Burger King improper food procedures!

One shift i remember having was a closing shift. It was after the dinner rush, around 9 pm my crew started pulling the pans out of the automatic heaters on the burger and whopper boards, i was on whopper board and there was a young man at the fryer, i turned around to ask him to make me some bread, when i noticed he had spit in a basket of fries and onion rings. I didn't say anything at first, then when it slowed down, i pulled him aside in the backroom and mentioned to him about the proper food procedures, he turned around to me and said: i really don't care about this job or the customers. So, with that said i called my boss the next day and mentioned to her what had taken place the night before, and after i told her everything he was fired and replaced with someone else.

Burger King worst customer service ever from manager

While in the area visiting my father who has cancer, I visited Burger King just below Fort Lee on 1/5/08 ordering a double whopper with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes only. I do not eat mayonaise. When I arrived at my father's house (only having a short time to visit), I began to eat my sandwich that was loaded with mayonaise. As people make mistakes, I was not surprised. I went back to the Burger King and asked for a replacement along with another complimentary sandwich for the inconvenience of my leaving and having to come back. The person working the drive through said she was the manager and proceeded to try and have a conversation with me about the initial order. She said she confirmed the order. I went on to tell her that if she would simply look at the receipt, she would she that it says lettuce and tomatoe only was written on the receipt. She was very rude and very seemed to be showing off for her other employees by shaking her head and body. I told her she could not possibly be the manager on duty with an attitude such as hers and if so it was a sad day for Burger King. She said rudely, 'well I am and I just got here, I transferred from a Richmond store.' This is a good thing for the Richmond customers. I am a manager myself for a company and I feel sad that these untrained, unskilled people are in charge setting a horrible example for kids and making innocent customers feel humiliated. That girl has no business working in any customer service environment in any capacity.

sometimes its possible for managers to become jaded and apathetic towards legitimate complaints, as people will often try and scam their way into getting free food through fake complaints. Your arrogant demand of a free burger probably set her off.

But then you had a receipt proving they [censor]ed up, so yeah. Shudda stayed in her drive-thru lane and argued for as long as possible to [censor] up her timers.

Burger King green portion in burger

I purchased a whopper (buy one get one w/coupon) at 15:43 hrs / 3:43 p.m. on January 4, 2008. at the Burger King on Brookhurst St. Store #11086. Since it was in drive-thru, I didn't have a chance to look at anything before driving away.

While stopping to eat the burger, I casually looked at it after I had taken a couple of bites. Something looked green, not lettuce, or pickle, but almost blue-green, I looked more closely and it was actually a part of the burger itself, not something added on top.

I stopped eating it cause it looked nasty, went back to the Burger King and contacted the manager-on-duty, who appeared to be 20 years old. I showed him the inside of the burger and asked him if he knew what it was. He said he had no idea. I said I wanted to file a complaint and he said, "we don't do that here". I asked him what I needed to do to file a complaint. At this point, I'm getting really concerned about the kind of 'whatever' attitude. He said to call the number on the back of the receipt.

I said fine, but asked to have the burger back so I had proof of my complaint, he gave it back to me at least, didn't throw it in a shredder to destroy the evidence. I later looked on the back of the receipt and its a flippin customer survey number so you can come back, buy something and then get a free whopper. I did the survey, thinking if I did maybe there would be a live person, but it was touch key thing all the way,

I then went online looking for a customer service number, corporate contact, something for Burger King, nothing. So, here I am. I'm putting the burger in the freezer till I get a hold of somebody at their corporate headquarters. Does anyone know of a corporate number I can use? Thanks for your help.

Well, guys, here's something to think about, that will probably get you to stay away from BK. My son worked there as a fry cook for a while, and told me never to eat there. If I knew some of the food preparation nightmares that go on, I'd puke. One mild yuck is that they actually pour extra grease on the burgers so they'll look extra juicy.

Hello, I work for the Burger King restaurant in Fayetteville located on College ave. The owners of the store are L.W Clark store # 1982. The employees have been having a lot of problems with getting paid their wages the past few months. It seems there is never money in the bank to cover our checks any more. The bank just hands us our check back and tells us the account has insufficient funds to cover the check and it has bounced and to contact our employer. When we do we are basically told it's not their problem and to just try again until it goes through. This is i huge problem for all of us seeing how most of the employees live paycheck to paycheck and have utility bills, car payments, and rent due on paydays. I am just asking for a little help to resolve this problem so all of us that work hard and dont always get our money.

