FarfetchI want my money back

I am so tired of their promises. So many emails from them saying when exactly my order will arrive, but it's been 2 months and they still have it. Maybe it's the right time to be brave and to start standing behind your products and services? Yes, I already understood you weren't going to ship it at all, then just do me a favor в give my money back, you didn't deserve it.
