Sorry it can't be cleaned up as I have no available staff able to do it ' really safety and management is appalling
What if a child slipped and split his head open ? Unbelievable

Snack Box, has no box, 6 nuggets and chips literally thrown in a brown paper bag with a handful of dispensed napkins. When asked where is the box, was told by staff member we don't do that any more. False advertising really, as the menu board clearly displays food in a box, somewhere to place the sauce to dip your nugget and chip, place on your lap, and see what your eating. My 4yr old son was very disappoint and confused when his order looked nothing like the picture, the chips were over cooked and over salted, yuk in the bin. No wonder the restaurant was empty. Not the first time disappointed, great advertising, lousy goods. Never ever again.

Ordered 2 x whopper meals, all ok, sat down to eat in-house, every table was dirty, food trays, crumbs, drink stains, food on the floor, bins overflowing, generally dirty building, saw a staff member and complained, manager called to staff member to walk away and ignore us, to my surprise he listened and told us that they were busy and would get around to it, 1 car in the drive thru, 1 customer waiting at the counter and 4 staff on. Not Happy at all and i was the second customer to complain, a man 2 mins before me complained about the filthy condition but that, s not the end of it, went to the toilet and OMG how dirty with the bowl full of faeces and an awful smell including the flies, had to hold me breath while in there, so upset just left fuming, somebody's going to get sick very soon if action is not taken, I will go back in a week and observe, if not fixed will call in the health dept

Hungry Jack's Australia storm flake ice cream

A 3 inch piece of plastic black tubing was found in my daughters ice cream. She nearly swallowed it.
I rang the store, banksia grove, WA, and the customer service was appalling.
I was Told that they would turn the machine off and next time we popped in they would "sort us out"... I assume that meant a refund!
I asked for the complaints procedure and was told to go on the website.
My daughter could have choked on this...I'm very upset about this.
I have photographs and have kept the piece of tubing.
Please reply, as I think the matter is a bit more serious than just a replacement ice cream!

Hungry Jack's Australia poor service

Last night Friday 24/2 my husband visited the Midland WA store with our 2 children. After ordering a takeaway, the items were being put together to hand out is when things started going down hill.
He was handed 2 drinks instead of 3, when he questioned the 3rd drink he was told he wasnt charged for it, so he enquired about the fries that were ordered with that as my son had wanted the 2 for $5 deal. Nope that hadnt been put through either. Paid again.
Received order, got to the car and the nuggets and drumstick missing from the stunner meal for our daughter.. When he returned to the store for the 3rd time, the lack of response or urgency to help fix the mistake was poor. If the staff got the order correct when taking it, then customers wouldnt have to spend 45 mins trying to get fast food. Training seems to lack at this store as this is not the first issue we have had.. Most disappointing and we probably will take our business elsewhere.

Hungry Jack's Australia unethical behaviour

On 16th February we arrived at Gundagai from Melbourne at 1.25pm tired and hungry after a 5 hours drive to have lunch .Ordering 2 classic Angus burger from Hungry Jacks( owners LIzzie Britt and Ian Casnave), we were shocked to taste carbon and burnt taste from the burgers after a few mouthfuls. On opening the burgers up to check the condition of the burger we were shocked and disgusted to find that the burger was coated with carbon and the burger proper was almost black in colour.
This was brought to the attention of the supervisor who then threw up her arms and exclaimed that " this is because the burgers were flamed grilled" insinuating the fact that we have never seen or tasted flame grill burgers before as we were from Asian descent.( we are Australian residents for over 25 years)No apologies were made especially when we are over 70 years old. It also reflected that she has indicated that this is the normal standards provided by Hungry Jacks which I certainly doubt after further enquiries when I arrived in Sydney.
I like to take this opportunity to caution that carbon when consumed is unhealthy and medical opinion has indicated that it can cause cancer not to mention diarrhoea (one of us had some on arrival in Sydney). Her unethical behavior will definitely give Hungry Jacks a bad reputation.
We trust some positive action should be made to all concern for the sake of Hungry Jacks especially in this outlet.

Hungry Jack's Australia food

went to hungry jacks broken hill on 21/02/17 at about 9:50pm and ordered a whopper jr minus tomato extra pickles when i got home i opened my burger to find i had a whopper jr minus pickle with tomato i called the store and told the manager on duty and he told me to come back and they will fix it i went back to the store to pick up the burger and when i got home the second time it was still the wrong order i once again received a whopper jr with tomato no pickles. this isn't the first time my order has been incorrect at this store which is quite disappointing.

Hungry Jack's Australia hungry jacks strathpine till operation

Today I went through the drive through at hungry jacks strathpine. When asked to pay I provided my debit card and said that pay pass was ok. I asked for a receipt as the pay pass was done inside the booth next to the till where I couldn't see the transaction. The staff member told me they couldn't print a receipt at that till and I would have to park out front while they transferred it to a different till. After a few minutes another staff member came to me and said that it was not possible to print a receipt at all at the shop for my transaction. I told the staff member that using pay pass as a payment method when confirmation of price paid is impossible is not fair. For all I know strathpine hungry jacks charged me $1000 for a $12 transaction. I have since checked my statement and it is correct however I don't believe this is fair. A receipt is a simple request to confirm payment and it is the duty of the store to be able to provide one on request.