I have been looking for the number for a while now. I've read all the complaints above and the one I completely disagree with is that we got what we paid for? Its fast food! Of course it's fast food that's why we've stopped there. We were in a rush or busy. Does that mean we deserve to get bad service or really bad food. What about someone being rude to us. I stopped at this so called resturant in Angleton, TX. and it has rude people, bad food, bad service and they shorted my order. So please so say we got what we paid for, because thats not what I ordered.

lmao at the guy saying he was ripped off cause he got a double cheeseburger with bacon instead of a double stacker and the smaller meat...surprise bonehead, it's the same meat used for both, only difference is with a double stacker you get a sauce and with a double cheeseburger you get pickles ketchup and mustard. everyone complains about customer service today and that the customer is always right. That went out the window years ago when customers quit acting civilized and started acting like complete [censored]es.

Burger King in store management

My chief complaint is about the way the employees are treated at this particular store. One of the managers in this store has a tendancy to speak rudely to her employees and she does not pitch in to help her employees, when the store is busy. She will stand and watch the employees work and tell them that they are not moving fast enough, however, she does not step up to the plate and offer help when it is needed. She also does not seem to care about her employees at all. I know of an incident where two employees were cleaning out the grease from the fryer, which the rease gets to be about 360 degrees and the two employees happened to get burned from this hot grease. One employees was burned much worse than the other. This manager never sent the employees to the doctor to have their burns looked at and she never even filled out an incident report stating what had happened. When the employee who was burnt the most asked why a report wasn't written up she said that she did not write the report because she felt the employees were at fault for their own burns. I believe that her concern should not have been who was at fault but how bad someone may have been hurt. With this type of attitude it is no wonder that this store has so much turn around as far as employees go. When you have managers who do not care about their employees you are more than likely going to have employees who do not care about their jobs which will in turn look bad on the store. I think it is time for the immediate owner of this particular store to come in and have a one on one with the employees to find out who is happy and who is not. Maybe if the owner visits the store on a regular basis the store will be a better place to work. This is just my opinion and something that I felt I had to get off of my chest. I write this in hopes that someone will actually read and possibly be able to make a difference.

Candy Tenon - the store employs kids. Kids need strict and fervent discipline or they will run riot. I'd rather go to a store with a manager who rules his employees under an iron fist, vs a store where the kids are making out with each other in the kitchen, sitting on the front counter, texting people on their phones and having food fights.

I have a simular complaint about a manager at the Burger King on 26th and Penninsula Drive in Erie, he is very rude to customers and doesn't know how to treat his employees. I had a few incidence, I've seen him yelling and screaming at the other employees while he stands around and does nothing when they are busy also I had an incident with him when I ordered a chicken sandwich, the bun was old and falling apart I ate most of it and when I was finished I told him I just wanted to let him know to check the other buns because mine was stale he just turned around and went back to the kitchen without as much as a I'm sorry I didn't expect nothing in return but I thought I would just let him know so no one else would get a stale bun in my opinion that was very rude for him not to at least offer me another sandwich or an I'm sorry . I remember back when I was a manager at fast food the model was "The customer is always right" what happened to that? The customer is what keeps your business going. I really don't like how he yells and screams at the other employees especially in front of customers, I take my grandchildren there at least twice a week , I don't want them seeing that kind of behavier. Until that manager is replaced I will no longer go there.

Burger King hair in fries, unresolved issues

First had sandwhich made incorrectly, mistakes happen, no big deal, took back to counter first manager helpful, "I'm sorry, we will get it right!" Went back too my seat began eating french fries and found a HUGE LONG hair, went bak to counter, manager said something o the back in Spanish. Met owner BRUCE offered NO APOLOGY for mistakes at visit but was able to speak about how great he was as an owner. I dropped the Hardings name as a previous employer (Many years ago I worked at BK)and he spoke of the Hardings as they were ebst friends. It has been my experience that the hardings would have never allowed HAIR in their fries and if it happened they would have apologized and offered to make it "right"---all I wanted was validation! This guy was a jerk and a fool--his ego got in the way of good service! It's too bad!

Burger King bad customer service!

Every time we go to this Burger King it never fails, missing items from our order, wrong items. I order a large coffee, and it is only half full. The food is always cool, not even warm, the french toast sticks that should have syrup in the little hole in the box is never placed in the box! Living in a small town with only one other place to grab a quick meal it gets very frustrating when you know driving up to the window every part of the simple order is gonna be screwed up! I hate that Burger King!

