CVS.com / online orders
I placed an order online in June 2016. They never shipped all items that online said were available. Then shipped the wrong product. Took an hour on the phone the first time to get them to send a call tag for the wrong item. Then I had to haggle on the phone two weeks later through three different chain of commands to get my credit for that wrong item sent!!! Their online order process is the most unprofessional experience I've ever dealt with!! I will never place an online order with them again!!! Unbelievable! Not worth the time... 2 hrs of on hold to fix the mistakes they made!!!
