BSNL / Phone/Broadband shift problem

The phone and broadband is in my dad's name, I. A.Poonacha. We had booked for the shift on June 25th 2007, its been almost two months and we have not got the connection yet. Repeated visits to the BSNL office was in vain. Initially we were told there are some cable faults that need to be rectified and the later we were told that we will get in 2 days. But its been almost 2 months no solution yet.

    I was wanted a broadband connection and submited all the essential
    information and money.FROM 3 weaks no body come for connection.
    We inform SDO and JTO. But no action taken by them.we also call TDM but no body pick up the phone.Evry essential thinks are present in office but connection is delaying. I got modem also. please take any action or give me some suggestion.(gharghoda Raigadh C.G)