I went thru the Burger King drive thru and ordered a sandwich that wasn't on the menu. The guy who was taking my order laughed at me which I thought was very rude. He could of told me there is no such sandwich. I told him he was ignorant and drove off. I called that particular store to complain. I asked for the manager and he got on the phone. I told him what happened and he said that that was him who waited on me. He said he did chuckle and they don't make that kind of sandwich. I just cant believe that a manager would act like that. He should learn more about customer service.

I am contacting you from Jacksonville, FL. I am a frequent customer of your Burger King restaurant located on Old St. Augustine Road, 32257 zip code. I encountered a situation this morning in my purchase of my almost daily senior citizen coffee. Two days ago when I bought coffee I was informed that there had been a price increase. The total amount I was charged was 59 cents total which was a 5 cent increase from before. This morning I was charged 64 cents total by the same cashier that served me two days ago. I inquired about the additional price difference, but could not get a clear answer. I asked had there been an increased in the last two days, and I was just told that now it is 64 cents. I asked for a manager to clarify what the actual price was and I was ignored. The manager never came out to address me or my issue. This is bad customer service. It is also bad business when a cashier is given the leverage to charge for items on your menu as they please and change the price according to their computing mistakes. I still do not know what the standard price for senior citizen coffee is, and I feel you should be made aware of the lack of customer care shown in this incident.

Burger King commercial content bad for kids

I believe that the new commercials that contain the idea to 'off the king' are awful. They convey to children that it is ok to commit violent acts which is bad enough but on this commercial it is for a trivial reason. They are just children and they can't always decide what is supposed to be just a funny commercial. We can choose what we have our children watch but we cannot choose what kind of commercials pop up while they are watching TV. I believe they need to be stopped immediately since we cannot control that part of TV viewing for our kids.

I agree. The Burger King commercial should be pulled from airwaves. It is extremely irresponsible of this company to have a child's major role model (their mother) involved in trying to murder someone. They should not be promoting violence. I will not support such a company and I hope that their sales go way down until they show better judgment.

Burger King aaaargh!

Aaaargh! just went to the king in milwaukie oregon on McLaughlin Blvd. ordered the loaded steak house burger... its great when you actually get it. For the sixth time in a row, was given the wrong burger. Furthermore, the young woman at the window was using obscenity's to the manager about customers. They then asked me to pull around to the parking lot to wait... i was the only person in the drive thru! This is more difficult than it sounds as you exit onto a four lane highway, then have to cross traffic again. When I asked "are you serious?" the young woman rudely replied "YES!" in my defense, i was very nice to the woman and still cant figure out what her problem was! My action is to tell every friend i have to stay away from that location.

I'm done with Burger King. As everybody knows, they started doing their 24hr drivethru while back.

They are not pulling it off.

When I use their drivethru in the morning, noon, it's great. No matter the location, I receive a great, speedy service.

Their night shift people(on two different location) are borderline (excuse me)###s, and/or they don't speak english. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of people with limited english who does more than great. It's just that ones I 've seen working in Tigard(schollsferry&99w) at night are dumb as a rock.

I would call that "1-800" number on the back of the receipt and complain about what happend with my order this time, but the guy didn't give me a receipt either. Smart.

Burger King appalled with the service

Today I went to a Burger King located in Florida, Nobhill Rd and Oakland park blvd. to be exact. I was appalled with the type of service I received. As I passed through the drive thru I noticed I had been charged for a happy meal in which I did not receive. I told the cashier whom promptly alerted her store manager Liu John. The manager told me if I wanted another happy meal I would have to pay for it. I tried to explain to him as quickly as I could that I had not received my happy meal which I already paid for. He rudely asked me to get out of his drive thru and threatened to call the police, he also asked the cashier to write down my license plate number. All of this could have been avoided had he listened to what I was trying to say. I was terribly inconvenienced and so were all of the other customers waiting behind me.

I also recently had a bad experience at a Burger King in Hagerstown, MD. The order was taken in a timely manner but I waited 20 minutes for my food. Some in my group of five had to wait even longer The worker and manager spent an inordinate amount of time flirting with each other. We could see our sandwiches sitting there, but no one would fill the orders. There was not a huge line when we went into the restaurant but while we were eating I counted 20 people waiting in line. Unbelievable...and I like Burger king .

