[Resolved] Cell Cdisgusting service

my name is mlungisi ngeleka i am a customer of cell c. on 30/01/2017 i called cell c to ask for a settlement amount. but they could not help me, i asked to speak to the manager but they refused to let me saying i should speak to them. they are refusing to give me the amount saying i should rather call the following day to ask. i am fed up with this service provider. my number is [protected].
all i want to do is to pay them the settlement and be debt free.
