FedEx Corporate Services — customer service - keasbey, nj
I have called 5 days in a row to "Customer Service". Still haven't received 1 PHONE CALL back. Lost package and NOT ONE person at Keasbey location contacted the drive to find out where the package was placed. 2nd TIME a package has been incorrectly delivered to the same address. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, UNPROFESSIONAL, and LAZY! It takes two second for a manager to contact the driver and find out what house the package was actually left at.
5 CALLS ... ZERO CALL BACK for my PACKAGES!
I will keep calling until someone gets off their lazy ... and does their job.