Burger King burger king employee & screams & at customer!

Burger king: cut off rd, coushatta, la 71019

On [protected]:14pm we stopped at the burger king in coushatta, la at the drive thru to try burger kings new oreo sundae shakes, and as soon as we ordered the 3 sundae shakes the burger king employee yelled at us "we don"t sell sundaes!"

I then said to her, we would like 3 of the oreo sundae shakes, the one on all the posters hanging in the store and on the windows.

She then"screams"at us,"I just told you""we don't have sundaes!"we can also hear someone laughing in the background, she refused to give me her name so I then asked for the managers name, she would not give us the managers name, all she said was how many shakes do"you" want?.

We decided to just drive away because anyone that will treat you like that, will also spit in your food or drinks before they give it to you...

I called burger kings consumer relations number [protected] and told them what happened, they said someone from the burger king in coushatta would be calling me... No call, nothing...

So I called the the burger king in coushatta, la, talked to the manager and they said the night manager would be calling me, that was 5 days ago and still no call, nothing...

Burger King twisted meaning slogan

Burger King Corporation
5505 Blue Lagoon Dr.
Miami, FL 33126

Burger King continues to make its own definition of what have it your way means. Yes you read that right. Since the 1970's you could order your whopper with extra mayonnaise cut in half. Due to internal reasons not really know it seems the company changed its policy based on my first inquiry because of an employee injury. Their insurance companies threaten increased insurance cost if the practice of cutting was not stopped. There solution was to offer a knife to customers to cut there own. I suggested they try to find a piece of equipment which could cut it safely. Making it an employee and customer win situation. I guess they forgot who holds them in business. After two years from my direct complaint. They continued the practice and advertising. After my second inquiry thru the Better Business Bureau why they continue to advertise 'Have it your way' and they had made no changes to meet their advertising slogan. Their written response to me was. 'Have it your way' means the addition or deletion of condiments on their products. Of course we knew that is what 'Have it your way' means, Right? To further insult me they included a free Whooper card redeemable at any Burger King with the words on the bottom of the card. 'Have It your Way'. I say to Burger King either give it to us our way as it has been the tradition of Burger King for years or stop using the slogan with a twisted meaning to suite your needs.

We live in Port Charlotte FL. There are 2 Burger Kings that are franchise owned by someone named Mohamed, one on Kings Hwy and one in North Port which is the next town over. My kids wanted to change out there UNOPENED toys for a different one that they got from a different Burger King, first we stopped at the one in North Port as we were passing by that one and one of the assistant managers gave us a hard time about changing the toys they said we had to talk to the owner Mohamed because they didn't have that toy at that particular time, well my kids pick to eat Burger King when they see a certain toy advertise that they want and when I take them they don't always have the toy they wanted so they keep them unopened so they can trade them out when we get the opportunity to. McDonalds has never given us a hard time about changing an unopened toy, yet these two Burger Kings have. I went to the one on Kings Hwy today after work to change them out and Mohammed was there himself he would not do it, what happened to pleasing the customer especially the kids. My daughter left from the one in North Port upset. It's only toys how can you upset kids like that, they are the reason we go there to begin with. In the future I WILL NOT VISIT THESE BURGER KINGS AND WILL TELL AS MANY PEOPLE AS I CAN NOT TO VISIT THESE BURGER KINGS. In a time like this when the economy isn't so good its clear to see that McDonalds and Wendys will be the better choice.

Frieda,

Are you sure this is why they're letting him go? Check your facts and then if your son can, have him sue for discrimination.

Not saying your son is a bad guy anymore, but unless you go to work with him and sit there with him, you don't know how good his work really is, other than what he tells you.

BK has rules and regs. My question is, did he franchise the BK he was working in? He was the owner? How can they let the owner go? They have to buy him out. Your story is a little "fish sandwichy".

My son is an employee of a BK in Omaha, Ne. He has had his own store for a year and a half. The BK corporation has purchased all BK's in Omaha. They told my son this coming Wed 7-16-08 will be his last day. 8 yrs. ago he had a felony for drug use. He has been a changed man and has done BK good. Hard working, trustworthy but I guess they don't believe in giving him a chance. I hope burger king and their small mind set will see this and think about giving someone a chance on his good work record...

Burger King supervisor has not had the training it takes to be one!

In La Grande , ORe. At the local Burger King, there is a Woman working there as a Supervisor, who has not had the training it takes to be one. All other Supervisors have had to take the classes and all that to be out on the floor doing their job. But not Amber Ovalle, she seems to have the Waldrops in her pocket. I don't think its fair that she can Thumb her nose at all the regulations of BurgerKing while others are taking all the classes, doing all that is required to get the supervisor job legit. That and her people skills suck. I believe that something should be said to the Head office but they make that hard to do. I guess they don't want to hear bad things about their Franchises and how some owners are abusing their privileges.

Beware!

Jane Doe needs to watch her back! That restaurant is nothing like it was, and is not a very nice place to work.

Employees are just numbers and can be replaced at the drop of a hat. One minute you are there, the next you are not. Training is poor, and the management are out for themselves only.

If you knew Amber at all you would know better then what this person is saying. Using someones real name and saying things like that about the Waldrops is just wrong. "Mary Smith" needs to get a real life and stop doing such hateful things. I beg you not to believe this "complaint".

Burger King - poisoned food!

My daughter ate lunch yesterday at the Burger King on North Avenue in Melrose Park, IL. After a few hours she became violently ill with symptoms including stomach pain, nausea, diahrea, vomiting, dizziness, etc. This lasted for about 10 hours. She had the Italian Chicken sandwich at Burger King. Someone needs to take a closer look into how the food is prepared and handled in this restaurant.

Burger King - overcharging!

I was recently went to a BK in Louisville, Ky. the Dixie Highway Location... when I placed my order like I had done in the past several times before. I get the same thing almost everytime. This time the total was different. I ask why my total amount was so much, the manager said they were charging for small waters now. In the past I usually get my meal and...

My sons girlfriend went to the Burger King in Villa Ridge, Mo to apply for a job, she told the counter person she had a 2 month old little girl and needed to get a job. The counter person proceeded to tell my sons girlfriend that she would be wasting her time because they would not hire her because she might steal from the company to feed her kid. That was rude, unacceptable, unprofessional and completely un-called for. This is a form of discrimination against teenage mothers and serious stereotyping. My sons girlfriend began to fill out the application then decided to forget it and walked out, and decided to never eat at that facility again.

I went to Burger King late last night to grab some food with some friends for their kids and because of a rude comment that was said to an employee after poor customer service, we threw the meals that we brought away soon after we paid. Im not too sure what this employees title was but she brought a bad name to Burger King that night. This employee felt disrespected but instead of handling the situation in a well-mannered way, she said " Y'all might wanna watch what y'all call people when they are the ones making y'all food." Now , there was no need for that comment! Yes we thought it and told our friend to watch what she say and sure enough we were proved right. It was really upsetting to see how low a "professional" employee would scoop and degrade a company they work for. As a former employee of a fast-food restaurant and a well-educated psych. major I do understand the pain that is felt at times when dealing with all types of individuals and I do feel that we are well prepared for those encounters through the trainings.

Sincerely,
a concerned customer.

Burger King unfair charging

Recently we ordered breakfast at Burger King at 7133 Dempster in Niles, Illinois or the corner of Harlem and Dempster. To our surpris, the mexican-woman there charged us $1.19 plus tax on an orange juice that's part of the dollar-breakfast-menus. When we complained and asked for the manager, the manager told us it only says on the advertised-menu that those breakfast items "starts at one dollar" but they're not actually the dollar items! But it clearly states there that 10 items start at a dollar each and that includes the orange juice that we ordered and they're showing clearly on the picture they advertised.

Also of all the burger king stores we have visited, this one is specially hostile to the minorities that come there which is ironic since they themselves belong to the minorities being of mexican decent.

It's unfair for them charging us $1.19 when it shows that this item only cost $1.00.

Thank you so much for your time,
Benny Martin
Country Club Hills, Illinois.

Burger King worst service I ever dealt with!

Service at this burger King near my house is the worst I've ever dealt with. They always have a ton of people running around waiting on people but no one seems to be cooking! Drive through is a park and wait. Inside is easily a 20 min wait.
Orders are rarely right and they never can make change! It's a running joke at work if we go to burger King is what did you end up with or did you make money on it.

I love their product but it just isn't worth it. I think these places should be spot checked and rated more often. Well it's either Wendys or McDonalds then, their loss.

The Burger King located at 1201 E. Ridge Rd. night team has horrible customer service & the managers customer service skills are just as bad if not worst than the cashier's. I purchased a grilled chicken sandwich that was burnt & looked like it fell in charcoal with dirt all over it! When I took the food back to them, they act as if I was in the wrong and refused to service me. I thought the customer was always right! According to that Burger King apparently not! I will never go there again.

False advertisement.

They advertised neopets for weeks and we never got one! I took My grandsons to the Burger king in Frankford Indiana, and They wanted the same toy, and I was willing to pay for one, and they wouldn't let me buy one! I could go to Mcdonalds and buy ten of thoughs stupid toys.

I'm never going there again!

When a Burger King gets the toys on Monday and by Tuesday they are out that is a problem. How is it they can have plenty of those awful comic books and Spongebob toys but never have the ones they advertise.

I am fine if you run out but the fact that they come in only once per week they stocked amount should last more than 1 day. The sad part is they don't even make it through a weekend rush before they are out.

McDonald's and Wendy's rarely if ever have this problem

Burger King is the worst at never having the toy they advertise. They only order a few and when they run out they don't send any more until the next week. Then your kids scream and throw fits because they don't have the toy. We went to Burger King tonight and all the parents that were there were outraged. You go there expecting a treat for your child and in return you leave more pissed off then you would have been if you would have just taken them to a restaurant and waiting an hour for your table. You would think since they are supposed to be catered to children that they would be equipped with the proper amount of goods.

As for Tiff you must not have any children, or you work at burger kings corporate office. Just think of this...you walk into a store they advertise this thing that you have been dying to get, but in order to get it you have to buy these other things to get it. So you go to the counter pay for your stuff and they say oh I'm sorry we don't have that any more. Then you are stuck with what you bought in order to get that thing you wanted, but you maybe it was something you really didn't want, but you just bought it to make someone happy. Now you leave with an upset stomach and a very unhappy child. Yeah that seams real fair and your telling people to DEAL WITH IT...WELL YOU DEAL WITH IT. I would like to see you handle that

The Burger King in Aiken, SC on York St. also has horrible customer service. We always have to pull up and wait for our food, and rarely is the order right. Today, both of my toddlers received dolls, even though one is a boy, and they were supposed to have Simsons toys, my oldest son ordered a plain chicken sandwich, but it was loaded with everything, and we weren't even given napkins.

We will never spend our money there again!

Ok so you don't like this one, but don't compare EVERY Burger King with the one you go to. To the 1st person who commented, you're not the only one in the world that is after these toys. NEVER expect a toy from these places to ALWAYS be in stock. If they run out, they run out. DEAL WITH IT, and come back when they do have them again. I'm also getting tired of reading people's complaints only to see they continue to go there anyway. If you don't like their service so much, why the hell don't you go somewhere else?

I go through the drive threw window at least 3-4 times a week in the morning on my way to work. The young man that takes my order never says anything other then "can I take your order?' When I pull up to the window he doesn't even tell me how much I owe and then when I finally get my food he never says thank you, have a nice day, nothing. I would rather drive 5 miles out of my way and get better service than to tolerate this rude guy first thing in the morning. If he was at least appreciative that would change my mind about him but at this point I will have to take my business elsewhere.

I took my to sons to Burger king for Big Kids meals specifically because the commercials said they had Transformer toys. So I ordered two Big Kids meals, when I pulled off, the boys found that they had two little tikes (baby toys). I turned around and went back and I was advised, we are out. I explained I would not have purchased kids meals for baby toys. They were no help I then called and asked to speak to a manager and he was no help, I explained that the least they could have done was put up a sign on the drive through or explain over the intercomm that they are out of the advertised product, he said they do not do that.
I will be in contact with a district manager.

Burger King poor costumer service

We own a locally owned business in Hamlet, NC and eat from the local Burger King on a regular basis. I am not sure if the management has recently changed but all of a sudden I must sit and wait on my order (placed at drive thru; this is why we stopped attending the local Hardee's) Today my order was 3-8 pc. chicken nuggets and 2 salads, 2 frozen drinks. I was waited on promptly at the drive thru, I paid, received my frozen drinks, and was ask to drive up and wait... 15 min. later, the drinks are melting... anyway I finally received my order but no receipt was ever given to me (makes me think it may have been on purpose so not to know who was on at this time? Today is Monday, May 14, 2007 time was approx. 1:30 PM) I do hope the next visit is a better experience, as this is the 3rd wait this month. I do hate to stop going to Burger King as we like the food, but we are a small company and time is important to us. Thank you, C. Parnell
